I have bought several vehicles from Premier, always a pleasure, great prices and great people to deal with. Especially James the finance manager.

This place is trash. I have a warranty on my car that they wouldnt honor. Gary showed me the screen that said my car was under warranty but said his manager wouldn’t accept it. I called the Ford dealership that sold me the car who told me the warranty was valid and that this particular service center probably just didn’t want to take it because they can charge more from a customer paying out of pocket. Avoid this place at all costs, I will be reporting them to Ford.

Update - I self diagnosed the issue using an obd2 scanner. It’s only a $300 repair which honestly i would have been fine to just pay out of pocket had they just been straight with me instead of trying to con me

Wow, wish I had read the reviews for this place before I took my Bronco in for service. Dropped it off on a Monday and no word for days. Finally called them for an update and they could have cared less when they said, “yeah we haven’t looked at it. We’ve had some cars here for 2 weeks so we don’t know when we will get to it.”

Okay, that tells me all I need to know. What a pathetic excuse for a business and their customer service is a total joke.

Yemin is by far one of the most amazing sales people I have done business with. Transparent with an amazing bedside manner that makes you know you are a value customer! 10/10 would recommend , Come see him for the best deal Possible : )

I have leased or purchased a car 12 or more times if I count my wife and daughter. I used Premier Ford of Bay ridge 3 years ago I had a very good experience and decided to use them again. I was connected with Abu and within a few days. I had my car and I never once haggled about the price. Because it was much lower then I expected they did a great job. I suggest you call them. I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the parts department at Premier Ford. I needed a specific part for my vehicle, and not only was the staff unhelpful, but they were also rude and dismissive.
First, I was put on hold multiple times, each time for over ten minutes. When I finally spoke to someone, they seemed uninterested in assisting me. They provided incorrect information about the availability of the part, leading me to make an unnecessary trip to the dealership.
Upon arriving, I found that the part was not in stock, contrary to what I had been told. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Instead, the staff member I dealt with was condescending and acted as if I was the one at fault for their mistake.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. As a loyal Ford customer, I expected better treatment and more competent service. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and will advise others to do the same. The parts department at Premier Ford needs significant improvement in both their customer service and their accuracy in providing information.

Excellent service; in particular, Ilnis was a fantastic salesperson. I would advise you to purchase a Ford exclusively from this branch as their rates and level of service are superior than those of any other location.

Most , if not, all of the dealers in Brooklyn are pretty awful. This dealership was no different. The only thing 5 stars was the cars. I made a phone call and arrived at around 5:45. The woman on the phone seemed very pleasant. I got to the dealership and it was raining but I didn’t mind. I looked around for about ten minutes before I was even remotely acknowledged for being there. I had to ask reception for a sales person to assist me. I tested the sales person by asking him details about the blue GT 350 on the lot and asked to look at the interior and he was nice enough to let me do that. I asked about the pricing and not once in our conversation did he ask me anything personal. He didn’t even remotely try to sell me a car. He seemed like I wasn’t worth his time or dime. I asked to see a brand new Ford Edge ST but he said they were in storage and I would have to schedule. I had to ask the sales guy for his card, and the card he gave me was hilarious. This dealer is definitely a 1 star dealer.

TLDR: awful service, unhelpful employees, nice cars. Avoid this spot. Go to Dana Ford.. theyre 100x better.

Funniest part is that I actually drive a racing red GT 350 and I’m glad they didn’t get my sale.
