The best shop in Brooklyn by far ! Incredible work , paint looks better than factory ! All staff is great ! Thank you guys ! Will never go any where else !

I would not deal with this shop, they scam insurance companies out of their money, I brought my vehicle here to get work done which should not have cost more than $5000-$7000 maybe less. Insurance company ended up paying double that. At the time I believe I had a $1000 deductible. The guy at the shop said don’t worry about the deductible we’ll help you save on it. I sent a friend to drop my car off because I was sick and insurance agent was coming to look at it. She told me when she dropped it off the guy took a metal object and starting banging certain area basically putting more damage to my car. I say the guy because I don’t want to call out any names on here but he knows who he is. Brighton collision told me I need a door a new this and that and that’s why it’s costing insurance company to much. When they told me my car was ready and I pick it up, my original door was still on it, how I know is because I took pictures before and the same scratches that was on the door was still there so they didn’t even do a good paint job I had to bring it back to make them do the paint job over. About 2 weeks about that my transmission was bad which didn’t make sense because I never had issue with my car. I would avoid going to this company and at this point I’m thinking about informing the insurance company of what happen because my friend has videos of “the guy” banging my vehicle to make damages worst before the agent go there

I don’t recommend this shop at all. I would give them 1 stars only reason I’m not is because the first time I brought my car here I had no complaints but my car was in pretty bad shape and I could of just been happy to get it. Second time I brought my car here was terrible experience. They’ll said a bunch of stuff is wrong with your car just to get extra money out of the insurance company, they’ll actually bang up a part of your car before the insurance company comes to inspect it to claim another part of the vehicle. They order after market parts/ used parts. First time I brought my car there the paint job was good. Second time the paint job was terrible. When I went to pick it up they told me they painted the car but actually didn’t, good thing I took pictures of my car before they started working on it, the car look exactly the same scratches in the same spot. A week or two later I had transmission problems. I never had any problems with my car before that. Went back to see manager/ owner and everyone starts hiding or giving you the run around. They come off as nice in the beginning and then rude towards the end. Con artists!! The only reason I didn’t report them to the insurance company is because I was under someone else insurance. You can tell they don’t care because they don’t respond to none of their negative reviews.

Good job on facade repair but they're slow and lack communication. You'd have to follow up 10x times to get an answer and they will keep pushing back the date arbitrarily with no concrete timeline. They returned my car with a headlight system malfunction and didn't bother following up with a fix. I'd be wary going to these guys.

Excellent work very profesional !!!! The Atmosphere so cool,, and the front desk young lady ,, right on top of every situation , very amicable with customers ....well Done !! My car had an accident and was towed to them. After five months of repairs, the insurance company paid them a check of 30,000 yuan. After taking the car home, the engine light came on a few days later. When I drove past, they called me Take it to the dealer for repairs. After charging so much money, why shouldn’t my car be repaired? don't go there for car repairs

this location is worse place they towed my car after my accident then they told us for towed 125 after each they ll charge 27 dollars per day and they held for three days . when i go there for pickup first they said we are close by 4 and then they said we can make it possible to release ur car why u cant fix i give him reason they have to see someone they he was like you have to pay 315 dollars if yes then fine if not i ll do something ur car they are black mailing and was rude after they he said pay other wise come tomorrow and pay more then that

High quality paint work. I’ve brought several cars here and I’m always pleased with the results. Dealt with the insurance company, kept me informed through the entire process and returned the car to me on a flatbed in showroom condition.

Horrible repair shop! My car was towed here after an accident and I decided to leave it there for repairs. They held my car hostage for months and things were still wrong when I picked it up. My steering wheel couldn't turn 360 degrees, there were still blood stains on my passenger seat, my battery was dead, and my air conditioner wasn't working. Honda told me my condenser and compressor were not repaired. They didn't even detail my car before returning it to me. Horrible customer service. Pay your deductible and go somewhere else.

Took my car here to paint my hood only. Tony was very rude to me. Looked at me and said, "I'm just painting the hood, that's it. I'm not touching nothing else!! I never asked him to paint more than my hood, because I new painting the hood and the entire bumper would be more than I wanted to spend. Another mechanic came out. And Tony speaks to him with the same aggression, and nasty tone, "We're just doing the hood, that's it!, don't touch nothing else!! I asked if I could get my car back the next day, Tony said, "I don't know, call me in the morning." I called the next day at 11:30am, Tony said, "I have my guy working on it right now, call me back at 2pm". Called at 2, Tony said, " We didn't start your car yet, come pick it up." He lied to me on the phone saying they were working on it, wasted my time and gas. And hid like a little girl when I came to get my car. I will NEVER go to Brighton Collision for even the smallest repair. Go to a reputable collision place like I ended up taking my car to.

