Max was my point person who was very respectful and meticulous in providing me with whatever information I requested and educated me on the process with the insurance companies and adjusters throughout the repair process. They brought my beautiful Model X back to life from an unfortunate accident that to the naked eye (seemed not too big of a deal) but needed a major overhaul underneath. They made it right in the end even though the repair took longer then expected…but that’s how Tesla repairs are while waiting for part availabilities. They do a lot of good work. And you should definitely consider using their services. My car actually drove better after the accident than from before. Completely surprised and faith has been restored. I have had to repair my Mercedes GLS 450 3 times in the last few years due to minor collisions. The other shop I used took 5 times as long and charged 5 times as much for similar work. Brooklyn motors was able to fix my car while I was away on vacation and even picked it up and returned it for a small extra fee which was so very helpful for me! Then even ordered the part before they had the car so that they could get working on it as fast as possible. so satisfied!

Awesome service! They changed my side-view mirror and everything was done quickly and perfectly. Super clean work and really great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need anything else.

Brooklyn Motors is truly exceptional!
This shop is extremely professional and their communication is outstanding. My Tesla was repaired exactly as promised, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. They went above and beyond with their service, every detail was handled with care, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations.

I would like to thank Roman and his team for making time in the busy schedules to polish out an ugly scratch on the passenger side door of our new Genesis GV80. While I was waiting, an experienced technician got to work and after a few minutes, the scratch had completely disappeared. The door looks like new, and Roman even offered the service as a courtesy! I will not be looking further if I ever need paint services again.

When i got my car banged up, i didn't even stress, i just exchanged insurance info with the other driver and drove straigh to these guys. Having dealt with them before i knew this was going to be hassle free. And it was. Magic is the word that comes to mind. How they do what they do, idk. Thats why its magic. Seriously very happy with the results. Not only that, but as always, they went the extra mile and even took care of my powder coated rim that wad damaged. Car looks like it came out of a dealership. Definitely recommend!

Brooklyn motors was the epitome of professional. I brought my model Y in for a bumper repair that turned out to have a lot of underlying damage. They were quick to take my car, inspect it, communicate and update me, order all necessary parts, repair the car, paint it, and have it ready for me to pick it up. They communicated openly and honestly, giving me advice when applicable but not forcing an issue and allowing me to make decisions without any pressure. I recently took my car to Brooklyn Motors to have it repaired after having been in a fender bender. Throughout the process, the staff were friendly and professional. They sent updates of what work was being done to my car, sent photos when asked, and had no problem breaking down the process for me and answering questions as it’s my first time bringing my car to a repair shop. Also, their work has a life time guarantee which makes me feel at ease. I left a satisfied customer and am happy to have my car back in it’s original condition. I had a great experience with brooklyn motors. The price was around what I expected and was extremely satisfied with the workmanship. I took my 2015 BMW M3 here and after one too many dings and bumps on the rear bumper decided to get it fixed. After I received my car it literally looks like the first day I got it.
