Person who answered was courteous, but they didn't show up until next day afternoon when the idiot who blocked driveway was already gone.

I didn’t think they would be so disorganized. I made an order and was told that they would arrive in 45 minutes. I called them back an hour later. but they never said exactly what time they would arrive. terrible service, terrible dispatching. you ruin your clients' plans. I strongly recommend not to contact this company.

Called for towing at 1:20am at 2:25am called the guy for eta and his answer was “he is coming” couldn’t even tell me approximate time and told me to call another company. After 1 hour wait time Customer at least should get a proper explanation or at least ETA.. Worst experience ever if you guys need service asap dont call them

I called them because the access to my driveway was blocked for hours. and they came within 20 mins. Very satisfied. Highly recommend

We had a car blocking our driveway. Within 10 minutes of calling them, the tow truck arrived and the car was gone in 15 seconds. The service was so rapid, the driver did not need to leave his cabin. This was the best service we've had, and the quickest. We will definitely be calling them again. Highly Recommended

I called at 1:08am to have a car towed that was blocking my driveway and the tow truck arrived at 1:20. Professional and courteous!

Promoted as “Brooklyn service” but can’t come to crown heights?…these local services are trash

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Took 4 hours to arrive and charged us over double the amount initially quoted and would not accept anything other than cash. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! This place is full of disorganized, lying crooks!

Rude, slow kept transferring me to different person just so they can hang up at the end

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. Waited 3 hours to get a car removed blocking my driveway. Was told it's a minute away and it never came. Unless a minute away means something different in their language they're a bunch of con artists

They are unprofessional, waited more than an hour to pick up my car. They did not care about it at all. Be careful with this towing company.

Don’t bother wasting your time with this company. Like the other reviews they are nothing but empty promises. I called them for a car tow that was blocking my driveway at 10:30 pm and he said he will send someone but 3 hrs later I called them back and he said he will be there in 30mins I woke up at 5am the car is still here blocking the driveway.

Called them about a car parked illegally blocking our driveway, they said they’ll send someone over. Called again when no one came after an hour and he said they would be there shortly. By the morning, the illegally parked car was still there so no one ever came.

I must've called 4 times asking where is the tow truck and the guy kept re assuring ne it will come yet no one arrived by morning and when I called in the morning they seemed not to know whats flying...do not use

Called to have a car towed. Waited for more than 8 hours and nobody ever showed despite calling back multiple times. Got nothing but empty promises. How pathetic.

Anthony is the greatest , so kind honest and helpful . my son J got stuck and Anthony had all the solutions and great price. Jeremy the driver was awesome too.

Called for emergency tow from Brooklyn to Rochester. Quoted a 30 min wait. 3.5 hours later they pulled up after not answering the phone when we called for an update or saying 20 more mins each time the did actually answer the phone. Busy night I’m sure but be honest about the wait time. Also tow Was requested during the flood and hurricane watch. I will give credit where’s its due, obviously it wasn’t safe for them to travel that evening. I was told after reaching out to them for their location that they would be coming tomorrow. Each day turned into the next day. Finally no more communication. No more answering the phone. They now had the 2500 paid upfront and my vehicle. About 2 or more weeks later got a phone call at 630 AM saying they were about to pull up! Unprofessional isn’t even the word! If you can do something don’t commit to it. If your broke down tow truck couldn’t handle the job why sign up for it??? Highly recommend against going with them at-least for a long haul! Can’t rate a 0 or I would!

Called 3 times, each time they told me an hour, never came in the end

I had my 07 dodge charger towed at 2am and tbh it wasnt the best with my car but the service these people provided were more then professional and the guy who towed the car was really friendly and also gave me a tip on what it could’ve been wrong with the car.. great 5 stars..

They dont even deserve a 1 star but unfortunately you can't pick 0. They kept saying the driver would come in 20 minutes. 3 hours later they never came. They never called to give any updates on the drivers location. I had to keep calling and all they did was BS. Their website says 30 minute arrival, complete lie. I will never call for a tow at this place again. Very unprofessional !

Early in the morning at 4:45 am I called this company and they responded by coming to me in less than a half hour.Very good service.

Do not use. One hour, lied that they be here 20 minutes than lied again and again.

Came quickly, driver was courteous. Dispatcher on the other hand was clearly a Brooklynite.
