Omg I LOVE Betty @ Bay Ridge Honda; she is the absolute BEST! My family and friends have been buying cars from her for years. She’s professional, friendly, reliable, patient, caring, sweet, passionate, honest, knowledgeable and very helpful. She doesn’t try to rush you and convince you to purchase just anything. The team from the lovely young lady at the front desk to the staff in the back offices are very hospitable and welcoming, especially to my 4 month old cockapoo grandDOGter, Nova. Everyone loved her and enjoyed her company, including Stephanie, as she put a smile on their faces. My daughter and I met with Abraham and Antonio as well. They were very kind, funny and informative. My experience at Bay Ridge Honda was excellent! My sales rep Luis Cintron was both courteous and professional. He went above an beyond my expectations to help me lease a new 2025 Pilot exl. I returned my leased 2023 Passport and drove away with a new pilot. The whole transaction went smooth and fast. I highly recommend Bay Ridge Honda!

Had a very positive experience buying my first car at Bay Ridge Honda. Special thanks to Kiyana (and Judy) for talking me through many options, taking me out to look at the cars, arranging a test drive, and then accepting my trade in with patience, expertise, and understanding through every step of selling, buying, financing, and registration. They were warm and welcoming to my family and extremely helpful in holding my hand the whole time. For all the bad stereotypes out there, I had a completely positive time - no lie. Happy with the purchase for my family and now I feel as though I belong more than ever in Brooklyn.

Its been almost three weeks since my fiance and I made the choice to go down and purchase our first car from Bay Ridge Honda. It was easily one of the best decisions in our lives! Our sales representative, Lezter was extremely helpful and made the experience effortless from start to finish. He was able to hook us up with a great deal on a pre-owned Civic Sport, and we were able to drive off the lot with insurance and plates the same day. Overall the service at Bay Ridge Honda is exceptional, and I would recommend getting your next (or first) car there.

He was honest, incredibly informative, and truly trustworthy. From start to finish, Jaime never made us feel alone in the process, he was there with us every step of the way. Even after purchasing the car, he made it clear that he’s always available whenever we need anything, which really means a lot. We also worked with Dave during the finance portion, and he was just as wonderful. Not once did we feel like we didn’t matter. I had a great experience at this dealership! I was skeptical at first, as most people are with dealerships and the shady business practices of many. But Bay Ridge Honda was totally transparent about vehicles and pricing. And on top of that, they got me a very low rate on my finance, much lower than what my credit union was offering, which of course was the icing on the cake. I had the pleasure of having Kiyona as my salesperson. She's fairly new to the business but has all the qualities of an experienced account representative, she was super personable and genuinely went the extra mile to be sure I had an A1 client experience. Asad in finance was awesome as well, as he was the driving force in securing that great rate I received. And Ryan, the Sales Manager was equally great. I can honestly say, this was the best experience I've had when buying a car and I will definitely be back when it's time for my next purchase. Big thanks to all at Bay Ridge Honda!

My wife and I had a great experience here with JP. We were pressed to find a car—looking for a CRV—before an upcoming road trip, and after some aggressive searching, we landed on Bay Ridge. This was in mid-December 2025. Not everything went according to plan—we didn’t agree with JP on a deal for the first car we looked at. But this is where he shined. JP was a consummate professional through the whole experience (and there was a lot of back and forth, trips to a mechanic, test drives, etc). Through it all he was transparent, easy to talk to, and never pressured me. I got to know him as we spent a few hours together and I feel like he represented the “car salesman” profession far better than most. Instead of pressure and obfuscation, he energetically and with kindness, searched for solutions to challenges and eventually we found a car that fit our needs perfectly (a 2015 CRV) and we have been happy with it since. I came to the dealership 3 times in the span of two weeks, and each time the place was a pleasure to be in, despite my nervousness about making a deal. Bustling with staff, all happy to help, a very kind receptionist, and nicely decorated for the holidays. I think what I appreciated most is that JP knew I was pressed by my own timeline and he had many opportunities to use that against me in the buying process, but he never did. He also found flexibility on his busiest day and always made me feel like I was his only customer—also he and others at Bay Ridge Honda who I connected with during the process have good text messaging etiquette which was important over a few weeks when I was searching. I can say this with authority because I had some poor experiences with others. Another other thing I liked: for the first car which had a $500 deposit on but I didn’t wind up buying, JP worked with his team and fixed a few things that were wrong with it (especially a screen that was glitching, but also brakes that were not smooth feeling), and did this promptly, and keeping me regularly updated on what he was doing. Though in the end I didn’t buy the car I thought this was a a good sign he did what he said he would do and communicated clearly and quickly about it (this was during a workweek when I couldn’t come in. A tip: while I bought the car (not financed) JP allowed me to charge a portion of the purchase to my credit card to get points, which was a nice little bonus—but you have to ask for this.