I recently had an accident and they towed and repaired my vehicle. My car looked like it had just rolled off the showroom floor when they finished. Ms. Donna the receptionist is very attentive and professional when you have any questions. Anthony with the blue eyes also makes sure things get done. While I hope to avoid being involved any future accidents, I will not hesitate going to Brighton if I do.

Had my granddaughter 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee was in a accident pure professional . Great work looks brand new . Best body work and paint job . They treat you like family . From the front desk on . I honestly have no words for this place other than you should go to them for everything. I have been using this place for so long and all they ever do is amazing work! Not only is the place amazing in their field but they are also just very well rounded and nice people. They are extremely reasonable with their prices and the team there is so willing to help and do everything they can to make sure you have a good experience and get quality work done to your vehicle. Overall I would 5/5 recommend using this place!

Worst auto body ever. They have no clue what they are doing. Horrible paint job, over spray on everything from windows to rims to headlights. They did more damage to my car. Left the panels which they painted all scratched try to cover it by buffing it made it worse. The worst experience ever. Stay away.

I got in to an accident and let’s just say my car was a reck on the Driver side. The great service started from the towing of my vehicle. Any body knows dealing with insurance can be a headache. But Brighten Collision made a bad the experience almost enjoyable. I remember Toney and the beautiful lady behind the desk made me feel almost like family alway pleasant and caring. I never had any doubts that my car was not going to be taken care of. Toney said “ don’t worry about we got you. “and you know what I never did. No matter how many times I called to check on my car they were pleasant and honest. And when I got my car back I died. My car looked better then it ever did. I mean my car is beautiful and the paint Job amazing! My car drives Amazing as well. I was shocked at the he workmanship they put in to my vehicle. I can not be thankful enough for making a painful situation an enjoyable one. I honestly never had A class service start at the towing of the vehicle to the very end. I will continue to do business with them and refer people as well. Look not further They are the BEST!

Amazing experience. Guys are professionals and treat you like family. All the guys there are super friendly. I had my rims blacked out and calipers painted red for my 2020 Audi Q3. Very happy with the work they’ve done.

COULD NOT BE MORE SATISFIED! Brighton Collision and their team that I dealt with was Anthony and Tony. Both of these guys took GREAT care of me, my new Lincoln, and the circumstances! They made a difficult situation LESS DIFFICULT. REMARKABLY ACCOMMODATING from drop off by tow truck to pick-up when done. Service was much FASTER than anticipated. They even had the car detailed so it literally looked like new! Need auto-body work done, FUHGEDDABOUDIT!!! Take it to these guys! They are the best!!!

Do NOT leave your car with these crooks. They’ll continue to give you, your insurance company, and any towing agency the runaround in order to keep the car at their premises indefinitely. They’re scam is that you eventually wear down, give up, and let them do the repairs, which from what I’ve heard are shotty and cheap. Even the most simple of tasks is made frustratingly difficult by these goons. Do yourself a favor and take your car elsewhere—literally anywhere else is better than here.

This place is by far the most illegal business out there I reported them to business Baero, first told me my car would be fixed in 2 weeks two months later they took 6000 scamming me and the insurance company, they fixed all the parts with junk parts and painted them and then held my car hostage when I said I wanted it to be fixed. They work like mobsters pathetic scammers, they don’t let you inspect your car properly to see if they did a good job and they don’t show you a bill of your parts, they give you the run around and everyone there is shady. Please take my advice and don’t go there I later found out the job could have cost 2000 max and with real parts, the paint came off my Mercedes and the Navi doesn’t work anymore, I had a brand new Mercedes. Biggest mistake of my life. Anthony was the guy that tows your car and acts like the store owner but makes commission over screwing people over. Hope the whole place gets shut down and they all get what they deserve.

I wanted to take a minute and detail my exceptional experience I had with this body shop. I previously brought my wife's Honda Accord to Brighton Collision to have some bodywork done. I was very pleased with the work they provided. Recently I purchased some Aluminum Tubular flat fender flares and a new custom grille for my Jeep Wrangler JK .I also needed my front & rear bumpers painted and the undercarriage undercoated. I am very particular about the quality of work I want performed on my Jeep. After speaking with John the owner he was very thorough in assuring me that he would personally make sure everything will be done up to my standards. I received a call from John he stated that my aluminum flat fenders had a lot of imperfections in the metal. He stated that in order to get them in perfect shape too paint there would be quite a bit of labor involved. He recommended that he paints them with a rough Bedliner paint then spray them my body color, that way you wouldn't see any imperfections in the metal. He said this was a more economical way to paint them. At this point I was vey uncertain but decided to give it a shot. John kept my up to date with all of the progress on my vehicle throughout the whole process and went as far as sending me pictures of the work as it was being done. He sent me a picture of the fender flare after it was painted and to my surprise I was pleasantly surprised by the way they looked. The time came for me to pick up my jeep and I was truly amazed at the quality of the work that was done. John and his team went above and beyond my expectations . Since then two of my friends who own Jeeps had their fender flares painted the same way by Brighton.

