Wont do business with ever again. Went here to have new tires put on. Huge mistake. You would think this is simple, hell, I have changed tires 4-wheeling in the woods... Damaged my car through negligence, tried to bully me off the property. Would only compensate if they perform repairs. Don't let the existing reviews mislead you, this place is sloppy and disrespectful.
The service is great here with very good prices and an excellent job on repairing and refinishing my rims. I definitely recommend and will be returning for any work on my rims.
I want to thank the spanish guy that works there he was able to fix my bf car… everyone else wasnt helpful one bit! but to anyone who has never been UNLESS YOU LOOK LIKE THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE! Do not Go! They assist the people that look like them first if you understand

This was originally a four-star review, this shop was like any other shop in Brooklyn, and all they were doing was an alignment. Upon completion I was given a printout that said my alignment on my vehicle is inspected and is within spec, and I went on my way to begin a 5000 Mile road trip. Unfortunately due to machine error, or human user error, the alignment was far from spec, and my brand new tires were worn down in the matter of a single road trip. Upon returning to the shop and trying to come up with answers, they were super difficult and short with me. Regularly stopping me whenever I tried to speak and telling me I was wasting his time if I didn't have that printout. The most frustrating part was that they refused to admit any kind of possible fault, when all I really wanted to do was understand how he gave me the completely wrong numbers for my alignment. Especially because those numbers cost me those brand new tires.
been coming here for 6 years and it was my favorite repair shop but I'm dropping my rating from 5 stars to 1 star because he gives priority in service to his own people (Pakistanis)
today I was supposed to be served (change brakes) by the shop owner "Abdelsatar" after a car he was working on, once a Pakistani guy showed up he told me he will take him before me because he will do an oil change!!!
so I stayed double parked waiting for him to finish the oil change but another Pakistani guy showed up with his car and he decided to dump me and take that guy after, and sent an inexperienced worker to work on my car on street (even though he promised he was going to work on my car himself), the guy came with a manual car jack and started working on the first wheel, it took him so long to unscrew the brake screws because (IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE POWER LIFTED INSIDE THE SHOP), also the guy didn't know much about my car neither knew what part goes where.. he finished the first wheel and I insisted to finish the rest inside the shop, I waited for the right side part of the shop to be empty since his Pakistani Experienced Mechanic was working on a car in that part of the shop, at that point I was waiting for more 2 hours already, and he told me my car will be handled next, my car was supposed to be served by his Experienced Pakistani guy once he is done but instead he sent me all the way inside the shop and had the inexperienced worker work on my car again and had his Experienced Pakistani Mechanic work on a car belongs to a Pakistani old man who just showed up 15 minutes prior to that time.. the guy who was working on my car miraculously got the job done( was actually going to put non fitting parts instead of the right parts but I instructed him according to the instructions that camw with the new parts) .. I paid Abdelsatar (the owner shop) the money we agreed on even though he didn't fulfill his promise but I was not happy with the way I was treated and the way my car was handled
Next day brakes started making squeaking noise so I'm taking it back to him, looks like the worker who done my brakes didn't do it right :(

