Terrible service and very rude. This guy bearly spoke English but knew how to shout and show attitude in his language. I had to show him I could be rude back. I really deserve to be smack. That’s how bad his attitude and demeanor was from the start Also said one price on the phone then raised when he seen I really needed the help of a flat bed truck. This is not the company to call when in need of help they will only frustrate you more!

I called this guys because of blocked driveway. They came very fast and solve the problem. Thanks

I had to interact with a really awful guy to get my car back. I think he was the owner, but he just pulled up on the street next to my car and didn’t introduce himself. He demanded $300 cash, which of course I didn’t have, then finally agreed to charge me $250 plus tax on my credit card when I was basically crying. He was on a massive power trip. The payment demands and his behavior were beyond sketchy.

My car was stolen from the Bronx and found in Queens. The people at this place were so rude and acted as if I wasn’t entitled to know about my vehicle after the police sent me there to inquire. They even gave my insurance company the run around when trying to pay for my car. They told my rep one price and then told me another price. Then they told me I had to bring the keys to the car in order to have the car towed to the repair shop. The next morning I caught a Uber to queens from the Bronx to bring my key. And the guy told me he already towed my car to whatever shop he wanted to without waiting for the key. I never agreed on the shop and my insurance rep was so confused as well. We never told them what shop the car was going to. I’m truly disappointed and wish they had better communication with clients. Just rude and inconsiderate to sensitive situations. They are money hungry. Charged over $900 for two days. The money isn’t the problem. The service is ridiculous

Predatory pricing. They charged me more than double the rates listed on their truck. I've attached a picture of the official prices. Make sure to compare this against what they're charging you. My car was stolen and the police used this company to tow it. They took advantage of me being in a difficult situation. Avoid using this company if possible.

They towed my Mercedes, they had great service on time, they were super nice they repaired my car for me too, great job overall

Called some Punjab tow truck company and they handed it over to ATA, it was a rlly nice arrangement and much better for a 30 mile accident car tow vs the other Nassau car tow that costed more than double for 5 miles . Forgot the tow truck drivers name but he was a very chill fella, he was very well respecting and professional . He was driving the truck with the ATA TOW3 license plate this morning

Terrible. Just terrible. AAA sends these guys and after they tow my car 50 miles they tell me AAA doesn’t cover my car and charged me $400. Crooks!!!

This towing company came to the front of my building and tried towing my vehicle- Jeep Grand Cherokee with zero reason. Thankfully I saw them in the act; 4 men and another with a jeep grand Cherokee. I called the company stating what I was witnessing. Singh, the gentleman who answered, couldn’t give me a reason why my car was being towed. This company broke into my car, ransacked it, and then left when THEY WERE CAUGHT.

It's better not to comment, because they would go wrong, but they're arrogant and hungry for money and more.

I stuck Sunday midnight in bronx I call lots of towing company nobody come I call ATA and come quickly am so happy thank you ATA TOWING INC I really appreciate you guys doing good job

On the hottest of this summer my truck got struck in the middle of the street in NYC which we all know that is not good. But i call ATA towing and in less then 15 mins they were there. There prices are very good i had them tow my truck from Brooklyn to queens in the streets of NYC in less then 45 mins. What more could i asked for. Use this company its worth your time and money.

Total rip off don't ever use these guys! I Called AAA and they sent these guys. I Was told I could pay with card when we got there, then the driver said we don't take cards and insisted on cash. I should have known it was a scam. They over charged me and then said they didnt take cards and now i had to scramble to find cash. No receipt nothing  on top the of that the guy was rushing out because he knows he's a scamp. Called the office and they said they can't do nothing because i already paid. This would be last i use this joke of a company and AAA. Complete  waste of my time and money.

Normally after waiting around for an hour and a half getting this many stars is mindblowing. But once the truck arrived they were professional and polite.

Absolutely terrible! Poor customer service, car came back with a dent in it. No accountability! Disgrace to society!! Greedy, stingy, rude, dishonorable. The title of business man is not even worthy, cheater liar better fits.

If I can give this company ZERO stars I would !!!!! My husband was driving on the right lane and he was on the left lane and crashed right into our car !!!!!!! Not to mention HE was DRUNK !!!! Completely messed up the side of my BMW and the rims are completely destroyed!!! The owner ended up showing up and he did not care what so ever !!!!! Terrible terrible TERRIBlE !!!!!!!!!!! Not even a sorry. I’m still at the scene waiting for the cops to come !

I have never reviewed any company in the past because I believe everyone has a bad day. But when a tow truck company makes you wait 3 hours and then Isnt able to change a tire thats deserves a review. Really hope no one uses this company and triple A should drop them as a provider imediatly.

ATA towing came to my rescue when I was in an emergency. Kumar assisted me and was extremely helpful in my time of need. Overall great people along with being fast and reliable service. If I'm ever in a need again, I know I who to call.

My roadside service agent contacted ATA for pickup and drop off of my vehicle. ATA agreed a service charge of $48 for tolls. Waited 5 hours for driver to show up. Once my car was on the tow truck bed, driver says “the owner is charging a convenience fee because they are going out of there way, if I didn’t agree to pay Tolls and their Convenience fee, there’s a $75 drop fee”. Very shady company!!!! Driver was very friendly, and professional...however the owner of this company needs to a class in Business Ethics...I will never recommend their service to anyone, and beware of their other business “VIP Auto Body”.

Very good company. The owner and drivers are very nice and I was able to get a good price when I talked with the owner. My Honda Pilot had broken down and I needed a flatbed so I called up ATA towing. They sent a very nice truck to pick up my car and I got a better deal then the other towing companies I called. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow truck!
