Pros: communication and timeliness.

Cons: didn't give me an estimate for a last minute junk removal which ended up being over $800 for one couch and kitchen cart already left on the curb on a holiday, and that's because the workers added on a 35% tip for themselves. Everything happened quickly and I was in a bad spot and alone so I just accepted and didn't question it at the time. I also did not get any text confirmation they were coming until the driver called me, I thought they weren't going to show up.

Don't be like me! Check bulk disposal pick up days on DSNY's website, hire a TaskRabbit to either help you lift your stuff to the curb or dispose of it themselves.

There are most likely better priced options for last minute junk disposal. Maybe go for this option if you have a lot of junk, this is an expensive option for small jobs.

Highly recommend this business. They were able to come next day to remove an extremely heavy piano. They had it out and onto the truck quickly and the price was very reasonable. Used these guys today to dispose of furniture and had a horrible experience.

Little consideration for moving furniture I wanted removed and extremely unprofessional.

For example, they literally rushed the job and forced a dresser through my elevator doors, causing multiple scratches dents and marks on my walls that i had to deal with after.

At one point when they were disposing my dining table, the mover realized the dining table would not fit through the corridor and decided to slam it flat on the floor, try to break the table legs with his hands and feet (seriously?!).... Scratching my floors in the process. So unprofessional! I had to even get my own tools out to dismantle the table myself so that he could move it out.

Best part, in doing so, he rushed so hard that he left a mark on my walls from slamming the dining table against the wall and ruining it.

I had a horrible experience and I know these guys probably don't care but I wanted to send this feedback so that all of you know.

I trusted these guys with my job and was burned doing so. Highly frustrating and I hope you treat the next customer better than you did with me.

I used flat rate today I was very short on time. I called this morning around 9 and they were able to book me right away. The crew arrived around 10:30 gave me a great price and did an excellent service. They took apart some of my heavier furniture so that my floors wouldn’t get damaged and cleaned out the apartment. It was such a great experience with all the stress I had I would definitely recommend them!
