I highly recommend RAW Motorcraft. John was super responsive and helpful in problem solving my brown window. He answered my call and texts and the shop did immediate inspection. When parts were ordered they let me know and did excellent work. I highly recommend this shop for its professionalism and exceptional work.

I recently had my car repaired and couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From start to finish, Jonathan, the manager, made the entire process seamless. He was professional, knowledgeable and, clearly explained the extent of the damage and what needed to be done. He also kept me updated throughout the entire repair process.

I cannot recommend Jonathan and his team more, it was a 1000/10 body shop experience! To start off, going to a body shop is my worst nightmare because I know nothing about cars and am always worried they'd be overcharging me. But we had great conversations and Jonathan was very clear and communicative with everything, sent the invoice to my insurance, and I didn't have to do a thing! I had a bunch of issues that needed fixing and having to navigate insurance is such a pain, but he took care of everything. Not only did the car come back in perfect condition, it came back cleaned and waxed! I also was running very low on gas and was going to get it filled after I picked up the car, but they filled some for me. I'm so glad to have found such a reliable auto shop that I can return to and will definitely be recommending it to my friends/family!

They fixed up the beat up bumpers of our Audi Q5 with little fuss, friendly and efficient service, and a high quality of work. Was cheaper than I thought it would be and had me kicking myself I didn’t find Jon and his team earlier. Can highly recommend if you want body work.

John took in my mini cooper and was clear and communicative and did a wonderful job in the repair process. I can’t recommend him enough. When I picked up the car it had been waxed and cleaned … a plus !

Great works! It is my second time to ask their help. Although it is not a place I would want to go. But it will be my go to body shop if I ever need to. Fair price. They only do what is necessary, not any extra stuff. Body shop that you can trust!

I've went to reliance ro have some work done to my truck that was hit while parked. I was initially quoted 5 days max for repairs however, that turned into a month (Not reliance staff fault) huge shoutout to chris such a professional young man that went above and beyond to keep me updated literally everyday on the progress. I have nothing but good to say about Reliance. Absolute professionalism from the quote to the final result. Living in NYC, you’re bound to get a few scratches here and there, especially if you do not have a private driveway. My car had a ton of scratches from other cars, garbage can swipes, as well as personal mistakes. I reached out to a couple of auto shops on Yelp for quotes and received ridiculous numbers. Then I found Reliance. I requested a quote, uploaded a few pictures, and Reliance got back to me super fast! I received a fair and affordable quote. I had a couple more concerns about the car, and the owner, Jonathan, gave me his number, and the transition from Yelp to messaging was seamless. He responds right away. I ended up requesting for my car to be picked up and brought to the shop. Joseph, the driver, came to pick up my car. He arrived promptly at our scheduled time. It is perfect for people who dislike waiting around and guessing when the driver will come. When they say they’ll be there at 2 pm, they will be there at 2 pm. Once my car arrived at the shop, Jonathan gave me a call and assessed the problem areas I had inquired about - to provide an accurate quote this time. I had a lot of scratches and knew it was going to be costly. Jonathan was able to work with my given budget. Love that! I didn’t have to put a deposit down for them to begin working on the car. Whether you have to pay a deposit or not, I don’t know. It may depend on the size of your repair. I had a lot of questions, and he patiently answered all of them. From that conversation, I knew my car was in good hands. A couple of days later, Joseph dropped off my car. I inspected my car and was highly impressed with the work. After checking, I paid what I owed. Reliance accepts cash, Zelle, credit, and debit (taxes may apply for credit and debit). If anything else happens to my car, I’ll be returning to Reliance for repairs! TLDR: Communication: 5 Stars Price: 5 Stars Will I use them again? Absolutely. Use Reliance. You’ll not be disappointed.

These guys really have great customer service car came back nice. John the owner made sure he gave me daily updates that were honest!! He made sure my time with out my car was Convenient by making sure my rental stood in good standings constantly staying in contact with Honda and StateFarm trying to get me my car as Quick as possible i recommend this shop

If I could give1000 stars..... I would! The service was beyond exceptional. Not only did they do an amazing job, they are so trustworthy, HONEST ( which is extreme hard to come by especially in this business) and they go out of their way to help you. They actually charged me less then they quoted me. They are super reasonable and do superior work. I think this may be one of my best experiences with a business EVER! I don’t usually leave reviews often , however reliance auto has been so kind and generous to me it’s unbelievable ! I had recently gotten into an accident so I decided to take my car here as this is my one and only body shop due to their great performance and reliable work and unfortunately I had left my passport in my car while it was still in the shop , I needed my passport as I leave for a flight the next day and had called Them at 10pm way after closing to try my luck and see if I could get access to my car to get my passport , Jonathan is an amazing person he wasen’t even in the shop , he had drove 30+ min from home after hours at 10 pm just to open up the shop so I could retrieve my passport and make my flight . Reliance isn’t only in the name , these guys are true to their work and a reliable as can be , not only that but there are such good hearted people that work here that always take care of me no matter what ! Reliance auto works has my 100% recommendation they are amazing !

I don’t right reviews that often but I have to say that Jonathan, and his team at Reliance Auto Works did a fantastic job on restoring my car! I had the problem for about a year when tree sap dripped on it and dried in the summer and started pealing off my clear coat from that one little circle to most of my panel, I called or went to a dozen different places they wanted to much or they wanted me to bring my car to them when I can just send them a picture and you can clearly see what the problem is instead of me driving all the way over there and wasting my time(Like many did), I didn’t have to go through that with Jonathan, he was very friendly and professional great experience see before and after photos I definitely recommend!! Nice to deal with a honest mechanic for once!

Incredible is the word I’ll use ! professional efficient and high quality work you receive at this location is like no Other. I was recommended by a co worker who’s car was involved in a really bad accident. I bought my car from an auction with several damaged areas Shopped around a couple places for different prices and by far Reliance’s quotes and work are the best Joseph was very attentive & got my car looking as if it was bought at a dealer ! Highly recommend!
