I just called to let them know, they were ticketed, how long it's been and they were here faster than a pizza delivery.

Rude and hung up on me when all I was doing was attempting to do tow a car I have permission to tow he automatic assumed the worse and just dismissed me with no valid reason other than being bias and discriminatory.
Fantastic attentive service, careful care of my car. He waited with me by the tow yard despite the slow process, and was patient and explained every step of the way. If you need your car towed out of impound, or any towing job around the city this is your guy
Louie was ABSOLTELY AMAZING. He was helpful and caring throughout the whole process in a time I was scared and confused at the terrible tow pound on 26 Navy St in Brooklyn. I called and he was the quickest and most reliable. He's genuinely the best.
Poor customer service! I told the person on the phone, the address and location I was going to. Like I was his friend, he asked me and I quote pull up the address and tell me how many miles is it. That took me by surprise . Once I commented on his request he said he was not available and hung up. What that how we do? Wow! Disrespectful to say the least!
Very efficient. Loui showed up fast and on time. Called ahead to make sure he had the right Location.
He is very friendly and his jokes will make the drive feel much shorter than it really is! Make sure to choose this company to make towing an ease.
Louie was very helpful! He picked me up and brought me to my disabled car within 20 minutes of calling him. The tire was completely destroyed, and I was afraid of the rim getting messed up. He did not charge for picking me up. Louie was very nice and was fun to talk with.

Louie came by personally to jump start my car from a dead battery. Extremely fair prices, hardworking and honest guy. The service took less than 30 minutes from call to finish and he was super nice. Highly recommended for anyone in Brooklyn.
Today Louie was amazing. I called him, didn’t have my insurance and he waited for me to sort it on the phone. Kept encouraging me to not freak out and do what I gotta do, honestly first tow truck service was great cause of him. Louie is the best. if he was a means of birth control I say he is 100% effective. He was professional, courteous and came within 5 mins of calling! What customer service I received and he towed my car being careful not to jack it up. i love the service if you need a life saver he is the man to call!
I had locked my keys in my car trunk and contacted Louie. Not only did he give me an accurate time of when he would come, he came on time and got me back into my car within 5 minutes. He was even courteous enough to contact me the next day to make sure I got home safely! I highly recommend this company - he was a God send! Thank you!
Louie is a great guy and a total pro. Came and met me within an hour of calling and helped get my vehicle out of the tow pound quickly. It was almost 100 degrees and he put in the extra work needed to get my vehicle out. Awesome service!
Amazing Owner/Driver Louie and he is by far very professional and a people person. He advised the cheapest way to charge my vehicle and showed up instantly himself to save the day had my car running in a minute! Louie is super friendly and made a stressful situation hassle free. He was quick to pick us up late on a sunday night (which was also new years day). He left our van inside an auto repair shop to get fixed which was perfect and we knew our van and belongings were safe. To top it off he even helped us look for a hotel for the night along the way. Many thanks to Louie, highly recommended!
Amazing man, he really helped me out when I was in a jam. Honestly if you need a tow and a safe and friendly hand call Louie. He came very quickly to get me help and the conversation was great and much appreciated. I'm a loyal customer now. Being a firefighter I would just work on the car myself but Louie helped me out big time today.

5 Stars, for sure. Louie is awesome! Really nice on the phone, met me at the auto shop, helped me tow my truck to the junkyard, walked me through the process, and then even gave me a lift back to the area I needed to go. Really above and beyond services, and at a more than affordable rate. Highly recommended, make sure to call Louie!
Louie's business practices are outstanding especially because he runs a one-man operation. He answers all his calls, is very pleasant to deal with. Gave me a very reasonable rate and then at the completion of the job, he gave me a discount, because he wanted to save me money!!! Amazing. Really sweet, super professional, no-BS guy. Made a situation that could have been very stressful, just the opposite. Very upstanding guy. I could not recommend him any higher. Trust me you won't regret bringing your business to Louie!!!
Louie was amazing! He showed up earlier than he said he would, which was great because I needed to get into work on time for meetings. He had my car up and off to the shop within 5 minutes and confirmed the drop off @ the dealership. I would give him 6 stars if it was possible! Great guy, friendly, awesome service. Best in town!

My tired busted and I didn't wait long! He was there within 20minutes! He was a respectful and very helpful person! He's a people's person ! Love his attitude ! I love his service ! He even told me were to go to get some good quality tires! He just gained another loyal customer! As my first experience I will recommend him to other customers!
Louie is the real deal - he's a straight forward honest hard working guy. He came to help me jump the battery of my car tonight and was a lifesaver on a very cold evening.
