Brought my Infinity Q 80 at 815 am. Waiting area was very dirty, freezing cold, and dusty. 915 am came to ask what is the status and discovered that my car is not even started to be in service. The service man refused to tell his name, but he was the skinniest and the shortest one ;) and was in the third cubical from the door entrance to the left. Picked up my car without service. Just wonder, is it worth to buy 100K plus car and keep the customers in a cold place and dirty place like a barn? Nor speaking about about non performed service... Enjoy the pictures..

My experience was a good one. Staff were knowledgeable and courteous and explained all that was going to be done on my vehicle.

John has and will always be my go to Service Manager. He is never dismissive about my concern and ensures that everything is addressed before I leave. His pleasant demeanor and honesty is greatly appreciated. A special shoutout to Crystal and Megan (i hope i spelled it right) for your kindness and funny banter, it makes paying the bill less painful!

Thanks Carla for GREAT SERVICE!!!! I had one of my Turbos replaced under warranty. I Love working with Kings Infiniti!! I just wish they had more loaner cars. It seems I can never get a loaner from them. Besides that, they are really awesome!!!

They tried to change me for 3 hours job and 800$ what was done from someone else for 25 minutes and less then 100$!
The Infiniti technician "forgot" to put in place the front windshield camera !!!
I don't want to say it was done on purpose, but it feels like it was after I read similar reviews.
His " mistake" cost me more then 400$ to be fixed outside of infiniti !

My car, infinity, had issues with the battery.It had to be replaced for a new one.I made an appointment for 7:30 am, dropped off my car. It was done by 4 pm. When I asked why did it take so long I was told that they were doing wheel alignment even though it wasn’t necessary. When I finally picked up my car , went home I received a phone call from the service that mechanic made a mistake and put the old battery instead of the new one. I had to take another day off and go back. The representative called me later to get more information about my car even though I provided it before . Now my car is having problems with the dashboard and when I called to schedule an appointment I was told that they can’t take me because I didn’t give them . What kind of service is that? It’s normal for the mechanic to make a mistake . What if my car would stopped working on the highway and cause the accident? They really don’t care . This is absolutely unacceptable

My vehicle was not used for a while due to my knee surgery. When I felt better I tried to use it. The first attempt the battery was dead. The rodent made a living in the engine, chewed the battery cables and destroyed other components.

Attention! When I closed the door of my 2025 Infiniti QX60, the moonroof glass shattered. I took it to the Infiniti service center, but they told me there was nothing they could do and asked me to pay $2,913. After doing some research online, I found that this issue is actually quite common with Infiniti/Nissan vehicles, and there is even an ongoing Nissan/Infiniti Exploding Sunroof Class Action Lawsuit Investigation. I consider myself lucky that my children were not in the car that day. This will be the last Infiniti I ever buy or lease in my lifetime.

WHAT A SCAM!!! my father is paying extra every month for full service warranty, but where is the money going????? when we came to fix a minor issue, they wanted to charge him $1200!!!! FOR WHAT!? they didn’t even bother to call the warranty to confirm if he was even covered. very rude, and not helpful at all. i do not recommend.

I was there today and they tried charging me when I have a 1 year warranty on my car. Manager was super rude zero customer service. They scam you selling you a warranty and don’t honor it what’s so ever. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Extremely disappointed.

Great OE parts shop. They always pick up the phone and will have your part ready in a minute. The prices are extremely fair for OE parts, especially compared to other luxury brands. Staff is friendly and professional, and have you out the door quickly.

I take my Infiniti QX60 to Kings Infiniti in Brooklyn for service, and every time, the experience is excellent—especially thanks to Mathew (Matt to his friends). I showed up pretty late for my appointment (coming from Manhattan), and Matt still took me in with no attitude or judgment. He was kind, professional, and didn’t make me feel rushed at all—just like my boyfriend Joel said he would. Joel’s been going to Matt for a while and told me, “Just ask for him, he’s the best,” and he was absolutely right.

Since I arrived late, I was prepared to be there for hours and brought my laptop to get some work done. When I couldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi, one of the other gentlemen noticed and kindly asked if I was okay. After I mentioned the issue, he took me to a woman in one of the offices who helped without hesitation or attitude. Even though they had just had a network outage, she handled it quickly—called whoever she needed to, got everything reset, and updated the password in the common area so no one else would run into the same problem. The way she did it—with zero stress, no eye-rolls, just pure helpfulness—really stood out to me. That’s true luxury service.

