Louie was ABSOLTELY AMAZING. He was helpful and caring throughout the whole process in a time I was scared and confused at the terrible tow pound on 26 Navy St in Brooklyn. I called and he was the quickest and most reliable. He's genuinely the best.
Poor customer service! I told the person on the phone, the address and location I was going to. Like I was his friend, he asked me and I quote pull up the address and tell me how many miles is it. That took me by surprise . Once I commented on his request he said he was not available and hung up. What that how we do? Wow! Disrespectful to say the least!

car wouldnt start up on a sunday evening so i called what was around to see who could help me out. luckily louie was the first one i called. at first he wasnt sure anyone would be able to help me out as it was a sunday night and i just needed a jump not a tow. he said he’d check if its possible and then give me a call back.
luckily he called me back within 10 min and said he’d come out himself! its a late and cold night and i know no other guys would come out so it meant a lot that he took the time. he came to my car so quickly and was so kind and helpful. quick and professional service! even cleaned my windows since they had so much snow and i was away for the week. thank you louie!
10/10 Louie was prompt, organized, and very fast to respond. He made a very stressful, very anxiety filled scenario a lot more manageable and easy to deal with. I would 10000% recommend if you need a tow.
Louie was very helpful! He picked me up and brought me to my disabled car within 20 minutes of calling him. The tire was completely destroyed, and I was afraid of the rim getting messed up. He did not charge for picking me up. Louie was very nice and was fun to talk with.

What customer service I received and he towed my car being careful not to jack it up. i love the service if you need a life saver he is the man to call!
I had locked my keys in my car trunk and contacted Louie. Not only did he give me an accurate time of when he would come, he came on time and got me back into my car within 5 minutes. After calling about 4 different companies we got through to Louie. He charged us almost half of what the other companies tried to charge and was extremely reliable and proficient. He told us twenty minutes which actually was 20 minutes and Before we even came out the car was hooked and ready to go. He was extremely cool and understanding and helpful. Highly recommended !!!!!!!!

Really nice on the phone, met me at the auto shop, helped me tow my truck to the junkyard, walked me through the process, and then even gave me a lift back to the area I needed to go. Really above and beyond services, and at a more than affordable rate. Highly recommended, make sure to call Louie!
Louie's business practices are outstanding especially because he runs a one-man operation. He answers all his calls, is very pleasant to deal with. Gave me a very reasonable rate and then at the completion of the job, he gave me a discount, because he wanted to save me money!!! Amazing. Really sweet, super professional, no-BS guy. Made a situation that could have been very stressful, just the opposite. Very upstanding guy. I could not recommend him any higher. Trust me you won't regret bringing your business to Louie!!!
Louie was amazing! He showed up earlier than he said he would, which was great because I needed to get into work on time for meetings. He had my car up and off to the shop within 5 minutes and confirmed the drop off @ the dealership. I would give him 6 stars if it was possible! Great guy, friendly, awesome service. Best in town!
