These guys are very helpful, got good products at good prices.

A second visit on 12/03/22 @ noon. No changes I only bought an item , store was not busy but itvtook me 15 minutes to complete my transaction. Not a friendly staff.. Only use this Auto parts store when I need a part right away, but if I have time to spend and a few parts to buy I rather go to autozone Atlantic & 112th st. Their prices are from $10 to $20 lower. Ex: oxygen sensor at arch $38 at Autozone $26. I also experienced getting the wrong part at arch, while at autozone the clerk will show you the part on their computer. Autozone has a more updated register, while Arch still has the printer in the back. It takes longer to get your change, then your part. They rather get a telephone customer then the customers inside the store. Just my personal experience.

For your auto parts needs I highly recommend them knowledgeable staff and friendly service, also great prices and selection ?

I needed a new brake caliper and brought in my old one. The new one came with a faulty thread that I only realized after installing. But the best of the story is that since it was a special order no refund was possible but replacement. And they would not accept the faulty new one as a deposit and ask for additional $26 because I reinstalled the old one which was better than the new one ❣️

Arch auto parts was my favorite place to get my parts for my car. But!!!! They are getting to expensive. I think they forgot we are still in the pandemic people don't have jobs or income. Give my pocket's a brake.. DAM!!!!. But the staff was good..

Great place to source your aftermarket parts, makes for fast repairs. Very knowledgeable manager

Good place for parts except their starters, I had a bad experience with those. But otherwise the guys there are always helpful and are able to get you the right part for your vehicle.

You will find just about every part you need. Including OEM parts if you want them. Convenient with multiple location. Lot cheaper than AutoZone.

So far they always have what I need and as lucky as I've been I've also been there at closing time and there taken care of me. Always will go there for my parts or my friends as they are part of my neighborhood and as long as I can support my neighborhood I will.

I absolutely loved the service I received from the Spanish guy (dark skin, skinny)!! Lol He was very attentive and very helpful. I waited a while but the wait was worth IT!! He ended up finding everything I needed when it seemed like I had no hope in finding what I needed. I will most definitely recommend this place to anyone. They have almost everything. Very helpful staff very nice customer service and most of all. They have a great deal of patience. I’m a satisfied customer...

Arch Auto has a very knowledgeable staff came in to buy some spark plugs and coil packs staff knew exactly what I needed and the price was good good retail back in the day shop

They make sure you get the right parts for your vehicle at the best and most reasonable price

I was about to get the part ibwas searching all over Brooklyn for and he even look extra for the bolts even though inventory said they didn't have it but they did and their prices are very good lower than autozone & advance auto

The store people were great and they have the parts when needed

If one store doesn't have what you're looking they can get it from another. Great prices.

Always have the parts I need and if they don't have it they're quick with getting it for you in a day or so.

Called to see if they had part I wanted from manufacturer I wanted told yes went to pick it up and was told it's in a different store

I have been going to arch auto parts for over twelve yrs and i just returned a radiator on my car which i suppose to have warranty on and they was giving me hard to to get back my refund, I submitted all my documents my receipt and they still telling me its nut in they system

The Arch store on Atlantic ave is my favorite store because of the great service I get every time. The works are helpful and know about my car. The manager Ravi always tells me what's the best parts for my cars and how I can get the best part for the best price. Best auto parts store on the planet.
