Priuskings repaired the battery and then they're was an issue again. I took the car back and spoke with the technician Max. It turned out that my ABS was not working properly so it may have affected charging the battery. Max took the car to have it checked out. I was able to have Atila repair the ABS and now all is good. Max went above and beyond, very courteous and professional. Atila was able to schedule me in to fix the issues and now no more warning lights on the dashboard!

Max was a very good technician. He texted in advance to update the time he would be arriving. He was very friendly and professional when he arrived. He swapped out the battery quickly, he test drove the car to make sure all was well, which it was. I definitely would recommend this company.

Max (the technician) was a little behind plan in arriving and didn't really know his ETA until I inquired. That said, max did an excellent job upon arrival, was quick, professional, and did everything I hoped for all while I was unfortunately not at my home (my sister in law was home). I can't thank max enough and car seems fine a day and a half later. Additionally, priuskings turned my urgent request to service in 24 hours and got me out of a tough spot. Well done, can't say enough about Max and priuskings hybrid battery repair! I will definitely use again!

Max is amazing. So efficient and knowledgable. The absolute best. He showed up at my property in his Prius , tools in hand and everything to get the job done and proceeded to run an entire set of diagnostics and then went to work removing the old battery and replacing it with the correct match and an hour later Voila Finished. Everything back as new . He took it for a 20 minute test drive and we settled up and …that’s my true accounting of this job I’m totally impressed and more than satisfied So glad I did the extra searching to find Prius King ❤️❤️?????? .

Excellent service and fast turnaround time. Max was an excellent technician and very thorough. He replaced our 2007 Prius battery in 30 minutes and car is running great. Atila from Priuskings is the most knowledgeable technician we have found so far in the NYC area. He was able to diagnose a high voltage leak in our 2008 Camry after we had the car at 2 different Toyota dealerships, they could not find where the leak was coming from. We called Priuskings and the next day Atila showed up and after performing multiple tests was able to locate a high voltage isolation fault and leak in the inverter. The car is running great after Priuskings installed another inverter. We will be telling all of our friends who own hybrids about Priuskings! Thank guys!

I got the dreaded code of bad battery on my Prius. Bob came to my home and cleaned out everything and was extremely detailed and thorough. He told me all the codes and fixed it without replacing the battery (though it will need to be replaced sometime). Everytime I had communication with this company, it was quick, clear and friendly. They are honest, super capable, friendly and funny to boot. They clearly have no interest in doing a bad job or ripping anyone off. Highly recommended

The original factory-installed hybrid battery on my 2007 Toyota Prius failed suddenly at just shy of 147,000 miles. Priusking saved the day! They were easy to work with, arrived on time to do the work, and gave me quick service, and charged me 1/2 of what a new hybrid battery would cost. They work mostly by email but are generally responsive. Annoyingly, they charge you for using a credit card so use an alternative if you can. I have already recommended them to friends.

Completely satisfied with everything Priuskings did. After receiving an exorbitantly high quote from the Brooklyn Toyota Dealer in Bay Ridge to replace a 2014 Prius C battery, we started to shop around. We found Priuskings at 20 Grand Avenue in Brooklyn and were not disappointed. The folks were top notch; responsive by phone and email and let us bring in the car for next morning servicing. The price was less than half of what Toyota quoted and, when we told Priuskings we don't need a diagnostic, they said that if they do it, they will deduct the cost from the total price, which they did. The Toyota dealership noted a ton of additional work needed, which our personal mechanic advised was completely unnecessary and, without even knowing this, Priuskings told us the same; that just a new battery was needed. No pressure to upsell us anything; straightforward and honest folks, which is hard to find in the auto repair world. What they quoted is exactly what they charged and they had the vehicle ready for pickup exactly when they promised they would. I would recommend them in an instant to other Prius owners. And for the record, my wife and I have no connection to the business or staff there; this is a completely independent review. We are very grateful to Aric for helping us get back on the road today. We had issues with the check hybrid system light and didn't know how long we could keep driving with the issue. Needed a new hybrid battery for my 2007 Prius as the original one finally died. Contacted the Prius Kings in Brooklyn and was able to get an appointment in a day, brought the car to their location (was nearby to my house). Met with Aric and his technician who ran a diagnostic, explained the process to me and had the replacement all set and replaced within the hour after I showed up. They gave it a quick test drive and I was on my way after doing an easy credit card transaction. I would highly recommend them for all Prius needs, as they do more than just batteries as well. They also followed up a couple days later to make sure all everything was still running ok. So far so good and I look forward to returning if any other issues arise.

My 2008 Prius had a battery replacement three weeks ago and now the car is running like new. I have a 2005 Prius with 224k miles. The hybrid battery started acting up and my dash was lit up with all kinds of warning lights. I called several places including my local Toyota Dealership, however, Eric from Priuskings was by far the most professional and prompt with answering my questions and putting me at ease about replacing my hybrid battery. Best of all, I only paid $1,390 for parts and labor efore taxes with a lifetime warranty on the battery. And it only took Eric an hour to finish the job. Prius Kings were nothing but pleasant during my experience with them. I had a terrible experience at the Nissan dealership in North Haven CT so I did a simple google search for hybrid-specialty auto shops and I am so glad I found these guys! They fixed my car for $8,000 less than what the dealership was going to charge me AND they came to my house and fixed it on the spot. it was nice because we were able to see them work and they really helped me understand more about the inner workings of my car. Overall great experience, 10/10 would recommend and would definitely return for their services!

These guys do catalytic converter replacements too! My “cat” got stolen from under my Prius and this shop was excellent to work with getting it replaced. They respond very quickly to emails (even on weekends and at night), gave me a quote ahead of time for the work (which other repair shops wouldn’t do), and installed a plate that I bought to protect the cat as well. All for 1/3 the price of what I was quoted at the Toyota dealership. Would highly recommend.

Prius kings were great. I emailed for an appointment, and they responded by email quickly within a couple of hours. The mechanic came the next day and fixed my problem within an hour. I will certainly use them again if I have trouble with my Prius.

2006 base Prius with dying hybrid battery. Took it to the dealership first to make sure that was the problem and was quoted 2,550$ with a one-year warranty on the battery. PriusKings was 1,395$ + 280$ for labor. with lifetime warranty. Fast service (within a couple of days of contacting) came to my location and performed the repair within an hour or so. Also checked for other related issues. 2 weeks in the car is running like before but need to see if any issues come up later. I believe Eric was the technicians name was very helpful. Credit card processing fee was the only additional cost to what I was quoted.

I have never written a review before, but Priuskings had such excellent service, prices, and they saved me in a tough spot so I needed to make an exception. I have a 05 toyota prius which showed the hybrid battery warning, brake lights, check engine, and general warning sign after hitting 150k miles. I called on a Monday morning and was able to schedule an appointment for THAT DAY. In a matter of hours, I limped my car to Rob's address in the Boston area and had the battery replaced for 1/3 of the cost with a 5 year warranty. Rob was professional, kind, and explained every issue with my car. He has the same scanner as the Toyota dealerships and was able to tell me every fault code and the meanings of each that appeared since the car first started driving. Rob took the time to answer all of my questions and actually sent me updates of the entire process. It took an hour for him to completely strip my car and replace the battery then take it for a test drive. This was by far the best experience I could have had, and I am incredibly grateful that he was able to save my car. I would recommend Priuskings over any other service for a battery replacement. I noticed a huge improvement once the new battery was installed, and two weeks later I am writing my review with no complaints!
