I wrote a message at 10 am asking to find out the prices and dates for servicing my car, it is now almost 4 pm, I wrote a bunch of messages and they promised to find out the price and time for an appointment, they still promise to find out the cost, the incompetent employee Jerry still did not schedule a time for servicing my car and did not tell me the cost, it is better to contact another service!
EDIT - PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS MENTIONING TIME DISCREPANCIES SEEMS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT EXPERIENCED SOMETHING LIKE THIS SO BEWARE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME AT ALL

Wow, just wow can’t make this up. Time is now 4:26 pm as I’m typing this. I left a review on the sales page and got a reply shortly after basically confirming the parts department close at 5pm. Well guess what I’m here now 4:27 and they said “we already closed the system come back tomorrow” I replied “your website says 5pm and I also called and was told 5pm” they basically shrugged and said they closed the system come back tomorrow morning and the older male who stated the system is closed actually just walked out as I’m typing this with his backpack on time stamp 4:29. HILARIOUS closed the system over 30 mins early to pack up and go home. What a lazy establishment first you guys can’t even get your correct business hours right. Online says 6pm but it’s 5pm actually oh but wait we are lazy and want to go home early rather then do what we are paid for so we closed the system over 30 minutes early to go home. Not even Friday hahaha. This was my second attempt to buy parts and again you guys showed you guys suck at basic things like being open when you say you are. The employees for the parts on there way out again told me to just come tomorrow and I said I will, but I definitely won’t I’ll drive further to give my money to different stealership maybe one that is open when they say they are and don’t clock out over 30 mins early when a customer is there. I’d love to see you guys reply and what you have to say this time since last time you blamed it on google, so is it now googles fault again that you guys closed up shop and I quote “shut off the system “? Definitely wouldn’t recommend someone come here for something if they can’t even get their parts department straight imagine what else they can’t get straight.
This place is totally trash if u love ur car and wanted to fix something I do not recommend this place. They messed up my windshield and never fix it they said they don’t have any mechanic to fix it smh. Also they are money grabbers force u to do car diagnosis and charge u extra feels like a scam so I do not recommend this place
I go to part section on Saturday 3:00 pm . Parts was closed. I checked online 3:30 pm
I live in STATEN ISLAND.i just came here for parts.they should fix time online too.if they want to close 2:00 pm its fine but change the time online too.thanks
This place makes me very disappointed and I feel cheated! Before taking the car in, tell me that the car is under warranty, but after putting it in, it is not under warranty. If you want to take the car away, you have to pay first. I'm disappointed. I'm too disappointed. I hope everyone will be cautious. ???
I brought my car for service. They told me 370 to get it fixed and they hire Rob me they wanted to charge me $9800 and my car worth only $3000. The car was never fixed same issue same problem same noise Parts they got it was defected.
Worst place ever! I booked an appointment two weeks ago for a recall. First, they sent me multiple texts messages with the wrong address and I ended arriving to their dealership miles and miles away from my house. When I arrived to the dealership, they said their Service department was somewhere else and gave me the correct address, which it was near my house!! Then, I called to inform them that I was going to be late because they sent me text messages with the wrong address, the service representative asked me for my information and THEN, he said that they don't even have the parts I needed!!! Why they booked my appointment if they don't have the parts for the recall?? Why no one called me to let me know not to waste my time driving places for nothing! Very disorganized place and horrible customer service in the SERVICE department.
1. It takes Ford forever to fix things ( 2-3 & a half weeks ) and
2. ONLY AND ONLY the office worker that accepted your vehicle ( like do all it's intake paperwork ) is able to give you updates about your car. Which means that if it's that employees day off, your not getting an update until the next day that that employee comes in!
AS HARD AS I TRIED, THE OTHER EMPLOYEES REFUSED TO GIVE ME AN UPDATE ABOUT MY VEHICLE!
I am very dissatisfied with your service. The first car has been fixed for a long time without telling me, or I went to inquire about it. The second service item says tire replacement, but I saw that my tire has not been replaced at all, and I have left front wheel. lack of tire pressure
Called and gave details that car was under warranty n wanted 150,000 service. Was told to bring it in no appt needed. Brought it in n was told they dont service cars over 120,000 miles. Obvious they dont want warranty work n dont care that they waste your time. My key went missing. Always wondered if they had something to do with it.
If you'd like to drop your car off for service, do it before 530 PM! I arrived at 5:38 PM (they close at 6 PM) and was told they could not unlock the gate and let me drop off my car even though they were open and staffed until 6 PM. Tom was rude and disrespectful. After telling him I drove an hour to drop the car off, his only solution was that I could leave it outside of the gate but it would probably get towed. This "service" shop is a real disservice. If you're going to advertise that you can drop your car off until 6 PM, then maybe you should keep the gates open until 6 PM.
