I had a great experience with this car service. The team was professional, friendly, and very helpful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The work was done quickly and the pricing was fair. My car is running perfectly now.
I also want to mention the girls at the front desk — they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made the whole process easy and comfortable from the moment I walked in.

Way overpriced. First was given a quote of 150 for oil change. And the person approached me while i was waiting in strange way saying “it will be $150. Is that ok?”. I replied “do i have a choice “. Then when my car was taken inside, same guy came over and asked similar question “sorry, we have made a mistake. Real quote is $325. Is that ok?”. Obviously i didn’t want to leave after waiting for a while. I said ok. Then i looked up on chat gpt and chat gave me the highest quote of up to $150-$200. I even made a picture of oil used because the guy said “it’s a new bmw and you need very expensive oil”. Which was true. But the cost for oil is around $100 (i look ld up the price). Obviously it’s less for the big shop like that, but even if it’s a $100. I would imagine another $100 for labor (half hour to 40 minutes). Where did another $125 come from? I asked the representative at check out desk and she replied “you have bmw, it needs very expensive oil”. I said yes $100, what else. She said also very expensive filter. I didn’t argue and just paid. The filter is around $20. Obviously I won’t come back there ever again
I walked in with knowing my battery is dead and car displayed problem signs. They charged me 320$ for a battery that cost 220 AC delco 94 in auto zone.They charged me 175$ for labor and 225 for programming from what I understood the programming was resetting the system which could have been done without any machine And they are telling me the original cause wasn’t fixed and that I need to drive the car and see why comes back up. This is straight up Theft.

I was so excited when I purchased my car from this place. Unfortunately someone had hit my car and damaged it and I needed to get something fast. I wish I would have did my homework and took my time. I am a single mom working two jobs so I rushed and now I’m paying for it. The car I purchased is having all type of issues I’m spending money I don’t have and I only had the car for 3 weeks now it may have transmission problems. Make sure before you purchase a car just don’t take someone word do your research like I wish I had I would have never purchased this car. Just devastated Yes this place also sell cars.
I had a very unpleasant experience due to the attitude of one mechanic. I was polite and respectful, but he was rude, dismissive, and refused to look at my car. It seems that service here depends entirely on his mood, and basic professionalism is optional
To clarify, I was told that another mechanic could help me that day, but by that point my experience with the first mechanic had already set the tone.
I asked him if he had time later that day, and he said no. I then asked if I could come the following week, and his response was that he probably wouldn’t have time next week either.
While this may not sound rude on paper, the message was clear: there was no real intention to help or schedule a future visit.
I believe customers should be treated with basic respect and given clear, professional communication.
I recently brought my diesel vehicle in for an inspection and had a great experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. Their expertise and customer service made the visit smooth and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend them!

I bought a car from these people. I was very Comfortable. Any issues and Maintenance they were on the ball and took care of it . All I can say is they are reliable and trustworthy.
I want to thank staff Manager and Tony for this excellent job on my car 2023 dodge charger they did an amazing job I can’t be any happier than this they made my car brand new again they fixed all the scratches stripped the car and did the entire car it’s new again off the showroom thank you again
There really excellent for the work that they do and customer service. I used to go to the dealer for service but they screwed over my car. I am happy I have Yellow Bird in my area. The owner Anthony and Yuri are both top notch.

One of the morning I tried to start my car and it's wasn't start the way its supposed to, I called this company to tow from new Ultracet and 57 th st corner to they shop to change the spark plugs.
They called this jobb engine tune up and charged $450+ $85 for towing.
4 pc of spark plugs cost 20-30 dollar so that 30 min job I guess was cost $420.
They also charge me for engine oil change-they said was no oil inside...I have to say that I just changed the oil couple weeks ago,and if I have leak why they don't fixed?... as u see on the picture they wasn't change the oil,and the sensor shows anyway if it's low on oil.
It's an old car but we always take care...and we just change the brakes, radiator, pipes,tire...couple months ago.
Stay away from this place if u don't want to waste money!