I was nervous at first but I took my 2015 BMW X6 for repairs. First the price was great compared to the other overpriced shops. Second I picked up my car on time as promised and they did an amazing job I had one tiny issue so I went back and they took care of it with no problems. They went above and beyond even taking care of a small scratch I did myself after picking it up. The paint work was perfect I can't notice anything wrong. Best experience so far with a bodyshop thank you!! My advice to others just make sure everything you talk about with any bodyshop gets put in writing you can repair something or have it replaced. I would Recommend Brighton Collision! Juan

I can't emphasize how little I would recommended these guys. Dealing with them has been one of the most unnerving and expensive errors of my life. After an accident, they were called by the police to tow the car. They convinced me to let them do the repair and they would waive the tow fee. I was frazzled and accepted, it seemed easier and they were very nice. At first. After keeping me in the darks for months longer then they initially promised, not returning my calls, they finally gave back the car with over half a dozen obvious problems. Thereafer, I had to bring the car back over a dozen times to fix more obvious obvious problems, like the steering wheel not being straight by 45 degrees, or they would create new damage, like putting a hole in my speaker, then acting like they were doing a favor by replacing it with a slightly mismatched junkyard part. So I would have to go back and forth to their garage, over a dozen times and at no small expense. Every time I went back they would promise it would be ready in 20 minutes, and I'd have to leave hours later because it was still not ready. Now it's been almost a year later, and I am still having problems. I recently had over a $1000 of work to do to the car, mostly because it turns out Brighton installed the wrong part. The door they replaced is not airtight. I am so averse to dealing with these guys that I'll just take the loss. Update: Just found out that they put a screw in through the fender instead of replacing it. They bondoed it to hide it

John and his crew did a great job fixing my 1963 Impala. They took there time making sure the job was done right. They even delivered my car back to me. Which was a great help since I am in a cast. Jack and Eric were also nice. You will not be disappointed I recommend them highly.

Don't know why there's so many negative reviews here, maybe because most of the people were still under the shock after the car accident they were involved in and being towed to this shop, so they're taking it off on this shop. My experience with John was great. Not only did he clearly lay out my repair options, I had a minor dent over the rear wheel, but they fixed it in two days. Dropped the car off on Monday 8am in the morning, got a call to pick up the car on Wednesday morning. I don't know how they did it but they blended the paint beautifully into the existing one, they even painted a visible scratch on my trunk, which was a pleasant surprise. This was my first time experience and I highly recommend them.

Do your self a favor and stay away from this body shop. The person that tows the car after the accident comes out as nice and friendly however as soon as the the payment is submitted they don't care about you. After you drive off you find out that the job is not done. They lost parts from my car, parts that wasn't involved during the accident. I had to call several times for them to fix it and still didn't complete the job. At the end I gave up, they asked my insurance company for more money even though it was their mistake for losing the parts.STAY AWAY learn from my mistake, I should of searched online before having them fix my car. well partially fix.At the end I told them that I"m not signing the check they forged my signature.

The people working here are the scum of the earth. I was involved in a car accident and my car was towed to Brighton Collision (due to "police tow rotation") on a Friday. My vehicle was towed away by John who said we can pick up the car tomorrow. When I called the next day, the lady on the phone said their towing service is closed for the day - which doesn't make any sense given what John said and that it's a 24hr towing establishment - so I decided to call and go in on Monday. They had the nerve to charge me for 4 days of storage and said the charges are final even though I had called them previously. What's even worst was the lady who took my payment. The bill totaled $275 but I could not hear her since the store is located under the train tracks so I handed her $300 (Two $100 and Five $20) and she handed me back five dollars. When I confronted her, she denied it and said "Why would I scam you?". You want to know how I knew? Cause you counted the money three times and looked at me with a stupid face. Also, don't believe the bogus about how Brighton Collision has been in business for over 30 years and is family owned. Frankly, just about every other auto-body repair shop advertises that gimmick but it does not mean the service they provide is any good. Therefore please do yourself a favor avoid this place at all cost. Note: Their customer service is terrible. All those fake smiles turn into nasty attitudes once you don't want to utilize their service.