To top it off, my car was done way faster than expected. They even inspected for additional issues and explained everything clearly, without pressure. I couldn’t get the extra work done that day, but I’ll definitely be back, because I now feel like my car is in good hands.

Thank you again to Mathew and the entire Kings Infiniti team—you made my day easier, and I highly recommend you to anyone needing honest, quality service.

Matt was an awesome service advisor, kept me updated, and took it upon himself to notify me that they were also able to do the yearly inspection which saved me a ton of time. Wheels were still a bit dirty after the wash, and interior a bit dusty, but i can’t complain too much about a free car wash. Other than that, service was top tier.

Other than the waiting area being too cold, it was as unremarkable an experience as you would hope for when you take your car to be serviced. They completed the task in the time initially quoted; I guess that's impressive!

Kings Infiniti Service Center – A Deeply Disappointing Experience

I’ve been an Infiniti customer for over a decade and currently lease a 2024 Infiniti QX60. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the Kings Infiniti service center in Brooklyn has made me seriously reconsider staying with the brand when my lease is up.

To be fair, my first visit in February 2024 was smooth. The team was helpful and courteous. But my second experience was the complete opposite—frustrating, unprofessional, and downright unpleasant.

It started when I received a dashboard warning for a sensor malfunction. I called the service center and spoke with Cristal, who helped set up a drop-off date and assured me a courtesy vehicle would be available. This was crucial, as I needed transportation for work.

However, when I arrived, I was told by Carla (my assigned service rep) that there was no courtesy car available. I explained that my entire appointment had been scheduled based on the confirmation of that vehicle. Carla, with zero empathy and an incredibly rude demeanor, told me I could either leave the car (with no courtesy car) or take it back. I had no choice but to leave with my car.

I later called Cristal again to express my concern. She backtracked on her original statement and informed me that courtesy cars are only available after a vehicle is diagnosed. Eventually, we rescheduled under the condition that a car would be ready after the diagnostic, if needed.

On the rescheduled day, I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM and was told I’d receive results shortly. By 1 PM, I hadn’t heard anything. I called the center and was told both Carla and Cristal were “at lunch.” When I asked for help, the gentleman on the phone seemed annoyed and flatly said there was nothing he could do. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none were present. I sarcastically commented that it made sense why their Google reviews are so low—he promptly hung up on me.

An hour later, I received a text stating that a front sensor had been “physically damaged.” This came as a shock, as there has been absolutely no damage to the front of my car.

I called again and Carla told me both sensors had been glued back on and that visible glue indicated tampering. When I arrived to pick up the car and asked to see the issue, she quickly backpedaled and said she was mistaken—it was just dust. Then she pivoted, saying one sensor was located under the grille and known to malfunction on this model—but still claimed it wasn’t covered under warranty. She insisted it was damaged and showed me photos, which showed no visible damage at all.

I asked for my car back and said I’d have it inspected elsewhere. She agreed and then charged me $285 for essentially nothing. As I was leaving, she even suggested I use a different Infiniti service center in the future. That part, at least, I will be taking seriously.

To sum it up: the staff at Kings Infiniti seem unmotivated, disinterested in customer service, and inconsistent with their communication and policies. What should have been a straightforward service visit turned into a stressful, time-consuming mess. I’ll be reaching out to Infiniti corporate and documenting this experience wherever appropriate.

Kings Infiniti, do better.

Very well organized. The woman that helped was Carla Martinez and she was incredible she explained everything that needed to be done to my car. She gave me updates when I left my car at the dealership to get worked on. She definitely made me feel like my car was priority and that i was well taken care of.

This service is staffed by unprofessional and deceitful people! I lost 4 days for incorrect diagnostics, I lost $1000 and 2 weeks due to their incorrect diagnostics! The prices for service and parts are very high, and the quality of service is very low, equal to 0! I advise you to do everything you can to avoid using their service! Disgusting people!!!

I brought my QX80 to get checked out. I spoke with Mr. Matt he was knowledgeable about my situation. Mr. Matt kept me informed all throughout the service process. Overall I received top notch service!!! 5 STARS in my book ?

I arrived at the Infiniti service center at 3:40 PM, and it was closed.
Please explain your working hours so people can be aware of your schedule.

John and the rest of the service crew provided excellent service and kept me updated on the work. Only complaint is that they no longer provide complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, or snacks-only pay as you choose vending machine.

Get you one they deals are great financing was cheap and easy no haste my next car I will be back shout out to Gus Domingo and his wonderful financing team...
