Brought my car here and he took almost two months before working on it he also left the inside of my car a mess . My car was hit while he had it & he never called to let me know. My bumper , side mirror and door were hit . I realized when going to check on the car since he never called to update me & he claimed a truck with no license plate hit my car and that his cameras don’t work , my thing is HE SHOULD’VE CALLED ME . My guess is he wanted me to believe I brought it in that way, he told me I would have to pay him to fix it. He also leaves the cars open anyone passing can steal interior parts. my boyfriend recorded a video of the car open @1am ( we passed by on several occasions and the doors were always unlocked) I let him know and all he said was oh yeah we leave all the cars like that. He also tried to tell me one price but when I asked for the receipt of the work he did the price was WAYYYY lower . While he was working on another car he left pieces on top of my trunk and scratched it up and refused to take responsibility for it. Will never bring my car back here it’s a joke , my first time here I thought otherwise but I realize now it’s a scam . If you go here make sure to ask for a receipt & check on your car regularly as they don’t report back to you .<br><br>EDIT: took it to the mechanic and they said he charged us for nothing because he didn’t even fix the problem .

My experience with Carlos and his son has been a great experience. I was totally going to trash my vehicle until I was recommended to check Carlos out and get an estimate. As you can see I am so glad I listened because he saved my vehicle have my Honda looking like nothing ever happened. Prices are very affordable and reasonable. Carlos and his son assured me they can do the job and they got it done. I am very pleased with the results of my car. I highly recommend you go to Carlos Auto Body shop.
I chose Carlos Auto Body to put on the right front fender and a right door handle on my Acura TL 2004. Although the handle was brand-new there was a piece that it needed to come with to attach it to the door because that piece was broken inside the door mechanism. I went to three junk yards and no one had the piece I needed and they still were able to manufacture something and make it work in which I was pleased with! Good job fellas Thank You!
