Very polite and had no problem that the storing my battery try to give him a tip and did not take it. He said it’s on him no problem. I really appreciate that.

I wish I caught his name, but he was SO helpful!!! I needed to change my headlight and he was super quick finding the bulb I needed, and even came out to see if it was working. Thank you so much!!

I don't know how they managed to screw up something this easy, but I told them I needed a replacement battery and gave them the specific year make and model of my car, and then they gave me the wrong battery.

I checked the website and it said that AutoZone could help customers check their car batteries and even install them for free, but I was disappointed when I went there. The employee told me that they don't offer battery installation services.

Customer service at this place freaking sucks this place is the worst you stand around like an idiot. No one asked you if you need help. No one ask you if you need to be checked out and everybody there has an attitude horrible experience every single time I go into this place and I’ve been going there for years and I’m done. Today was the last day I will never spend another dollar in that store. I’d rather go to an advance auto parts or find a different store, but they will never see my business again I know they don’t care, but it matters to me.

Witnessed some terrible customer service from desk employees to a black man. They talked down to him, were incredibly rude- all coded in some intense racism. It was extremely uncomfortable to witness. I was misgendered multiple times while they made me wait for a long time. Women at the desk helped men behind me, before helping me, even though I’d been there longer. The environment was so tense, I just left. I went to Prospect Auto for a new wiper instead. 100x better

Good place and lots of parking, bought few parts, staff named Kaberi showed the aisle and gave me suggestion in my car and explained return policy. Clean place and good service from Brooklyn Auto Zone on Hamilton ave, near belt park highway!

Beware of an upsell scam on windshield wipers (and I would imagine other items as well). On consecutive days, employees told my wife and then me that our car needed a special 'OE' type of wiper that also happened to be double the price. Much like a new iPhone charger, they claimed that the type we were used to buying would no longer connect. Despite the rapidly evolving world of windshield wiper technology, we were skeptical of this claim and decided to buy our usual kind anyway. Lo and behold, they fit perfectly and come with multiple adapters for every type of car, much like they have for the past few decades. The Autozone website doesn't even make the claim that OE wipers are necessary for our vehicle. As far as we can tell, it's a fabrication of this store/its employees. If they'll lie to you about something as simple as windshield wipers, it's not a good indication for their other services.

Jaber who is the supervisor was super great with replacing my battery and it was done at 6pm which is great because I just came from work. He was efficient, quick and reliable- amazing work and thanks for your time !

A middle eastern woman sold me the wrong windshield wipers even I after I gave her my VIN and when I came back with the new wipers and my old ones to show her what I needed instead; she went and got her manger to ask her if she should return it or not because the plastic box that the wipers were opened not up to par to her personal standards.?I told both of them there’s no damage to the item itself and it’s going to go to repackaging anyway. She looked me dead in the eyes and told me not to intervene with her conversation between her and her manager. No joke. And I didn’t interrupt her nor got loud or anything , I simply was speaking to both of them at the same time. So I said excuse me I don’t know how long you’ve been on this country but we speak freely here and you don’t get to tell me who I can or cannot speak to. Then she started being more rude and condescending. The manager said that’s just the packaging just do the return. I don’t know why people like this get costumer service oriented jobs if they don’t understand basic manners and communication skills, let alone get you the right part.

My car didn’t want to start, jump started. Came over to Autozone and assisted kindly for a battery test and it was dead. Jabeer the store manager did the deeds and swap out my battery lube up my terminals and gave me some tips and tricks to prevent my battery terminals to be more anti corrosive.

Jabeer’s service was impeccable. He went out of his way to help me fix the issue that I was having with my car. Thanks to him I can get home safely.

AutoZone at BROOKLYN Hamilton ave very professional helpful and very knowledgeable when you need assistance , also the manager Jabeer very helpful and professional he is great asset for AutoZone.

Live in the neighborhood have came here most of my life. But still to this day every now and then I am still blown away buy how kind and helpful the staff can be. If I'm being specific in terms of my last visit Apu was beyond a nice guy and great employee. Good stuff guy appreciate how you work

He listened carefully to my issue, explained everything clearly, and provided the right solution quickly. Thanks to his expertise, my problem was fixed without any hassle. Today sept 9 the nice lady and man that worked at 9pm were very kind very helpfull and went out of their way to assist me with my baterry. I would sugest this location over church ave autozone hart pl. Autozone and flatbush autozone location. Romey E.F.S

I had an emergency this morning - my battery was completely shot! After jumping the car, I called into the Auto Zone. Apu helped me to find the right battery, confirm availability, and within 20 mins from calling I had my new battery that he changed for me! Incredible service, incredibly fast from start to finish, and very grateful to the team who helped me out on a Sunday!

Went in to get an indicator light. The woman at the counter was very rude and not knowledgeable about cars at all. She was not able to find the correct light for my car specifically on the computer (i had to type in my car type myself because she couldn’t be bothered), then when she went over to get the light she came back with the wrong one insisting it was right. She then turned to a gentleman behind her and asked, who advised her they are not the same and it’s wrong. I then walked over to get the light she said I would I need and left. When home to put it in and it’s still the wrong one. I will not be returning to this location, and if you go, know your stuff!

Absolutely a great service! They did more than expected specifically the Store Manager who personally help me with a problem in my car that wasn't his responsibility to solve... All with kindness and professionalism. Definitely to be loyal to this autozone store. I'm great full thank you guys.
