What clients say about Chucky Automotive Corp in Brooklyn (NY)
Great service! Chucky was awesome very responsive and very accommodating!
I called to have them tow my son’s car from flushing to new jersey. Their prices are very, i mean very reasonable, and they asked questions about the car, the owner of the car, and all proofs for security reasons. Once they pucked up the car, the ETA was confirmed. Overall, theyre the best i’ve dealt with so far
First of all I want to say thank you to Chucky Automotive Corporation!!! Ive never experienced such great customer service and teachings all that same time. They were very informative and fast! The fact that I was located in Hollis Queens and they came within 30 mins of calling them. You can’t beat that. I promise you won’t be disappointed for giving them a call when you need help!
Menor and Celia A+++ ( I REALLY WISH I COULD ADD MORE STARS ?) service very reliable, kind and professional/would definitely do business again/ I HIGLY RECOMMEND !!
Menor and Celia are the best at what they do & I can’t thank them enough. I was in a situation where I desperately needed a tow late at night & when no one else came they showed up quickly and handled my car with care. Their customer service is also exceptional I would highly recommend??
This company was a lifesaver. After waiting almost 5 hours for a tow from AAA, I ended up calling this company to assist. They showed up approx. 30 mins later and this was at 11:30pm. Rapid service, great communication and phenomenal customer service. Highly recommend!!!!
Menor and Celia were amazing!!!!!! On time, professional, and gave me good advice on how to keep my car in good shape. They also made, the drop off of my vehicle at the mechanic, easy. They really came through in a pinch and I’m super grateful for their assistance.
Excellent experience using this tow service; CJ saved me in the middle of the night came to me in less than an hour; towed my car to a whole other borough, all for a very reasonable price. He was also extremely pleasant and easy to work with; made me feel comfortable the entire time. Turned a very stressful and upsetting situation into something not so bad. Thanks!
I made a stupid mistake of running over the yellow stopper in the parking lot. I was stuck for only 20 minutes before chucky’s team made it to me. They are fast, reliable, and were careful in lifting my car.
Great service from Chris when my car broke down and needed towing. Also good price range for people on a budget and don’t want to go through insurance. Would highly recommend doing business with them!

Car cut off on me after 5 a.m. and in less than 30 minutes Matthew came. Super professional and friendly. Secured my x5 and got it to the shop very quickly. Will definitely recommend to anyone in need of assistance! Thank you!
These guys are life savers! Stuck in the rain at night, no other place was willing but Chucks came through. Very smooth process at an amazing price and everyone was super friendly. Make this place your go to for your car needs!

Very reliable and quick! I was in need of a tow and within 20 minutes chuckys automotive was here to help! Great guys ! Highly recommend if you are in need of help
Talk about a life saver! My brothers wheel came off of his van coming off the highway and Chucky Automotive came to the rescue under 30 mins after a brief phone conversation. Very friendly and helpful! Better than AAA might I add. Thank you for all of your help!
I have a 1999 Mustang that is lowered. I had to get it towed due to a flat tire. Chucky Auto came and handled it very respectfully. If you have a lowered car as well, these guys are totally prepared to tow it without any damage to the vehicle. Thanks so much! ?
Above and beyond service! Excellent communication. Chris went out of his way to jump start my battery and wait for to me drive it on around to hopefully charge up so I didn’t have to take to dealership. Chris waited the block over and was very patient with me. He and his partner were both honest and educational about my situation. On top of that initial experience… an oversight on my end I gave them wrong address. Chris was very forgiving and understanding to me and went out of the way to find the correct service station to bring my car to. The correct station was further away and Chris did not ask me to pay additional fees for the longer trip. Chris even FT me and I was able to take screen shots to ensure my car is safe and sound! Thank you so much for turning my stressful situation into an enjoyable one with solutions!
Chris was amazing, he went above and beyond for us and is also the nicest guy. Feel really glad to know someone like him while I’m living in New York, I 1000% recommend him to anyone who needs any help with their car.
Excellent 24 hour towing service and had little to no waiting time! The man who towed my car was polite, professional and explained everything he was doing. Also was the most cautious driver with the vehicle hooked up. Will definitely call them again if I need their services in the future. Highly recommend!!!
I am at a loss for words to express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received. The team went above and beyond to help me, and I could feel that they genuinely cared about my situation. I am completely satisfied with their services, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.
Chris was a great respectful and helpful guy. He helped me and my dad take my car out of the pound for a reasonable price. We intended to pick up the car out of the pound on 1/24/23 but the place was closed and he didn't get mad for already making the trip there. We went again on 1/25/23 at 11am and although he said he barley had rest last night, he was willing to come help us again. ALSO.. he has a special license that allows him to take out unregistered vehicles. Highly recommend and will definitely use their services in the future
Awesome service!! Chucky is a life saver! He came super fast to tow my van out when I was stuck in the sand at Breezy Point last night. He is a pleasure to deal with and most importantly his prices are fair!! Other tow companies were trying to charge $400 to tow my van about 8 ft! Chucky arrived, immediately latched my van to his tow, pulled me out in no time, and did not charge me an arm and a leg! 100% recommend his services! Great customer service, great pricing, and excellent communication!
