By far the worst service experience I’ve had. Every time I visit, the shop is overcrowded and clearly overbooked. There is little to no communication about when vehicles are actually ready for pickup, which shows a lack of organization and respect for customers’ time.
I paid $800 to have my motor mounts replaced, only to later discover what appear to be cheap, low-quality parts and improper hardware used in the installation. That is completely unacceptable at that price point.
I strongly advise women — or anyone who values transparency and professionalism — to think twice before bringing their vehicle here.
Best experience I've had at a shop in Brooklyn. My suspension/damper was acting up and making it impossible to drive. They jumped right on it and I was out the door in 10 mins. Super friendly crew and they don’t waste your time. Really grateful I found this spot.
I had an incredible experience at this place. My car had significant damage to the front left side, and I was worried it wouldn't be the same. The team was extremely professional. I live in Staten Island, and I did not have to stress at all. They came to pick up my car at my house, delivered me a car loaner on the spot, and the entire process was just awesome! My car was delivered in the promised timeframe, a little over a week, and in perfect condition. They even did a detailed cleaning of the entire car, that’s how much they care for their customers! A few years ago I paid over 80 bucks to do a car cleaning and that place did not even do half of the cleaning these guys did for me when I did not even ask them! I am super grateful for the quality of the work, it’s all very impressive, and the car looks and feels like new again! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for white glove expert auto service and a team that truly cares about their work. I do not like accidents,

Ten out of ten for 770 Auto Services. They did a perfect job wrapping our van. Their prices were more than competitive. And every member of staff was polite and helpful.
Brung my Ford with a door damage after a friend recommended. They repaired it within less week and looks better than how I brung it to them.. they even gave me a complimentary wash inside and out.

Recently had my car rear-ended at a high speed, brought the car into 770 and the service received was above and beyond. They were quick, courteous and most importantly did the repair in a way that you could not see there was ever damage. The pricing was better than any other quote received.
The employees are friendly and know their way around a car. They even gave me a complimentary ride home.
Should you ever be in a situation where your car needs work done. Or if you are in an accident. This is the place to go. Easily accessible to all 5 Boroughs. They will arrange a tow-truck and work with your insurance. If you are in Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan or SI - this is the place to bring your car to. You will thank me later.

I was shopping for a new mechanic . I was blown away by Jose’s customer service and attention to detail. The price was very affordable . Since then I’ve been back twice and the whole team including Cristian have been very efficient. I would highly recommend them. Can’t beat the price anywhere .
