From start to finish, their communication was excellent — they kept me informed every step of the way. My car was ready early the next day and on top of that, the prices were very fair. Honest, efficient and professional — I’ll definitely be coming back if I need any work done in the future.

Alex’s Auto Body Shop has been one of the best experiences I’ve ever had for automotive repair. Seriously, who knew a fender bender could lead to such a heartwarming encounter? Alex and Lisa are like the dynamic duo of car care! Their customer service is exceptional, and their communication skills are top-notch. They explain every cost and estimate with such clarity, you’ll think you’re back in school—but this time, you actually understand the lesson! They go above and beyond, helping you out even when they don’t have to because they genuinely care. It's like having a couple of car whisperers on your side. Honestly, I’m almost glad I got into that accident because otherwise, I’d have never met these amazing, wonderful, god-sent individuals. I’ve only had my leased car for not even 3 months and have had the worst luck. My car was hit twice while parked and of course in nyc no one leaves a note or anything to hold themselves accountable. Long story short the damage was minor (dent on trunk, exhaust pushed in, lower panel broken/cracked, and car structure shifted resulting in the trunk not closing properly). Every single shop I went to stated my entire trunk needed to be replaced due to where the small dent was and that I needed a whole new exhaust or that they could fix the dent and bumper/panel damage but that my car would need to be repainted. All advice given to me from family and the guys from my work garage advised the complete opposite of what the shops were telling me. A lot of shops also told me to go through my insurance to which my family and police officers advised not to due to me being a first car owner. In the officers words they stated “don’t let this be your first accident” it’ll depreciate the value of the car. After much looking I called Alex’s shop and came in for him to take a look. Luckily I caught him before he was leaving for the day and he took a look at the damage and let me know what his shop could do and at what price. Ultimately Alex’s recommendation best matched up with the advice that my family and the officers gave me and the price was fair. He walked me through both options of going through insurance or not and I felt better knowing his shop was also certified by nissian and so that helped any worries about future penalties when returning the lease. I also brought in quotes from other shops and Alex walked me through why he recommended some of the repairs and avoiding painting all together vs the replacing and painting the other shops were suggesting. Overall, Alex, Davide, and Lisa are amazing and take the the time to explain and communicate as needed. Even when my car was fixed and then 4 days later bumped into/hit again WHILE PARKED. I called the shop and they were quick to help and really showed that they cared which I appreciated. Nowadays it’s hard to find genuine people and I can truly say here I did not feel taken advantage of at all especially as a woman. Hopefully there are no more accidents or damages in the future but at least I know if needed Alex auto body is reliable and efficient.

Friendly, cooperative behavior to solve the issue. Opens Sunday as well which helps a lot. I definitely recommend specially Tesla vehicles. They have enough knowledge about product and best service ever.

Great service. Anytime I have any issue, I only trust Alex and his shop. This is one of those places you don't need to think twice about leaving your car. He will walk you step by step through the process regardless of whether it's through insurance or out of pocket. The professionalism in this place is above any bodyshop I've ever been at before.

I can't say enough nice things about this place. I recently brought my 20-year old Saturn there after being in an accident. The front bumper and connected parts had a lot of damage. I first went elsewhere on McDonald Ave, where one of the owners blew me off and told me, "I can't even touch that." The reason he gave was that parts were discontinued and he didn't have "that kind of time" to look for them online. Had I listened to him, I would have junked the car. Luckily, I went to Alex instead, where they were so helpful and friendly. They fixed my car without expressing one difficulty. It was ready for me to pick up one business day later for a reasonable price, and it looked great! Now I can get some more mileage out of my car after already having invested a lot in it for recent internal repairs. I highly recommend Alex's and will always use them going forward!

These guys went above and beyond. My insurance company offered a very small amount compared to what the damage actually required - these guys got more, to cover full repairs. Very professional, qualified staff. Most importantly - quality of repairs: impeccable. I hope I don’t need body repairs: But if I do - this is my shop!

These guys and their staff are amazing! They really work with you to help get your car fixed. The process of getting my car towed to their shop all the way through getting my car fixed has been nothing but smooth! They have their own towing truck as well, so that made the process even more of a breeze. They're very helpful, kind and humble. Thank you Alex's body shop !

Was very satisfied with the quality of the work. Dropped off my car Monday the got it fixed by Thursday. Very professional. High quality work would definitely recommend there services. Also did a very nice job detailing the car after the body work was done.

Nice place, great staff. If the body of your car needs to be repair and paint go there without any doubts. What a customer like me needs, is just bring a car to the shop and wait for a call from them, when a car is ready for pick it up. All workers take care of a car. Thank to all for your job.

Alex auto is one of the best repair shops in brooklyn (i have been to 2-3 other auto shops in brooklyn and 1 in jersey) They are warm and welcoming, patient and pay very close attention to detail. Eddie worked on 4-5 projects for me, one was a small fender that needed a paint touch up and others were more intense. He ordered parts and did the repair in a timely fashion for a fair price. Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews, but this place is amazing. Had a minor dent on my bonnet and Eddie took care of my car, made it brand new look and even had my car washed and clean in both interior and exterior. Price was also very reasonable. This is what you call an excellent service!! I would definitely visit this place again if I need to visit a auto body shop. Best in town!

I highly recommend this auto body shop. Someone scratched my car a Mercedes bumper I walked in to ask for pricing on some body work and with no hesitation Eddie came out to see what the best thing they can do. Then with in seconds he said pull your car up and will do It in the spot before I know It they were working on my car after they were done they said they will wash my car and then when I tried to pay them for It he said don’t worry about and didn’t even take a dollar from me. The staff was excellent and extremely careful with there work and again I highly recommend this shop for all services

Alex and his entire crew were a pleasure to deal with! From the moment the tow truck arrived to the moment we picked up the vehicle, we had a wonderful experience. Alex was very honest, communicative and did such a great job on our Mazda that we hardly recognized it when we came to pick it up! The whole experience was fast and easy and I will be taking all my cars here in the future!

I picked Alex Auto Body since it was close to the accident, not knowing what to expect, but from the very first conversation with Alex, I got the feeling that this is the guy I can trust. My 2016 Lexus RX was hit on the driver side and sustained a lot of damage to the wheel. Alex assured me that he will take care of everything and he kept his word. Everything was nicely repaired both to the body and mechanically to the whole wheel assembly. His secretary is very responsive and returned all my calls promptly and got me connected with Alex whenever I called in. I highly recommend Alex and his shop.
