A poorly run store that just keeps getting worse. The main reasons are1. terrible customer service and 2. cheap aftermarket parts priced higher then better quality counterpart brands. I’ve done business with them as both a retail and wholesale customer. John the secretary who answers phones and takes orders will answer the phone in your face, regardless whether it’s the business phone that’s ringing or his personal. Mike the manager is no better, as clearly his management and customer service philosophy is reflective of the way the store is ran. They told the guy in front of me that his part is upstairs and the guy who is supposed to get it is MIA so there’s no one who can go get it and he has to come back later. At the end I went to the local car part franchise and got my part for half the price that they quoted. What a joke of a business!
I didn't experience the rudeness that these other commenters mentioned, I just found the person behind the counter to be short, but if you know what you are looking for their prices seem to be pretty good. $8.50 for some 50/50 mix
