Let me start off by saying this company is wildly overpriced for what it is and that’s saying something, considering the “lot” looks like someone’s house driveway that they decided to turn into a towing yard. You’d expect at least a touch of professionalism for the money they charge, but instead, you get attitude, confusion, and zero accountability. Trying to get the simplest information was like pulling teeth. Every step of the process felt like they were deliberately making things harder than they needed to be. And then, somehow, they managed to tack on a “storage fee”when my car wasn’t even there overnight. The math—and the logic—ain’t mathing. This whole setup feels sketchy and unprofessional from start to finish. The way they operate screams “we can get away with it, so we will.” And honestly, I’m looking forward to whatever snarky, defensive reply the owners decide to post under this, because if you’ve read their other reviews, you already know they love arguing with customers instead of fixing their broken system. Maybe try improving your service instead of your comebacks.
Terrible company. Refused to give me any information who to contact for sanitation. My car wasn't located on any city database and i didn't even know I got a ticket. Didn't even know where my car was and could find it on his system. Luckily Then when I called to get the actual location of their lot, he tried gaslighting me saying he didn't know if he had my car and didn't speak to me earlier. My car was towed across the street from my school. Many staff park on the sidewalk because parking is so difficult. In all 5 years of the school being here it was the first time a staff members car got towed. And they tried to say I was blocking the sidewalk on an abandoned and broken sidewalk next to the industrial building that SANITATION NEVER CLEANS. Him and his sanitation friend running a little scam/scheme here. Yes I am calling it a scam/scheme. BC if they really cared and followed the traffic laws, all the cards on the side of the school is completely NO STANDING and no they don't have plaques or school passes. As he bragged that he tolled 10 cars on the this particular block within 2 hrs of the cars being ticketed by sanitation. They also picked and chose which cars to tow since they didn't toll on the cars on the sidewalk especially the ones across the street from the chop shop. SUPER OVER PRICED and trying to make a quick buck off hard working people. The address listed on google is not their correct address and you have to call them to get the specific address of the lot. So i'll save you the trouble, if you ever get towed by this company the lot is on 633 Glenmore ave. I wonder what nasty response they write to this review.
I have no idea HOW this place is still open, it looks like a junk yard. The man will tell you anything you need to hear except what you need to bring and that they only take cash. The man there said his name is John Lopez, he did not look well almost as if he was a junkie, and I came early in the morning. They covered my plate and when I got my car back there was electric tape over the last digit of my plate… so suspect. This place is not one that should ever be supported.
Terrible service, super unprofessional. Do not recommend for any reason whatsoever. The operator gives misleading information over the phone regarding the hours they are open and when you can pick up your car, and will also proceeded to prioritize his personal matters and errands over serving you (i.e. picking up his prescription).
Also very unfriendly and aggressive, claims to be 'cash only' but definitely only to spite you and slap that on you last minute to make matters worse.
Difficult to even consider them a legitimate business. Also very immature, I've seen their replies to other reviews on here.

The worst company! They tow my car and they destroyed my rear differential and axel and cannot be fixed! They refused to give their insurance information when I ask them for it. I will go ahead and take lawful action against them in court!!