It was probably my best experience at a dealership. One of the sales managers directed me to Luis Cintron and I’m glad it worked out that way. Luis is super professional and knowledgeable about all things Honda. I appreciated his candor and how attentive he was to my questions and concerns. I really felt like I was being treated as family. Antonio worked with me hashing out the specifics related to my lease and I can’t begin to thank him for all his efforts. I truly had a wonderful experience thanks to the staff at Bay Ridge Honda.

My husband and I were in the process of looking for a car, and we remembered that we had had Hondas in the past. We then decided to go back to Honda in Bay Ridge, and we are so happy that we did. We had nothing but great customer service from the moment we entered Bay Ridge Honda til the last step in ringing the bell signifying we purchased a Honda. Everyone from Honda involved in our Honda buying process was phenomenal—beginning with Jamie, Antonio, Susie and the insurance people. They made the process so pleasurable and so knowledgeable. Everybody else at Bay Ridge were also so polite and friendly. With the Honda car being an excellent product, it was a done deal! After all the paper work was done, my husband and I rang the bell and everybody stopped and clapped for us. It was a great feeling to know that everybody was happy for us. At the end, Jamie presented to us our brand new 2026 HR-V sport car with a gigantic bow on it, saying I’m all yours and ready to go home. Thank you Jamie and Honda for going above and beyond in this car buying experience, it was so memorable! I would like to start by saying that the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Lezter was an outstanding sales representative. I initially came in just to ask a few questions after having an unpleasant experience at another dealership, where I was not satisfied with either the offer or the overall process. Lezter was extremely helpful, attentive, and patient. He truly listened to my concerns and reassured me that he could provide a better experience and a better deal. He showed me the vehicle I was interested in and thoroughly explained its features. He then involved his manager, who took the time to explain the available rebates and provided a clear breakdown of what my out-the-door price would be—beating the other dealership’s pricing by a significant amount. I was very impressed. I returned the following day with my mother and had the pleasure of working with Mr. Asad, the Finance Manager. He was exceptional—completely transparent, thorough, and made sure I fully understood everything I was signing. He even secured a lower APR than our own financial institution, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, the entire process was seamless, professional, and stress-free. We are extremely grateful for the level of care, honesty, and support provided by the entire team. We will definitely be coming back in the future whenever we are in the market for a new vehicle, and we highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an excellent car-buying experience

I recently purchased a used Honda CR-V that was supposed to be HondaTrue Certified. While the salesman, Kristo, was great, the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. When it was time to drive off the lot, the battery was dead and there were pantyhose all over the engine because the previous owner had a rat problem. This was shocking to see on a “certified” vehicle. They jump-started it and removed the pantyhose, but it made me wonder what else was never checked. The same day after buying the car, the battery died three more times, leaving me stranded and asking strangers for help, less then 24 hrs after I purchase this vehicle. When I called the dealership, I was only offered tow assistance and Uber reimbursement—no rental, no real solution. I don’t even like using cabs, and it was incredibly inconvenient. For the amount of money I’m paying, the car should have been fully inspected and ready, not causing me stress and frustration right after purchase. I’m now being forced to bring the car back just to make sure the job is finally done correctly. I hope the dealership takes this seriously, because customers deserve better—especially on a certified vehicle.

One day I decided that I want a new Civic Type R. So I went to another local dealership first where I guess maybe I wasn’t taken serious. I left and I decided to call Bay Ridge honda A young gentleman named Kristo Picked up the phone and told me to come over. This was almost closing time they close at 7 PM. I got there a little bit after 6 PM. From the second, I walked in Kristo and all of his coworkers were super nice to me. In 30 or 40 minutes, I was approved. The finance manager Asad Walked me through everything explained the payments And two days later, I was picking up the car I highly recommend Bay Ridge Honda and the guys and girls that work there are simply amazing
