It is not recommended that people who don't know English or insurance procedures come to this car shop. I more or less knew that car companies would want to ask for more money from insurance companies, but I didn't expect that they even cheated customers. They will tell you that if you are the exempt party, take your own company's insurance, deductible will share half of them, you don't need to do anything, and they will help you deal with everything. In fact, what they do for you is the same as what the car company does not ask for half of your deductible. They even ask you to contact the insurance company all the time, which is more time than spending yourself. Because they and I have been taught by adjusters to understand the process by themselves. You don't need your customers to follow up by themselves! I'm speechless... Since we did everything by ourselves, why do you still charge other people's deductible money? Don't you feel guilty?

I can’t say enough good things about TNS Auto. This isn’t the first time I’ve left a review for them and it won’t be the last because no matter what, I will always go back to them when it has to do with my car. After my wheels were stolen, I was frustrated, angry, and honestly just overwhelmed. It’s one of those situations you never expect and can’t really prevent. From the moment I called, they stepped in and handled everything. Not only did they replace the wheels quickly and professionally, but they actually came to Manhattan to pick up my car and brought it back to their shop in Brooklyn. That level of service meant a lot during a stressful moment. This isn’t the first time I’ve used them, and once again they proved why I keep going back. This place was recommended to me from GEICO the insurance company as they are preferred partners for all of their bodywork. Additionally, all their work is guaranteed so you have nothing to worry about since the insurance company paid everything as this was a no fault accident I cannot come in too much on the price out-of-pocket, but their quality of work speaks for itself. They replaced everything that needed to be replaced. Fixed everything that needed to be fix. the car is literally. Almost like new. From the first moment as you enter and are greeted, you feel like a welcomed customer and not a cattle. 5 stars is not enough. I am fully satisfied and will recommend this body shop to anyone! Originally went for dent repair through Geico where they handled the whole process smoothly and efficiently, including the initial inspection, arranging the rental car, etc. I discovered an issue a few weeks after receiving the car back and they promptly addressed it at no additional cost. Good work and great customer service.

The hospitality at TNS Auto is fantastic! I dropped my vehicle off for minor body repair on a Saturday and the repair was complete by Tuesday morning. They handled 100% of the details with the insurance company, returned my rental car for me and got out the door, back in my car ASAP. Couldn’t be happier with the repair, looks like nothing ever happened! To make it even better, the entire interior was fully detailed when I picked it up. Would use TNS again in a heart beat.

I got rear ended on a Sunday in the beginning of October and made a claim with insurance to bring my vehicle to this shop on Monday. When I came here to have them take a look, Jason and everyone was so helpful. They were able to work with my insurance and also help with the ease of getting a rental car with enterprise. They had me wait as a enterprise employee came to the shop and pick me up to bring me to enterprise. They also worked fast on my car as I was able to get back my own vehicle within a week. They also let you return the rental vehicle at the shop just make sure to sign the sheet at the front desk. My car looks brand new in rear and is running great. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants good quality work and the way they help ease the process for you with your insurance and the rental company.

TNS Auto Collision – Outstanding Service! This review is well overdue! Earlier this year, I brought my red Cadillac to TNS Auto Collision after it was badly damaged on the back right-hand side. From the moment I arrived, their team was professional, courteous, and clearly committed to quality. The repair work was phenomenal , when I picked up my car, it looked brand new! You’d never know it had been in an accident. They did an excellent job and exceeded all my expectations. I’m so grateful for their great service and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

I don’t normally leave reviews on places but I have to for TNS auto collision. They’re so friendly and did amazing work when someone unfortunately hit my Hellcat. I will only be doing business with TNS moving forward.

Before and after attached. Jason at TNS took excellent care of us via the GEICO Repair Express service. Our 2023 Fiat 500X got absolutely smashed in while it was parked on the street and TNS got it back to better-than-new condition in under a week. Billing was seamless. Communication was good. They cleaned the car up beautifully and the attention to detail is evident. Can't recommend TNS enough, they made our problems disappear.

Yesterday I got my 2025 Elantra repaired here. I saw that they did an excellent job with my father's car and came here to get my mirror and wheel replaced. Frank and Jason provided perfect customer service. Their service is quick and easy, park your car by the road, walk up to anybody and they will handle your car right away. Expect a brand-new car within 3-5 business days. Overall, customer service is best here, and you can trust them with your vehicle!

This place is awesome. Jason was so professional and courteous. They had my truck for 3 weeks and fixed over $20k in damage. When I got the truck back it looked better than when I purchased it and even drove better. A few weeks later someone else hit my truck again causing many scratches along one side and I took it back to them and they buffed out the scratches the same day I brought it to them to get a quote for the damage. Great communication through txt message. I only took my truck to them because they were recommended by my State Farm agent and after having them fix the truck I understand why!!! Great customer service, got into an accident and this was my first time bringing my car to an auto shop, they did an excellent job and in a timely matter too. The estimate time they gave me was 8 days and I got my car back in 6. The communication was great, they told me everything that they were doing and when they started. They also buff some scratches off my car that wasn’t part of the accident. They made my car look better then when I first brought it. Highly recommend.

He went over all the pricing and gave me a clear estimate for when the repair would be completed. On top of that, he went above and beyond by cleaning under my hood to prevent potential future electrical issues — a gesture I wasn’t expecting but greatly appreciated.
