In December, my vehicle was involved in a hit-and-run accident. I filed a police report, and fortunately the other driver’s license plate became lodged in my car’s bumper, which helped identify the vehicle involved. As a long-time Nissan customer, my car was towed directly to the dealership for repairs. The repair process took approximately three months due to the extent of the damage. I was eventually contacted by Rob from the dealership and informed that my vehicle was ready for pickup. However, when I arrived, I noticed that my vehicle’s license plate had not been reattached to the car. When I asked Rob about the missing plate, I was initially told that the car had arrived at the dealership without a plate. After showing him a photo clearly showing the vehicle on the tow truck with the plate still attached, I was then told that the tow truck driver may have removed it. As a customer who has been loyal to Nissan for over a decade—and who originally purchased the same vehicle from Rob—this situation was very disappointing and concerning. I believe the matter deserves a proper explanation and investigation. I am sharing this experience so that others are aware and can exercise caution when dealing with this location.please still away from nissian in bay ridge especially salesman RoB

I am now driving a 2025 Nissan Sentra fully loaded premium car with fairly affordable payments thanks to Akeem. Akeem is pleasant and patient and he's been working with me for the past two weeks(the processes would of been way quicker, but due to my schedule it was this long) to make this happen. As soon as I called him, he schedule an immediate appointment for me and he worked around my schedule until I was able to drive off with my new car. I would recommend any one to him. I could not believe it they waited for us. We were able to purchase a vehicle with a timely manner with all the explanation of the process. I must say starting off with I had a great car purchasing experience with Empire Nissan Bay Ridge yesterday! I'm 80 years old and have purchased a number of cars over the years. No dealership came close to the level of confidence, integrity and expertise that I recieved at this dealership. This included Phil Lombard manager Mike in administration finance and Lei including Sasha! They were extremely professional and knowledgeable which put me at ease. From financial, to sales to car prep these people offered a great experience. I thank them my wife and I really like the car nice product. I was impressed by the dealership and how well organized everyone was. One last thing all were super great at there job of moving and selling car's! However there's one guy there that was super great at his job but not so great at giving directions! No names please lol !! I highly recommend this dealership.

I was looking in to Nissan Sentra or Kicks so I figured going to my local Nissan dealer would be my best bet. I’m so glad I did. My wife and I walked in without knowing anything about this place and start asking questions. That was our encounter with our sales rep, Mr. Joel Almanzar. He was very calm, polite and started showing us around. We hate aggressive sales but he was nothing like that. He was super friendly and so easy to talk to without any awkward moments. We needed little more time so we came back 5 days later. Until then he kept up posted with new inventory. We finally bought the Kicks and our experience was truly amazing from start to end. Everything went smooth and effortless on our side. I bought my Subaru Forester at Nissan Empire, and the dealership asked me to handle the registration, inspection, and title transfer myself because they “didn’t have time” to do it. They promised to reimburse me if I did them that favor. It’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t received anything back. They gave me a temporary transit permit, which expired because they never completed the process. I had to rush to handle everything on my own in Philadelphia, wasting my time and money. I’m still waiting for my refund — that money is mine, and I already paid it when I bought the vehicle. Very irresponsible and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place at all.
