Highly disappointed. Ordered two sets of silver pin striping. Both clearly displayed on the website as glossy. When they arrived they were clearly satin. Emailed to return them and was refused despite the fact that they are misrepresented online. Will use another company from here on out.

I had an excellent experience with Mariel S. After receiving a defective roll of vinyl for a pretty big job, I was expecting a nightmare trying to get it resolved. Instead, Mariel made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He replaced the entire roll quickly and handled everything with professionalism and care. If you’re looking to buy vinyl, go somewhere else! This company sucks. I wanted to test black and white gloss colors for my vehicle so I purchased (2) 1x5 sections and (2) squeegees. A week after the package shipped out it wasn’t tracking anymore, so I reached out to customer service. They were very helpful and re sent a package no cost to me. Or, so I thought. Somehow I received a large section of gold and no squeegees?? Weeks went by and I got a notification that my old (original) package was moving again - as if it was lost in a warehouse? Eventually it claimed it was delivered, but it never was. Awesome right! Again, just choose another retailer for vinyl.

Returning for more vinyl as I had a great experience previously. This time I made an error and trusted my phone with the automated prompts. Thanks to Alyssa L. I was able to get my delivery address adjusted on the fly. In a world full of technology it's great to get real help from a real person. Thank you Alyssa L. And the Rvinyl family I look forward to continuing this relationship.

I cant tell you how great Rvinyl is to work with. I had some damaged vinyl, sent an email, and they replied quickly, listened to my concerns and they sent out a replacement asap. Can't ask for better customer service. (Alyssa L) is who I worked with. Absolutely the best!!!! This was my second order from them and I will not get my vinyl from any other company. Well done, recommendation though. Send a sticker with your company logo with your orders. I would be happy to do some advertising for you Pics are from my 1st ordered. Wrapped RZR door panels. Material was easy to work with even with extremely complicated angles. Thank you again!!!!

Very disappointed with Rvinyl’s customer service. The kit may fit under ideal conditions, but none of those conditions were disclosed. There were no written instructions, no temperature or environment requirements, and no warning not to install in cold weather or outdoors. I attempted installation in my driveway in chilly conditions because nothing told me not to. The material built up so much static that it literally pulled dirt and debris onto it from inches away, making it unusable. I called for help and was only told a ticket would be created. It took several days for anyone to respond, despite providing photos and details. I gave them the opportunity to offer anything — a refund, a replacement, or even a discount on a replacement product — and I was offered nothing. Well, nothing except the knowledge never to purchase anything from this company again.

Mariel S. was super helpful in allowing me a special discount code to receive the $5 off as a new customer, even though my order was under $25, since I'm first ordering swatches to determine what to order later, and by that time my offer will be expired.

These guys are GREAT! Tons of helpful information and videos, and amazing customer service. I accidentally ordered for the convertible version of my car, realized my mistake and contacted Mariel S. in customer service. They responded first thing in the morning and help me get everything corrected. Looking forward to receiving the product. Update to come!

2 pieces of my order arrived damaged. Contacted customer service, provided pictures and tracking info. Within minutes they have shipped out a replacement order at no cost. Very impressed and thankful.

Ordered wrap for appliances, one of the sheets came in cut short and another was missing altogether. Contacted customer service they asked me to make sure I didn’t miss the entire sheet (5’x4’) kind of hard to miss that. After back and forth they said they would replace messed up items. I was able to utilize the sheet that was cut 2” short. So I only needed one sheet, but decided to get another for a different project. Paid for expedited shipping since the project was 3/4 done. After 7 days of no update on the tracking I contacted customer service again. To be told it would arrive the next day. No apologies or anything. Glad I paid the extra for expedited shipping! I like the product but customer service needs to improve.

First time ordering from RV vinyl The business was very smooth. Product was trackable, and you knew when it was coming to the shop. We started the job and the second roll unfortunately was 10 feet short of what I ordered. In business things happen I should’ve checked before I started, but contacted RV vinyl and Mariel quickly responded and gave a refund on the missing material faster than expected. In today’s world of business it is rare to have a quick response time like that. Hard off to his quick actions

I was quickly helped on confirming my order addressed by Alyssa L. I have always had super quick service from them and the vinyl was of really good quality.

Reviewed edited: sent an incomplete shipment 3 times now. All 3 times I expected the entire set shown in the pic below (8 pieces) on the item page, and asked for it to be re shipped TWICE due to not receiving the full set. Just received the package for the third time and it is still incorrect and only contains two pieces.

Great place to purchase wraps. Have placed many orders from Rvinyl and all turned out great. I did have have an issue recently with an order but it was quickly resolved by Mariel S. She quickly replied to my email and i was issued a refund/credit which i used to purchase more vinyl wrap that will work better for my project. Thanks again Rvinyl ! Look forward to many more orders for my projects.

Alyssa L. is amazing at customer service. my package was late for over a month and a half and it was on the plane that crashed in Kentucky a while back. She is reshipping me for me free of charge and i think thats amazing she would do that. Thank you!

Originally I received the wrong size gloss vinyl car wrap, and Mariel S corrected the problem immediately by text message with excellent communication skills. She had me forward a photo of the incorrect order and immediately got me the right size no charge within 2 days. Very good customer service backup! Thank you

Mariel S. assisted me today with an issue on one of my orders. One of the vinyls we ordered was missing, so I contacted Rvinyl and Mariel responded within minutes. had an issue with my order, and Mariel S. handled it quickly and professionally. He immediately arranged for a reshipment with new tracking and made sure I felt taken care of throughout the process. His communication was clear, timely, and courteous. It’s rare these days to find customer service that actually resolves issues without hassle, but Mariel did exactly that. Thanks to him, my problem was resolved smoothly and to my satisfaction. I would gladly work with him again.

The package came in and the cuts were completely off. One of the door trims was missing a hole cut for the lock/unlock button as pictured. First I said no big deal, but then I went to install the flat panel display and the cut for the screen as well as the Odometer display was completely wrong. The screen cut was about 1in off from the bottom and the sides where was far out to the left and right. The same was for alot of the other pieces as you can see from the pictures. I just stopped there and didn't even want to try any other pieces. I would never buy from them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't buy from them! Update: I called customer support and showed them the pictures and they gave a full refund. They did say that they didn't have the cutout for the Hyundai Palisade, though the website doesn't state that. In the end they did offer a full refund, but only if I took this post down which I thought was pretty shaddy.

Just had best experience with customer service I ever had !!!! I ordered tint a year ago and installed but messed up driver side window they shipped one right away. A year later I finally got around to installing but realized they cut wrong piece ,but no problem called and they shipped new piece immediately Thank you Rvinyl
