This place is awesome, my back glass broke on LABOR DAY nobody was open till the next day, was kinda like an emergency and they got the replacement the same day, call me and change it in an hour. They save me!!! Incredible and friendly staff too. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was very impressed with the service I received. They didn’t have the glass I needed, so ordered it and gave me the next day return appointment. They applied a film over the open window and upon my return were fast with the repair. I can recommend them highly.

BEWARE: another situation where you get what you pay for. I’ve been in the automotive business my whole life and I’ve never seen this bad a glass shop.

They didn’t seal the windshield in my car correctly and now when I go to replace it again 2 years later, the ENTIRE area under the windshield is rusted through. They told me “too bad, you only had a 6 month warrantee”. My car might be totaled right now because of the rust they caused, just because this shop doesn’t know what they are doing.

Fast service I’ve been here for 3 cars already and the prices are great. No complaints this far

They changed address the new address is 1267 Atlantic Ave its between New York an Nostrand ave....I called early in the morning left a deposit an soon as the window can in I was called serviced in an out in a timely manner....

Had my car broken into in Brooklyn via a shattered back window. Called multiple repair shops and was quoted $500+ with a two day turnaround. Found these guys and they fixed my window in LESS THAN 30 minutes and for a FRACTION of the price and were super kind and professional to boot, repairing not only my car, but also my faith in humanity. 10/10 recommended.

Found these guys on google and they were able to see me same day to repair my glass, very professional and straight to the point. I even ended having my windows tinted right after as well.

This shop is a life saver... Real quick and fast service. All these other places were telling to book a date for service and this shop took care of me within 2 hours of me calling. I definitely would recommend this business to anyone.

An overall Great experience and quick and pleasant service from the office staff over the phone to the people who fix the glass. Everyone involved was very helpful and it was a smooth process altogether!

Extremely unprofessional and is just trying to get you to spend money with them whether it’s what you want or not. Put a deposit down just to have the wrong mirror and be told to pay extra for their mistake. Do not put a deposit down with these people, that have multiple google pages but is one business, because it will be hard for you to get back as the owner doesn’t “check customers refunds.” Owner loves to talk but will not take ownership of any wrongs.

I chose this place based on the number of reviews this place got, but I’m extremely disappointed. There were several issues with this place and the quality of service I received.1) They never bothered to notify me of their change of address, until I found out myself 2)Once I got to the correct place, they were unsure if my windshield was in, even though they notified me a day earlier that it was in. 3) when they replaced my windshield they dirtied the fabric inside my car that is around the windshield.4) they did not connect all the sensors, so now my wipers do not automatically turn on when it rains.5) at the end of the job, I was asked if I could write them a review. This individual stood by me and tried to walk me step by step on how to get on their website, but I told them I’ll do that once I’m home.

This was my first time using this auto repair shop. I was called on the phone when my window piece came into the shop and was told to come in immediately for the repair to take place. After arriving 15 minutes later, I was told to wait outside in my car for 5 min while they cleared out the cars in the garage. After waiting in my car for over an hour, I came in to check the status of my place in line and was told again to wait just a second and that I was next in line. My car was fixed about 30 min later. While paying for my services, I inquired about the $20 off special found on the website and the two women at the desk immediately got argumentative with me asking why I did not state that I was a first time customer over the phone and that since I did not they cannot honor the offer. I double checked the website in front of them and proved to them that this was not true. They continued to be rude and raised their voice at me refusing to honor the website. Even the workers and other customers around shook their head in disbelief at the display the two female employees were putting on. One of the female employees then told me to take my car and get out. As I walked away to my car she then pulled out her cell phone and began recording me, pretending that I was leaving the shop and refusing to pay. When I turned around and questioned why she was doing that she then screamed, “I’m not doing this today. Not with you!”. The entire incident was unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never be using this shop again. And all over a $20 offer found on their own website.

The staff are very professional and friendly in person and over the phone. They are willing to accommodate to their customer's needs and make the hassle of a broken car windshield less stressful. The technicians are very skilled and experienced in their craft. Overall, the entire company seems to genuinely care about their customers and want to provide them with the best quality auto glass services.

Definitely a classic example of "Don't judge a book by it's cover".

Someone broke into my car and even stole my airbag and by the time I discovered this it was almost 5pm on a weekday.

Being a car owner for several years myself I was completely unaware that most if not all glass places close by 5pm.

