Beware: overpriced scammers. Went to this shop because I had a flat and it was the closest to my home. They take off the wheel, noticed that the rims are bent and offer to patch it for $35.. that did not sound right so I declined. I asked them to just put air in the tire and they told me it was $10 dollars for the inspection..huh???

Paid it because they had my tire.. but then went a different tire shop and had my tire patched for $10!!!

They sold me 8 years old tire for 90, with a lot of cracks… I did not see in the night and saw it month later. Don’t trust these people. And trying to rip you off with off market brand new tires for $150

They don't tell you the price before, later they put the knife in your heart if you know what I meant. I don't recommend anyone going there.

I went to this shop expecting a safe, reliable tire, and they sold me a three-year-old tire that already had lumps and tears in it. This could have caused an accident and seriously injured me. When I brought it back and asked for a refund, instead of taking responsibility, the owner got nasty and disrespectful.

A tire shop should care about safety, not pushing old, dangerous products on customers. I was refused a refund for something that should never have been sold in the first place. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. I would NOT trust this place with my car or my safety.

The over price $45 for pacthing higher price than other shops around. My bad I should had asked the price before they took off the tired ? .

Horrible. Their Google maps page says 9:00 p.m. closed. I got there 7:30 p.m. He still had the gate halfway open and when I asked him if you can help me with some air he said no we're closed. Sorry and close the gate in my face. Meanwhile he let his buddy in who most likely had alcohol in his bag

Pulled in at about 4:20 on a Saturday with a flat. The gentleman attended to us right away and identified our puncture and plugged it as well as filling all 4 tires to optimal pressure within 20 minutes. Paid cash and were in and out. Couldn’t have been easier.

Helped me twice since I moved to the area over a decade ago. Great place for simple tire repairs. Even faster if you know where the puncture is. Got lucky both times with no wait. Plugged my car both times in New York minute.

I drove over a nail and punctured a tire on my Subaru. These guys took out the nail, patched my tire and filled it back up. Good work, done quickly. And not expensive at all.

For fixing leaking without removing the wheel on the space asked 20$, I wanted pay with credit card, because did not have cash with me. He did not agreed take credit card, forcing me to go to the grocery across the street for withdrawing money from ATM to pay him cash.
Worst service ever seen! Do not recommend this place to anybody.

Great tire shop!!! While having to double park on 4th Ave. until a space is available, may be frustrating to some, the professional service, friendly attitude and reasonable price clearly makes up for it. Recommended by my mechanic and now my go-to tire shop.

Since my office is close by and I found my tire completely flat when getting off work I decided to come to this so called “24 hour” Luna’s Tire Shop to find no one to assist me. Called numerous of time and knocked on the door to no answer. Even waited at least 30 mins hoping someone would come eventually. Thinking they might have been occupying the restroom or something. No one showed. This is ridiculous. At least put a sign up advising service is temporarily unavailable.

This old Spanish guy who works there has a attitude an had me waiting outside for 10 mints while he’s watch info tv and then when he came out he took forever to fix my flat tire and he when I got home I realized he lost one of the tire screws

Also has a card sticker in the window and don’t accept cards
This guys should be replaced with someone who wants to work or close down

No longer 24 hrs as the signs on the storefront say..

Whoever working Friday December 17 2021 let me sit there for 20 minutes with a flat and watch him fix other flats then when it got to me he said they're closed.

What a waste of time, highly unreliable and unprofessional since Google says they're open until 12am and I was there at 11pm, I left at 11:21 when he said that he was closed.

If it wasn't laziness then I'm not sure what it was.

Don't rely on them for a late night emergency fix.

Great service reasonably priced a bit of a language barrier however the job was done superbly

The guy today slept lock door. Bad service .if u guys don't wanna open 24 hrs thn remove from online don't hassle us