took it back to him and he wanted to charge me again to check the problem his guy did to my car, I refused and left. really disappointing
I live in Forest Hills and was in the area, suddenly my car wouldn't start. Thankfully Awais Auto Repair came to the rescue! Within minutes they sent a mechanic and the car was up and running. Thanks for the quick service.
The Parson in the shop Mr Abdul is truly an honest gentleman. The body work that l went for, was a tricky job —-is almost correct now . He will be out of country so he gave me words to finish it with in the budget. He did not even charge me for the whole job ,Since it was not done . Only thing was it took longer time . May be His body shop mechanic was sick .
Look for Mr Abdul . I surely recommend the shop .
Avoid this place at all costs. Total rip off. You will not find a honest mechanic here! An employee overcharged me for a used tire claiming it was new. 15 mins later, the tire is flat. I paid for a patch & returned to the shop. The owner wanted to offer another used tire at the same overcharged price without reimbursing for the patch despite saying he would. He takes no responsibility for his employees so they have free rein to scam customers. The tires sold there aren’t properly checked & will ultimately put you and others at risk.
Awaits is a bad mechanic shop. I went there with my car to do some warranty work my car has been sitting for six months because the owner Abdul wants to milk the warranty with money during that six month wait time my car has accumulated over $600 of tickets which he would not pay for because the warranty does not pay sales tax so therefore, he tells me I have to take a loss I am in the process of suing him because this is unfair. I do not recommend anybody to go to the shop. They’re very unprofessional. Their shop is dirty and filthy. I am the owner lies a lot.
Went here to fix a nail in a tire for a Tesla. The guy there quickly addressed it by plugging the tire. Entire process was like 20 minutes for $25 + tip. I've been driving with the repaired tire for several weeks now and have not encountered any problems.
Went to a different place before this for wheel alignment and they didn’t do a good job so took it here. Took car on road trip car was going to right the whole time. It’s very rare that someone does your alignment the right way and takes there time. Wouldn’t recommend for wheel alignment. Took it to my cousins shop and they said the alignment is really bad from front right. It’s a 3-4 hour job. No wonder why they didn’t do it. They had a line. Wanted to make more money. Don’t go here for wheels alignment. The Arab guy acts like he knows everything. Learn how to do your job the right way before acting cocky man.
I’ve gone to Awais several times. Tire patch, changing tires when I’ve slashed them, and for an auto inspection. Every time I go, they are prompt, fair, reasonably priced, and easy to deal with. Awais is my “tire guy”. Highly recommend!!

I had an engine light that turned on and off and a weird sound when i started the car. The owner of the auto shop came to help and checked everything with himself. Unlike other auto shops that try to rob you of your money and waste your time by asking you to buy this and do this and keep coming back, I spent no more than 20 minutes for a whole check and the owner wanted me to save my money by saying i don't "need" anything to be fixed for now and he can fix it if i really needed it. I didn't need it it was just a sound but very satisfied by the hospitality and thought for other people the owner portrayed. Will come back for any of my car problems, this is my main auto shop now.
Terrible tire shop, my delivery van had a flat tire and went to this facility. My driver asked how much would it cost to put a patch on the tire the manager there told him $25, the driver told him ok to do it. The manager tells the worker to fix the tire, at which point the worker decides to fix the tire with a plug instead. And decides to charge the same price. When I told my driver to refuse the plug and insist on a patch, their response was it’s too much work. So what are customers paying for??? They refused to put a patch and said this is the only thing they can do. Lazy lazy lazy. This place is a rip off. Save yourself from these ignorant people and go to another shop. Bad experience isn’t the word.
Great people, great service, and overall a great experience at this shop! Bought my Mustang GT here and under 30 minutes assessed the issue and got right to working on the problem. Oil was leaking into my engine and could’ve caused major damage, but thankfully the knowledgeable mechanics managed to solve the problem. The wait wasn’t long, and everyone there was extremely friendly! They treated me a friend more than a customer which is more than I could ask from any business. Heavily recommend this place to anyone looking for a trustworthy auto shop.
They were extremely busy, best to drop off the car and do other chores while they work. Ikea is around this area.
A senior mechanic onsite is the best mechanic i have met so far. The prices are very fair as well.
It was excellent. I went there for two issue. 1st one the battery was getting drained when I put the AC on and the car stops running. The other, is the engine sound high because exhaust leak. Both were fixed at a very law price. Now I can drive with the AC on, not warried about the car stall and the annoying engine sound like a motorcycle is gone. Mr. Abd,the morracon mechanic was great, did the repair at the most cost efficient. I expected changing the Altrnator, the driving belt and the battery that would cost few hundreds, but none of that. He checked all of that and all came to be ok.

Very long wait for no reason . This guy will hold you car and tell you he will do it tomorrow and not even touch your car until you go and force them . They leave your car in street parking so big Chance to get tickets . If you have engine sign then don’t bring it here . They don’t know nothing . They only good with tire job
Balancing my tires, always no problem but today wanted to patch my driver side tire and he couldnt take out the wheel with kicking so he just used metal hammer and hit the rims from the inside ruining my rim! Not doing business here anymore. Had my car since 2016 never once saw anyone hit the rims with metal hammer to take it out.
