Nice NY area parts place, mainly mail order but if you in the area they do have Subaru stuff. Some things at the location some they can get shipped to store quickly.

Nothing but great service and communication with the owner of SMY I am actually glad they have this location here where I can order all the parts I need for my car on a convenient basis especially for us living in NYC area it’s just a huge plus to get parts a lot quicker than waiting for shipping definitely recommend checking with them if you need something in rush

Great shop, great products. Been buying stuff from here for 10 years for my subarus. They have a great selection of limited and hard to get real JDM parts, and in house production of other hard to get items to personalize and maximize your car. They have looked out for me on a few occasions when I accidentally ordered too much and reached out to clarify before sending me too many of an item, have quick shipping, and are reliable. Customer for life.

Bought some SMY branded parts. One of the endlinks was missing a lock nut upon arrival and the LCAs did not fit with Fortune Auto 500 coilovers leadng to damage to the lcas and coilovers. SMY denied any issue with the part then the owner yasev mastey proceeded to search Facebook for a complainant that i added to an online forum and email it to me through their tech help email to insult me. Poor service and poor fitment with SMY branded parts is why i decided to submit my review here

As others have said, the customer service is absolutely on point. It's great to have one-on-one, prompt communication when you're kitting up your ride. You want answers quick so you can make decisions. These guys get that. I'm a first-time customer with them, but I'll be a returning customer. Just for reference, I tried to review a product on their website with a photo, but the photo was rejected for size, so I'll repeat it here. The ECU Cover in wrinkle-red finish for the latest gen WRX fits the 6th gen Outback 2.4T, as well. They will be updating that product fitment on their website. Great product, great guys. Great place to buy parts for your Subaru, order a front mount intercooler from here, shipping was quick, customer service is excellent. Overall great service from the point of purchase to after purchasing, even reached out to ensure product wasn't damage upon delivery.

This is my favorite shop to get my subaru parts from. Very customer experience focused and they have great customer retention perks that other stores don't. I don't live anywhere near this store but I hope to visit them one day.

Amazing. Great communication. Put in an order and got it within days. Went crazy trying to find a set of Rays Center caps and Rays 32mm lug nuts. Meanwhile Smy had all that I needed in stock. Saved me money and I didn’t have to wait a 2 month backorder. 10/10

I've ordered a few times from these guys and they are hands down the easiest to work with and also the quickest to ship the parts out if they are in stock. I ordered parts on 09/16/20 and had them 23 hours later. They even realized that I ordered the wrong part and called me to confirm that I got the part mixed up and took care of it for me. When I need anything for my STI, this is the first place I go to due to their unreal selection. Thank you SMY Performance!!

I've had great experience with smy, had little issues but he was quick to help Everytime I call, even on a Sunday he answers. I did not just ordered once but a few more times and had no issues at all. Price was on point to my budget not to mention it was over a thousand dollars on products. If only this place was down the street I'll be there everyday!

Buyers beware. I don’t normally write reviews like this but I felt this needed to be out there. First experience was ok. I called the store to see if I could pick up some gear oil was given the “you have to order for pick up and it can be ready as soon as 10 mins” so this time around I decided to just order online and not call ahead. (My mistake) so after I make my order I get a missed call. I call the number back and it’s smy telling me they don’t have my “in stock” oil cause it’s at some other warehouse. Ok whatever I’ll just take a refund in which you have done nothing to take a 10% restocking fee if the oil is already stocked in the warehouse. Attached is the email I received from smy as you can see not the greatest response. For me I will take my business elsewhere. Buyers beware.

Had a great experience with the guys over at SMY. Purchased an axle back exhaust for my WRX. Got it the very next day with the pick up option. Go to for parts with fast shipping or pick up.

I order my part a month ago, when I first ordered, I waited for a week to get any type of update, I had to reach out to them, they told me that the manufacturer haven't send it that they going to send it in week , I ask the company if they didn't have it in stock, they replay, they ship it directly from the manufacturer, I waited for that week, financial got something in the mail, just to find out they send me that wrong part, I reach out to them they told me they gonna get back to me, after 3 days I had to reach out to them again for a answer , they tell me that the manufacturer had send the wrong part that they were sorry, told me to ship back the package and they would send me the correct part, I ship back the package and ask them to send me the tracking number of my new part ,after the second day i email them never responded ,after the 3rd day I had to call them again to see what up with my package, iwas told he was gonna find out if they send a tracking number when in numerous times I email them to get an answer , I had to wait another week until my package was here, finally I got it today I was ready to install it just to find out they didn't send me no hardware ,I had to go to home depot to get the hardware, I have never had a bad experience with any other company like this , literally I have to be always email them to the point that I have to call them just to get an answer, the only reason I order from here was just to save a few bucks, but damm a month just to get the right part with no hardware . You guy have to do a better job at costumer service and inspecting what you are sending to people.

I have placed a couple orders with SMY now and it has been a very easy, and pleasant experience each time. Their prices are already great and often beat the competitors. But they also give me a discount for being a first responder. Just a great company with great support to back it up. I will continue to do business with SMY and refer other people to them! A++++

I emailed with some questions on some mods for.my 2015 sti. They emailed back quickly and answered all.my questions. We currently have a 20+ email chain going on the parts and pricing which i want. SUPER helpful and they make you feel welcome. I cant wait to pick up my parts and install them. They even take the time out of their day to respond to emails in off hours. Whenever I need car parts for my 2015 Subaru STi, this is the place I go to. Especially when it comes to parts that are harder to find and from Japan. I'm glad there is such shop in the east coast. Very excellent customer service and always fast shipping. These guys sell high quality stuff and one quick glance on their site is going to make you want everything! I always try to call these guys and give them my business on parts that aren't shown on their site.
