Great experience purchasing my car. It was very quick and very little back and forth trying to get to the number I wanted, without the usual car buying games. Very straightforward and was able to complete the deal within an hour. Also had a great salesperson, Charles, who helped out with anything to close the deal and was able to answer/find out the answer to the questions I had. Very responsive and again, straight to the point, without difficulties.

I came for recall remedy service and they checked everything in my car for me. Made it super smooth and fast process. Super friendly staff! Special thanks to Chris for explaining everything on the inspection results. They even offered a quick exterior carwash which was a surprise to me, I didn’t know they had such service ? thank you!

Toyota has always been known for good service. Overall, my visit went smoothly without any major issues. My vehicle was accepted quickly, and a service advisor contacted me promptly. I asked him to perform an evaluation of the paintwork, and he did not forget to do so, for which I am especially grateful. I do have a few minor comments regarding the service. First, the maintenance reminder was still displayed after the visit and was not reset. In addition, my vehicle was not washed, although, to my knowledge, a basic technical wash is usually included with Toyota service. Perhaps this is not provided at your location. Overall, my evaluation of the service is positive.

Just bought a new Camry. Love all the bells and whistles Toyota added. My husband and I got exceptional service from Paul. He is unusual. He is caring and reliable and came through for us. We really appreciated his excellent service.

Great dealership and people. I was ready to buy my Tacoma after searching for a specific setup and color. I built my Tacoma with the online tools and found few results for what I was looking for, so I had to start making calls. Bay Ridge had the exact build and accessories I was looking for. I made my call and I spoke with Jarvis. Now... The other dealerships I've called wanted me to come in, or took my information and had other people calling me or emailing me still. Was getting overwhelmed by this. So... back to Bay Ridge... Jarvis was my contact and he was great. He confirmed that they had the exact build I wanted and he sent me photos and a video of this truck right away. He answered all my questions through text or phone calls and never once made this transaction feel pushed or "shady". We did this whole transaction over the phone, even helping me with what I needed from insurance. The only thing left for me to do was to get there. Took a train down, got a Lyft to Bay Ridge Toyota and sign the paperwork and go. He was young, polite, hard working and helpful. Everything went smoothly and my wife and I drove this beautiful truck home. I even forgot something there and they shipped it out to me. I have been leasing Toyota’s for almost 15 years now, but this was my first time at Bay Ridge Toyota. I actually live in Long Island and only tried out this dealership because of all the good reviews even though they are quite far from me. I must say with all honesty that I was not disappointed. This was by far the smoothest and most pleasant experience I have ever had any dealership. Adel the GM was a complete straight shooter, Moe the finance guy processed everything super smoothly and Paul the sales guy was also extremely helpful in communicating and coordinating all the moving parts including my trade in. There was no shady bait and switch or last minute price changes. I truly appreciated the upfront transparency and customer friendly attitude from the entire team at Bay Ridge Toyota. If that’s something that appeals to you I’d say this is the dealership to go to!
