One of the cleanest and most professional looking laundromat with so many ancillary services (package pickup and drop off? perfumes sales) The best thing is that it is 24 hrs which I keep forgetting about because it is likely the best feature.
Really great customer service. I use the wash and fold service. I'm a repeat customer because they are always careful with my things and I can bring my own detergent. Kind folks behind the counter!
Ive been receiving wash and fold laundry services from this place for about a year or so. I appreciate the effort the staff puts into the care of my clothing.
The guy in front at night was really nice and helpful he help my sister get her chips that got stuck in the vending machine and not only that but he was so nice and telling us how we are liking it at this laundry mat so far and just telling us how we can buy stuff with the laundry card ,overall great experience definitely my new laundry mat, recommend coming back for sure.
I always have a a good experience when I come to this laundromat, the staff is Always very helpful and considerate. the machines are great. They are just as good as they were on opening day very reliable, & there’s lots of space to move around and handle your business.
Love this place. I live about a mile away and I will not go to any other laundromat. They have newer machines that spin really fast which helps cut down on the time you’re there. When my clothes come out of the washer, they don’t need that long in the dryer. They have a delicate cycle as well which most places do not. It’s clean and the people who work there are very nice and helpful. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to save time when doing laundry
Joseph is saying lies and putting arbitrary lb when doing service. Pick and drop service is below 0 stars. He will take your bag without any price estimate and give you a bill overcharging you, beware. If complained to him he says they have all documented and they have perfect measure scales. Bad service, don’t recommend. Never gave $20 back for overcharge. Your 25lb bag will cost you $60. And clothing coming back doesn’t even smell washed.
Joseph is the best! I stopped using his service because I moved but I'll miss him. He gave me a new laundry bag because mine was ripping, he's communicative, and that one-day turnaround is amazing!
A community staple! Clean, convenient efficient, friendly staff. Spacious interior - extending generous and considerate hours for those busy folks needing time flexibility throughout the week. Won’t go anywhere else - and that’s coming from a young mom living in the area for over 12 years.
Best place to do laundry!!! Very spacious and advance technology and amazing customer service . Friendly for kids as well and kept well maintained and clean absolutely love doing my laundry here. Especially it being open 24/7 is a huge convenience for ppl with busy schedules. Couldn’t recommend any other place to do laundry absolutely amazing !!! :)
The best in Brooklyn. I’ve used 3 laundromats in Park Slope, 1 in Windsor Terrace, 3 in Midwood, and this is much better than any of them. It’s clean, with A/C when it’s hot out, and a helpful and friendly staff. Great washing machines with capacity up to 75 pounds, and you can get additional wash time for really dirty loads, and extra rinse, too.
This place has made an amazing turn around,the new owners have this place looking great,always clean and neat,the bathroom is absolutely clean and very few machines are out of order and not for long. I’m so glad to have a good laundromat in my neighborhood.
This place is tremendous. Especially the customer service. Everything is high tech. Both the washer and dryers are extremely efficient. This is my go to spot. Love this place! Please bring your manners if you decide to come thru. Don’t mess up the vibes!
My weekend get away. Washing my clothes here is never disappointing. 90 percent of machines and dryers work efficiently. It’s been a huge turnaround since the previous owners. New machines, four different load options and they all sanitize your clothes while washing. Lots of space, kid friendly, and I don’t spend too much time here. Clean tables to fold your clothes and it’s a clean space
Very friendly person at the front his name is Fariz greets you with a hello and always smiling. Very organized and clean laundry Im very happy with the quality of washers and dryers. I recommend everyone in the neighborhood to do their laundry here.

Their service is immaculate and are properly done. The laundromat premises is clean and well kept. The staff is cordial and friendly. I mostly use their drop off services and I have never had an issue. I believe their prices are reasonable but honestly it's not like I checked around in the first place to be able to compare it. I will however continue to use their services.
This place is always clean. The staff are always nice, polite and helpful. The washers work great. The dryers are amazing. They often have little games playing from a projector that my son loves.
For the most part the machines are very sufficient easy and simple to use.

I’ve been taking my laundry here for almost 2 years since new management took over. I drop my laundry off for wash and fold every two weeks because I know I can count on them. They’ve never lost any of my clothing! And everything is returned to me clean and smelling amazing. The price is the best in the area for wash and fold and the service is spectacular. Turn around time is always quick, sometimes faster than what they quote when I drop off.
Nice place. Clean and customer service awesome. Washers and dryers are new and works fine. I would recommend this place to everyone around. I would have gone there all the time if I haven't lived little far from the laundromat. Prices for washing is reasonable unless you add extra stuff ?. Prices for dryers are normal and it dries faster than other places I have been in. Not so busy on weekdays. Weekend might be busier since another laundromat closed down in Coney Island avenue. I hope they have great business. Will visit them every time I need to go laundromat. They have massage seat, wifi, 3D type play mat
