Towing is prompt, with quick turnarounds and fair pricing; many note helpful insurance handling and honest advice that can save money. Wait times are generally short. Few negatives surfaced. Limited info on parts inventory, yard organization, or ease of finding parts, so those aspects remain unclear.
Used them a few times over the past 10+ years, and not only are they super helpful here, they're just nice people. Three different cars brought to them and all had great body work done here.

AA Towing & Collision is hands down the BEST in the business! After my accident, I was nervous about the repair process, but Uncle Kenny & Cousin Alex (not really my family, but they made me feel like it!) treated me like one of their own from start to finish.
From the moment I walked in, they explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and delivered beyond my expectations. My car looks brand new, and the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and professional.
It’s rare to find a shop that combines top-notch workmanship with genuine care for their customers but that’s exactly what you get here. If you ever need towing or collision repair, trust me this is the place to go. Uncle Kenny & Cousin Alex are the best to do it! ✨??
I recently had my car repaired and overall, the experience was smooth and professional. The staff was communicative throughout the process, clearly explaining the issues. My car is now running perfectly. I appreciated the attention to detail and customer service. Would definitely return if needed.
Reliable, efficient and fair! Thanks to the crew at AA for helping me through my ordeal. They were great with handling the insurance company and communicate great. Thanks again!
I have nothing but great things to say about Kenny and Aces towing. The work was done quickly and excellently. The new fender looks amazing and they even vacuumed the inside of the car!
Great experience, amazing and flawless work. My Truck was scratched and nicked from the back bumper to passenger front door. My baby looks brand new. Thanks to AA’s Towing & Collision. Also the gentlemen that did the awesome job made the process easy and explained each detail and expenses. I am recommending very body to AA’s!

I can’t thank Kenny at AA Towing enough for the help he gave me when my car broke down in Brooklyn. I’m from South Jersey and found myself stuck far from home. Kenny was honest, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to talk me through my options and gave great advice that ultimately saved me money and stress. Instead of an expensive tow back home, he suggested a great local mechanic and even helped get my car there safely. The mechanic he recommended turned out to be excellent. Kenny went above and beyond without asking for anything in return—but his professionalism and kindness deserve recognition. If you’re ever in a tough spot in Brooklyn, this is the guy you want to call.
Kenny and the guys were really accommodating for me. I needed a forklift towed from Brooklyn to Westbury, out on Long Island. It's just not a normal thing. They were really thorough. They asked me about all the dimensions the weight and they made sure that the forklift sat in the right place for balance. Anyhow, they did a great job! Thank you so much!
Amazing service from the AA Towing team - Kenny and Adrian! Car was dead in Park Slope and Kenny got a tow truck out to me super quick (even moved things around to get it there sooner). Adrian came out and before towing, he tried to jump start the car which worked! Saved me time and money - don't see that too often these days. Huge thanks to Kenny and Adrian for the very friendly and fast service. Will definitely add to my emergency contact list for any future car issues.
Just got my baby back I’m extremely happy with the job .Got The car back in a timely manner too. Would recommend this shop to anyone who appreciates old fashion craftsmanship. I’m a happy camper!
Kenny and his team did a great job fixing my car. Looks brand new! Can’t see where it was damaged. All new parts. He and his team also walked me through the process with my insurance. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you!!
Very fast and high quality work! Everyone is very nice. The level of repairing the car is high. I will definitely recommend them to everyone. I still need to paint the doors, I will definitely do it there. Thank you very much!
This body shop is the best I’ve been to! I wish I would of found them sooner. Someone rear ended my 2019 bmw x4. Kenny and his team had my car in and out within 2 weeks in total, which is very good timing considering they had to order the parts from the dealer and wait for my insurance adjuster to come inspect the cars damages before they can start working on the car. When I say my car looks brand new it really does! You can’t even tell any work was done at all! The paint matches 1000% and the parts which are the trunk, the bumper and the textured bumper are put on perfect. The car just looks great! Kenny communicated with me through out the whole process, he kept me updated on everything that was going on. Thank you Kenny! I definitely will be recommending this shop to my friends and family!
Kenny and team did an amazing job to my car from start to finish. Not only was the work great the customer service and experience was great. To me that is the most important part. Kenny and his team took care of everything with my insurance company and kept me in the loop along the way. Can’t go wrong here.
AA's towing and collision is hands down the best place to get your car's body work and repairs done, their professionalism is outstanding, as well as their customer service. From a small dent to a whole car painting job, they'd do an excellent job. I highly recommend it.
