Amazing service experience! Barry helped me navigate some insurance hurdles that came up and get the best glass for me vehicle. The actual service only took about an hour for a full windshield replacement. I'd highly recommend this establishment!

BARRY SAVED ME!! I was on my way to work to find my entire back window smashed into five million pieces. My repair guy sent me straight to him and when they call themselves 2 hour glass- THEY MEANT IT. I got there at 2:45pm Took my insurance in two seconds, got the paperwork done, the repair guys couldn’t have been nicer and it was ready before closing at 5pm. My concerns on parking a fully open car on the street was taken care of with a speedy response. THANK YOU!!

Had my passenger side window and side mirror broken a week ago. Joe and Barry took care of if, with good price and service. Window was replaced next day and the side mirror glass was changed on Thursday. The service staff is great as well. All in all it's 10/10.

I woke up this morning to find my rear window smashed. A disgruntled DoorDash driver who had previously delivered the wrong order became upset after I reported the issue and returned in the middle of the night to damage my property. I contacted Suntek Autograph & Tinting and spoke with Barry. He told me to bring my truck to his shop at 132 19th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232. Within an hour, my rear window was completely replaced. The service was amazing. Barry and his staff were professional, efficient, and did excellent work. I truly appreciate how quickly they handled everything. Windshield cracked during the cold weather, I needed it fixed ASAP so I could resume work, I called 2 hours auto glass, Barry asked for my VIN, to see what glass goes with my vehicle, sure enough they carry the type of windshield I needed, he setup an appointment, and within 2 hours, I had my windshield replaced. Great service, professional workers, highly recommend.

They worked diligently to source and install a replacement glass for my Audi (within 24hrs on a wkend!) to minimize my downtime (and risking further vandalism parking on the street). Wonderful business! My windshield on my Volvo was cracked /broken and Barry took care of everything seamlessly in a respectful and friendly way. He billed my insurance , squeezed me in the next morning , and fixed the problem. Also the price was lower than other places I contacted I highly recommend 2 hour glass.

The Peter Luger of auto glass! I called 2 hour auto glass and they were able to get a window for a vintage convertible window at a great price. They go the extra mile to make sure the car is clean and well vacuumed. I hope I don't have another popped window but if I do, I know where I'm going.

Barry and his team did an excellent job. While other companies pushed me off and canceled my longstanding appointments- they had my car fixed and out the door in about and hour with the original factory part for my Subaru Outback. Can not recommend more highly!

Had to shop around for a place that would replace the rear passenger side window. It was broken in during Christmas and snowing. I tried getting a quote with satellite and it was an insane price. I called 2 hour glass and they were able to get my window quickly and at a great price. They carry glass for the majority of brand cars out there. Give them a call for any issues with your car glass. Was in and out in an hour for my issue. Great service, I highly recommend their services.

Highly recommend! This is a family run business & they & their workers could not have been more helpful or more efficient. They had the glass I needed for my driver's side honda crv in stock and had me in and out with a new window within an hour! I hope I won't need a window repair again any time soon, but if I do I will definitely be bring my car back to 2 Hour Auto Glass.

On 12/14 Sunday morning my vehicle was broken into in Newark, NJ. I had to come to Brooklyn and I remembered using this business before for repair on a different vehicle. I called the business phone around 6am to check the hours of operation, there was no recording. Surprising to me within minutes, I received a text from the owner stating they will in fact be open that day. Then Barry, the owner called me on the phone stating he is on his way and to go to the shop around the corner his workers should be there to start assisting me. Needless to say, I was impressed that someone would send a text message on their private number before they even open up for business. That is what I call "exceptional" customer service. Chris was there waiting to assist and he jumped into action. He started clearing the broken glass out of the car and window and had it ready to install the new glass. I had a tight schedule that day and needed to get in and out. Unfortunately the glass for my vehicle wasn't in stock, but Barry contacted his warehouse and told me he would make an effort to get it delivered to his shop to install that day. He had Chris install a temporary piece at no additional charge, so I could go run my errands and he would call me when the replacement glass arrived. The timing was impeccable. After completing my errands I received a call from Barry to return to the shop so the glass could be installed. Chris did an amazing job on the install in addition to vacuuming out my entire car! 2 Hour Auto Glass is the place to go for top notch service.

I had a crack in my windshield that began to spread. I contacted Barry and he quickly got me a quote, ordered my glass and scheduled me right away to come for replacement. Barry was very attentive, always kept me updated and assured I was taken care of. The guys at the shop were quick and the whole process took just about an hour.

Sometimes customer service is more important than you think. If it wasn't for Barry's experience and professionalism, I would have had a problem at my lease end. The aftermarket window approved by my insurance company, was not correct according to my vin and the original specs of the car. Barry caught this a d advised me to wait a day for the right window. I'm glad he did. Work was done in a timely and professional manner.

You don’t hope to get your window smashed in broad daylight, but when it happens, you’d hope to find Barry to fix it. He took my car at the last minute on a Sunday, parked it overnight and had it ready in under 24 hours. Filed it through my insurance claim, and gave me updates throughout the process. One day, a stone broke my sunroof glass, so I had to stop working. Until I met 2 Hour Auto Glass, the work from booking to replacement was completed very efficiently. One of the staff, Barry, is a good guy, funny and humorous! Although my English is not very good, he is very patient! And the staff inside is very professional! I have an '06 Subaru B9 Tribeca, that's windshield was damaged after the hood flung open on the highway...absolutely my fault...by forgetting to fully close the hood after checking on a replacement radiator. I was having a really hard time finding a replacement windshield that wasn't a ridiculous price for the glass and installation. I called 2 Hour Auto Glass and Barry gave me a reasonable quote on installation and a brand new windshield. I brought my Tribeca this morning at 10:30 a.m. and it was finished before 11:30 a.m. these guys have excellent service and are extremely fast! I highly recommend!
