As a seasoned customer of Fame auto group I can genuinely say, you will never see customer service like this in any other collision shop ever (and trust me I’ve had my fair share). From the moment of my accident until my car was delivered right to my doorstep, Marco and the Fame team were holding my hand through every single step. 2 minutes after the accident occured late at night, Marco was on scene ready to take both cars with a tow truck straight to the shop. Early the next morning, a rental car was delivered right to my doorstep. I did not need to handle not one thing with the insurance or with the other person involved in the accident. They filed the insurance claim, gave both of us rental cars, answered every single question, and helped me through the entire process without missing a beat. Marco rushed everything for me in record time, and had my car delivered right to my house, ready and sparkling with a brand new car wash like it just came off the assembly line. Fame Auto Group is a top-tier one-stop-shop for all you collision needs. Excellent repair job and solid customer service! 10/10 From the moment I was rear-ended, till the car was delivered, repaired, back to my house (45 minute ride from the shop), Avi and his team took care of me with top-notch concierge service. For starters, Avi stayed on the phone with me and helped me navigate the entire post-accident situation. Calm, professional and knowledgeable. Exactly what I needed! Avi also immediately sent a driver to deliver a comparable courtesy vehicle, fully feature-loaded, with a full tank of gas. His crew took care of bringing my car to the shop, and I was on my way! He also took care of all the paperwork, phone calls, claims, inspections, etc. During the entire process, Avi kept me updated on the estimates, ordering parts, progress and repairs. And his team did a phenomenal job with the repairs. The car looked brand new! Better than I could ever imagine or hope for. Would definitely recommend for all your collision and auto repairs needs.

Talk about full service! After getting rear-ended hard at a traffic light my first thought was "Wow I really don't want to deal with this." The worst part of an accident (assuming everyone is uninjured) is dealing with the insurance and the long painful process of getting your car fixed. Fame Auto Group made all that super easy. They talked to the insurance for me, they picked up my car from the tow lot and dropped it off at my house, great user experience. And their work was impeccable. Look at this before and after picture. Their work is so good, you probably wouldn't believe that the 'after' photo is post-fixing but it is! Hopefully you never get into an accident, but if you do - Fame Auto are the ones to call.

I had such a great experience here! My car was almost not going to make it, and they completely fixed it up and got it running perfectly again. The customer service was also amazing they were honest, patient, and kept me updated the whole time. You can really tell they care about their customers and their work. Had my Cybertruck wrapped in matte black and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. They originally told me it would take 5days, which sounded fine, but they called me the very next day less than 24 hours later to let me know it was already done. The wrap came out perfect. When I dropped the truck off, they gave me a loaner car so I wasn’t stuck without a ride. I hung out in their lounge for a bit, chilled with some hookah, and they offered me cold drinks while I waited. The staff was very friendly and made the whole process easy. When I picked up the truck, it looked amazing. Not only was the wrap flawless, but they gave it a full wash inside and out, added air fresheners, and even put down paper mats to keep the floors clean. Attention to detail was on point. Service was fast, the quality was excellent, and the price was significantly cheaper than other places I quoted. Highly recommend!