I didn't want to leave my car outside with a broken window. Out of 30 places that I called only New And Used Auto Discount Glass was able to help me that same night. Even though it was late they still took care of me.
They even put a temporary glass up for me that didnt look bad at all and by the next day the new glass arrived and they installed it super quick for me. The technicians they have were also really friendly, professional and easy to talk to. The whole job was done in like 15min.

The receptionist is really nice and sweet and the owner is really nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone as they also stay open later than most places and really care about their customers and getting the job done for you.

Unfortunately thieves broke into my car again almost a year to the day this past weekend, Once again New And Used Auto Discount Glass Shop was there for me. Everything from their customer service and quality they are A+++ all the way. I've been a car owner for years and they are the best in the business. Highly, highly recommended thank you again New and Used Auto Discount Glass!.

They do a good job, but they do not negotiate prices, they charged me 160 for a windshield change and I could have done it somewhere else for 120. They do not honor coupons or discount. But the job was well done I have to say!

I called this place to get my windshield replaced on a Saturday and they told me they could get me in at 9 am on Sunday through my insurance' Safelite auto glass program. As soon as I told Safelite I would be using New and Used, they changed their story and told me to come in at noon. Noon is not 9 am, which should have been my first warning to go elsewhere. I arrived at 1130 AM and they apparently hadn't even ordered the glass. I waited until 1 pm for the glass to arrive. Then it took them until 3 pm to install the windshield. How it takes 2 hours to install a windshield is beyond me. You can see the photo for an example of their work. I can stick my fingers through the gap where they didn't seal the window, with the sloppiest non-oem sealing trim throw on top of it, allowing water to pool in the molding. The only thing keeping the rain from pouring in is the masking tape they put on to hold the windshield in place. I am now back at the shop for my second appointment to redo my windshield glass. I have now been waiting for 45 minutes and they put another car in front of me. Even if they do a perfect job the second time around I am now waiting around for them to fix their mistakes, wasting two half days. I would go elsewhere. Have respect for your own time, use a real safelite shop.

Update: they did a reasonable job redoing the glass install. It seems sealed, though a little crooked so the trim doesnt lay down flat. Average workmanship at best. While I was waiting someone came in and asked me how much they charged me, saying he'd paid $175 the last time he came in. I paid $250. I asked for money back to repair the headliner since they were unable or unwilling to do repair it. They gave me $20 back so I could buy a can of spray adhesive. How's that for taking responsibility?

Two days later it rained and surprise, it leaked. I took it to a an actual safelite shop and they were impressed with how new and used had shredded my headliner and how unsafe the job was. They said that if I was in an accident it would have flown out. It was barely attached. New and used had cut out the pinch weld and tried to rebuild it With silicone but the window was hardly attached to the frame. Safelite also had to repair the damage that had been done to my paint to avoid rust in the frame. Run from this shop!!

This place is trash. I was here 3x to get my windshield fixed. 1st time they put it in it leaked and creaked. 2nd time they tried to fix the leak they didn’t. 3rd time they put a super cheap aftermarket windshield in that doesn’t fit correctly and cuts off the vin and also shows the inside of the A pillar while looking into the car from the outside. The owner Mr. Friedman is as cheap as they come. The people in charge are never around and run away from the problem, literally. Stay far away from this place. They tint windows outside in the driveway and they look horrible. They have no idea how to run a business. I spend a total of over 12 hours at this hole in the wall that I can never get back and I’m far from happy with the junk windshield and the damage they cause to my car!

Super Convenient! Very reasonable prices and fast! People were pleasant and organized. No hassles whatsoever. I dropped in late afternoon, placed a deposit, and replaced my windshield the next day in under an hour. Really happy to give these folks my business and will do again if I need to.

Great Work!! Convenient location and cheap. My only issue with them was that my car sat in their shop all day. They claim they called but I never got a call nor a message.

One great little shop! They offered the best price for my repair out of several quotes, they did the work to find the right part on short notice, and they even did the work on a Saturday afternoon- faster than they promised as well. The service was very friendly. I recommend unreservedly to anyone looking for auto glass repair in Brooklyn!

When I first called to get a quote I spoke with Adriane she was extrememly friendly and attentive about getting my car windshield fixed with the holiday schedule. The service was extremely affordable compared to every other glass shop I called in Brooklyn so that's a plus that u definitely won't break the bank coming here. The service was so quick! I literally had breakfast at a diner up the st and came it was complete. The mechanic along with entire staff was super friendly and helpful.
