Save your time and don’t use this dealer. Called looking to get 2 vehicles. One vehicle was being bought out right and the other was a lease. Brandon was the only helpful person here. Answers the phone and is helpful. Problem is when he sets his manager to call You back, they won’t call you. You’ll need to chase them down. On day 2 I called back after no one reached out to me and Brandon said his manger will reach out to me. When the manager did call I told him What I was looking for and he said he’d call me back in a little while. Never got the call. Called Brandon on day 3 and he had another person call me back. That person as well said the same thing and 8 hrs later still no call back. First dealer that I ever seen where they won’t call you back and you need to chase them down.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership and would strongly caution any military members against shopping here. I am active duty and attempted to register the vehicle in my home state since I am stationed here. I confirmed multiple times before purchasing that this would not be an issue. They told me it was fine. They even took a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle. Then I received a call saying they could not process the out of state military registration and that I would have to register in New Jersey, claiming there were no other options. As a result, I ended up paying New Jersey sales tax and registration fees that I should not have had to pay. The vehicle itself is great, but the dealership’s preparation was sloppy. When I opened the cargo area after taking it home, I found garbage left behind from the previous owner. That tells me the vehicle was not thoroughly inspected or cleaned before delivery. It gets worse. My temporary registration was close to expiring and there were still no plates. I called the dealership and was repeatedly told by the finance department that they would call me back within the hour once things were sorted out. This went on for five days with no follow through. I finally asked for the general manager. He transferred me right back to the same finance representative, who then told me the lien code was incorrect and that I needed to contact the bank myself to fix it. There was a clear lack of knowledge, accountability, and communication throughout this process. If you are military and planning an out of state purchase, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere

I just leased Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from Hyundai City of Bay Ridge. The General Manager Adam and his excellent team of experts: the sales person Raza and the financial person Rohan did great job to accommodate all of my needs and requests and also gave me a great deal! I'm writing this to warn future buyers about this dealership's sales practices. Once a deal is made and you have your car, expect zero communication and broken promises. We financed a brand new 2026 Hyundai Tucson SE in November 2025. There was a service issue where the car was delivered without a factory-installed engine cover. Due to the missing part, there was evidence of rodent activity in the engine bay. If we hadn't caught this during an unrelated service appointment, who knows what damage would have occurred. General Manager Danny Ianelli handled this professionally once we escalated to him, so there's no complaint on that end. But when I approached him about a separate legitimate concern from the sales department, I've been met with complete silence. The bigger problem is the sales department's systematic dishonesty. When we traded in our leased Nissan, salesperson Razi specifically told us we could return the vehicle through them since they have a location in New Jersey, and that there would be no disposition fee. During price negotiations, Sales Manager Rohan reinforced this commitment—that they would handle everything and we were in "good hands." We signed paperwork transferring the vehicle to them based on these clear, repeated promises. Two months later, Nissan billed us for the disposition fee. It turns out there absolutely is a disposition fee, and the dealership never paid it despite their explicit promises. I called Rohan and explained the situation. He said he'd look into it and call me back. He never did. I called again and it went straight to voicemail. I even send emails to Danny. No response—even though Danny and I had been emailing back and forth just two days prior about the service issue. I even tried contacting Razi again who also did not update me. After over a week of attempts across multiple people and communication methods, complete silence. I ended up paying the fee myself because dealing with their deliberate avoidance wasn't worth my time. This is their pattern: sales staff make promises that turn out to be false, management reinforces those promises, then when it's time to deliver they won't return calls and go completely silent. They're counting on you being too tired or too trusting to fight back. If you do decide to come, it is truly imperative that you: Get every promise in writing, do not trust verbal assurances alone, they mean NOTHING. Inspect the entire vehicle before leaving the lot—pop the hood, check everything. If they mention anything about fees they'll "take care of," get it in writing.

Shout out to Uncle Moe & Nephew Moe who made our experience not feel like just a transaction. My family on the hunt for a used Santa Fe and stopped by the Hyundai dealership in Bay Bridge. Nephew Moe welcomed my family on a raining day. After a test drive, we had a straight forward conversation about the terms and walked out with a purchase order in hand. I absolutely had a blast buying my dream car at Hyundai City of Bay Ridge!! I want to personally shout out Rohan, Renna and Ray! They are an A team and so professional. I walked away with my dream car at only 2,000 miles and an amazing monthly payment. I was in and out of there quickly to. Rohan’s customer service was personable and professional. Ray did the test drive with me and it felt comfy and educational as he explained all the features on the car. And Renna made sure my 8 yr. old had paper to draw on while we waited for financing to finish. I would overall recommend anyone that is looking for a Hyundai, to this location.

I had a great experience working with big Moe and little Mo. Little Mo is the sales guy he contacted me right away. We spoke on the phone then my wife and I met with him. He didn’t push me in anyone vehicle he tried to find me the best deal possible. He was easy to work with and a gentleman. Big Moe was equally as easy to work with. He works with the finance team and help find me the best deal. And pull a few strings for me to make sure that I could get something that really fit into my budget. I would recommend a wholeheartedly that you work with Bay Ridge Hyundai and if you can the two Mo’s.

This was the worst new car buying experience I've ever had. Hyundai City of Bay Ridge lured me in under the promise of selling a brand-new vehicle, but what I received was far from that and the paperwork later revealed they had sold it as used while pushing me into financing with double charges (yes, they did not honour the full promised discount).The car was delivered without a proper pre-delivery inspection, and it showed: it had scratches, dents, a broken door handle, a missing tire kit, and no full tank of gas. This is not how a new car should be delivered.When I raised concerns, they didnt own the issue instead, they kept calling me back in with vague reassurances but no real resolution. I also reached out to Hyundai USA, and was disappointed to see the lack of accountability at the brand level as well.This is not how you treat a customer. I trusted this dealership and expected transparency and basic professionalism. Instead, Im left with buyers remorse, a damaged vehicle, and a brand I no longer feel loyal ***** sharing this so others dont fall into the same trap read the fine print, and dont take their new car promise at face value.

We bought a brand new car here and were asked to sign and pay before even seeing the car, claiming it was in storage and would be brought out afterward. When the car was finally brought out, it had deep scratches all over it, yet we were told it would go away after cleaning, which was not true. Because of this, we had to drive 1.5 hours twice and wait a long time both times, and even the replacement car wasn’t prepared when we came back the following week. Overall, the process was extremely frustrating, full of delays and wasted time. UPDATE: The replacement car was delivered the next day as promised. There are still some minor scratches, but they said they will take care of them. The salesperson handled the resolution at the end more professionally, which we appreciated. Even so, the overall experience should have been handled better from the start.
