We were in a pickle for a 40 yard roll up dumpster. Vinny from Atlas came through at the last minute. Driver was courteous and experienced to get the dumpster in a tight space. The price was right. We highly recommend this company and will use them again for our cleanouts.

I called another prominent company we all know and was quoted 800.00 to remove my trash. I decided to rent a uhall(55.00) pay my brother(50.00) to help me out for 3hrs. Filled the truck to the top, dumped at atlas(165.00), gave a guy there(20.00) to not only empty the truck but leave swept clean. Total: 290.00 savings: 510.00. Just saying.

Excellent! Contractors that do what they say they're going to do, when they say they're going to do it are hidden gems and Atlas is a gem. Called on Wednesday at 1PM asking for stone delivery, got stone delivered on time the next morning at 730 AM. Great service, careful drivers, I recommend them highly!

If you are searching for a dumpster company Atlas Roll Off Corp is by far the best around. Vinny and Phil are great people to do business with and their prices are lower than others in the area. However, what is most important... they are professional and reliable as to drop off and pick up times and dates. In todays world it's rare to find pleasant, respectful, concerned business people who actually care about their customers. Their drivers who drop off and pick up the dumpsters are great people too!

Great communication on time service! Had to gut reno an entire commercial property. Place was a mess with a bad foundation, old finishes, and a mushroom infestation. Atlas was Magic. Got the delivery and drop off everytime we needed it for this big project.

Whenever I need a dumpster I call Atlas RollOff Corp. I had to clean out a warehouse of unusable drones and they had the dumpsters to me in no time! I use atlas when i need dumpsters at a job site. I personally bring my demolition material to the transfer station. I have read some of the reviews. When need a dumpster it is always on time. When i off load myself every place could have a bit of waiting time. You just cant beet the Prices the company gives both ordering a dumpster or off loading in atlas yard.

People on the phone are absolutely horrible and rude. When the truck driver came to pick up the container, we were charged an extra fee for permit renewal, although we had already told them the date to take the container back on when ordering. By calling them, I was told they assumed I need it longer and renewed the permit claiming they called me beforehand. When I told them I can show my phone record with no calls from then they became extremely rude and completely unprofessional. Dude claimed he has too many containers out on the road that he’s failing to manage in keeping track of. Apparently as the customer you need to remind them daily what your last day of use is to avoid incurring extra fees. The truck driver was nice to me and understood the situation and you could see he felt bad as he watched them yell at me on the phone over. Definitely do not recommend their service. I would rather pay the few extra bucks next time and be treated with respect and professionalism.

I recently used Atlas Roll Off for a large project that required many dumpsters. They were professional, courteous, and on time. They communicated delivery and pickup times, and never missed a beat. Atlas was an essential part in ensuring that the project would be completed on time. I would highly recommend using them and will be a repeat customer.

I just contacted Atlas Carting today, 9/2/15 and was shuffled around until I spoke to Phil Napoli. I was absolutely disgusted by the manner in which he handled the entire situation. When he first picked up the line and I wished him good morning and noted the location and the overage message left on my voicemail the day before, he said "yea and"... to which I further explained I wasn't disputing the overage just requesting documentation detailing the total charges and he said hold on. After 3 minutes of holding with no check in, just absolute silence, I decided to call back to see if maybe someone else could help. I was transferred to him again and he proceeded to attempt to chastise me for not calling him back yesterday when he had the ticket in front of him, that he was busy dispatching four trucks and he's doing a million things at the same time. At this point I clearly told him I was not at fault for his disorganization and there was another way this could have been handled. I offered to leave my email address and if in two (2) business days could receive the proper paperwork I would have been satisfied. Instead I was told, you'll receive a dumpster ticket (with no taxes noted), the original "invoice" and maybe the credit card receipt for the overage (with no detail as to the overage weight, etc). There is no reason that a company should not be able to clearly note in writing total charges and summary of service offered, especially when they waste no time in charging the customer’s credit card. In no way did I dispute the overage or give cause for argument, what I found offensive was the way in which I was spoken to and the company's expectation of what they owe the customer. I believe in paying for the service rendered and I also believe in a mutual cooperative, respectful interchange between vendor and customer. My decision to utilize the service of Atlas Carting, was cost driven. They were approximately $50.00 less than their competitors and in this instance I believe the "savings" was reflective in the poor customer service. I would have paid $75.00 for better service. I could go on to detail the extent of my portfolio and the "loss" that Atlas Carting incurred by providing horrible customer service but its less about the importance of my firm or my position within it, it is instead more important to note that true professionals should regard every person they interact with, with a modicum of civility. I recommend to all persons shopping around for dumpster services to evaluate the true cost in selecting a vendor. Atlas Carting may be more "expensive" then you think, when you factor the poor treatment and its effect on your morning/afternoon.

The price was good but their customer service is one of the worst. I ordered four 30 yard containers but the people I dealt with on the phone were horrible. rude, not very helpful and did not want or attempted to win some good business. We use over 2-4 dumpster per week in the Brooklyn and NY areas which they lost on. I had to call several times to schedule picks up “because pickups are not important to them” – the 2 women I spoke on the phone were not very helpful and even hang up the phone before I was done. I understand people get aggravated at times and we all have bad days but every time I called I received bad customer service. Unfortunately I had to use them because they were the closest to the job and we were in a need to complete the job ASAP. I expected better customer services when someone pays close to 4K in one week. I called back to let them know how I felt and instead of listening and trying to understand and perhaps make it better - I was told that this was a free world and I could do whatever I wanted and I was again hang up. I don’t recommend this company and will not use it again.
