After a disastrous experience with carvana ( lasted five weeks, worst company ever) I was really really upset. In swooped Eddie, followed up , turned everything around in 24 hours, got me a good price and ( more importantly) got my car right away easily and conveniently. Easy, friendly, reliable, most of all, local business in the neighborhood, unlike the giant incompetent ( lying?) corporate vultures at carvana and carmax.

Quick and easy to handle. Did full sale over text and was able to pick up the car. Whole process only took minimal time. Appreciate the ease of effort from my side!

Easiest, fastest, and nicest way to sell you car! I was having issues with other places trying to screw me over. In a panic I sent an email here and within 10 minutes was on the phone with Ralph. Ralph walked me through the entire process. The process to get the car appraised took ten minutes and was super simple. Within 45 minutes of when I sent the email I had my offer and scheduled pickup for my car the following day. Honestly I was so stressed trying to sell my car but Ralph made it easy and painless.

Went on the website last night to get a quote, got a call from Ralph this morning offered me more money than other companies for my 2002 Toyota Corolla. Was sad to see her go, but I’m happy with the service it was fast efficient and the tow truck guy was very nice. he let me know exactly when he was on his way. I was in an accident and I couldn’t afford to fix my car. I needed cash quickly to buy a new car. I called many places and was offered little to no money. Not only did only did cars for cash offer top dollar for my car, but they also made the transaction as smooth as possible. The owner made himself available and answer all my questions. They had my car picked up by tow truck for no cost. I was immediately paid as soon as my car was loaded. Customer service was top notch.

I submitted a quote request to these guys and Ralph got back to me stating he wasn’t able to offer me much due to the high mileage and age of my car. I asked Ralph for advice around 11AM about selling my car privately and the true market value of my car (2008 Volvo XC90 208k miles). He suggested I list it online for 2,999 (bringing the price down from 5k which was the original price I listed it for). I changed the price to what Ralph suggested & I got a TON of responses within minutes. My car was sold by 2PM. Amazing team! I filled out the form on the site with all of the information they requested and I received a prompt email to schedule a conversation. We had a talk 5 minutes after our email exchange. Ralph took great care of me and got me scheduled. I was scheduled for the next morning. Early! The pick up driver who took care of me called to alert me that he was on the way. No waiting as I had to go to work. The driver was super compassionate respecting that I was getting sentimental. He looked at me and said, "I understand this is your baby. He loaded her up nice and easy in front of me. Helped remove my plates with a smile. Paperwork was done quick and efficiently and monetary exchange was discreet. They are a must use! Trust me they took great care of me!

Called them at 11 30 am, car was picked up at 1 45 pm the same day!! Price was exactly what I thought it would be: fair, they even sent schedule update messages. Top notch service and no headache! This is incredible!

Spectacular and friendly service during COVID-19. I called Ralph to ask for advice on selling my car, and he quickly pulled up the CarFax and gave me realistic (and expected) numbers. Ralph was very kind, informative, and spoke to me like a family member would. I recommend calling them even if you have a question about COVID-19 or are uncertain about what to do with your car.

These guys are absolutely AMAZING!! Legit were so helpful and flexible. We needed our car out of a towing lot close to rush hour time on a rainy Friday. They were about the only company so flexible and patient enough to drive out to Brooklyn and get the job done. Nice, and honest individuals. They relieved the stress we were dealing with that Friday for sure!! Definitely keeping them as a contact for sure! Great company!!
