Our band Hellenbäch played here Dec 27. Mike a nice guy and accommodating Place is prime for a metal bar. Cold beer, great bands in back room and pretty girls in the front bar! Memorabilia everywhere on the walls. Check it out you won’t be disappointed

Love that this place exists amongst all the tiresome hipster spots. Little piece of what NY used to feel like. Take your mask off and just be yourself

Great heavy metal bar with live music and a horror movie feel.

The atmosphere wasn't really my style but I'm pretty sure a lot of other people would probably like it depending on what you're into.

First time I visited this spot and hopefully won’t be the last! There was a screening of a 90s horror movie that was absolutely incredible, everyone is so friendly and the vibe is just welcoming. I had a margarita which was good and as a rock music lover the atmosphere takes me there!

Amazing metal bar. I had so much fun here. The bartenders are easy going, the drinks are reasonable and the decor is immaculate. If you're a fan of horror movies or heavy metal, this is a can't miss stop in brooklyn or new york!

Came for a scene in a movie, "Our Man Funk". The people were VERY accommodating and patient with all of us. This place is cool as hell inside, band posters and horror stuff plaster the walls and ceiling. The backroom club area is perfect size for an intimate show. Good use of space in the bar, they make the most out of everything. I'd go back in a heartbeat. (Pics from set)

I think it was an off night for the kitchen. They bit off more than they could chew by handling the restaurant as well as selling at the Bee’s game. I hope this won’t be a problem moving forward since the Bee’s have now moved to Daybreak but the wait was pretty long. We received our food 1 hour and 15 minutes after ordering. The food was delicious but not good enough to justify the wait. It affected my score a little as I’m trying to be as understanding as possible. I think I’ll give this place another shot so hopefully the experience is better next time.

This metal bar is amazing. They have a stage to which bands frequent, and for just 15 bucks, you can listen all night. The bar has bar food like onion rings and fries in such. is better than most because it offers special cocktails, unlike other metal bars that don't cater to that sort of thing. The dancers themselves have skills in case you glance up from your drink and see one vault into a splint. Great place

This place is amazing. One thing to mention however is the blonde bartender is incredibly rude. Gave me and my friend an attitude for no reason and then went to talk smack about me to one of the girls that was dancing. It was completely out of left field. I understand these places can get rowdy at times and busy, however I was very polite even when I addressed to her that the jukebox ate my money. I have no idea what her problem is but if she has a problem dealing with customer service, then perhaps this isn't the right job for her.

Best biker dive bar in all of NYC! Love playing here and watching others play. The girls dancing at the bar are a bonus. Don't feel intimidated by the environment, everyone is really nice and just there to have a good time.

As a fan of metal and horror, I am glad I got to come here! I had some friends have a show here and everything about this amazing place was so good! The bartender was absolutely incredible and friendly and the atmosphere as a whole was everything I loved!!

It's a metal bar with gorgeous gogo dancers and cheap drinks. What's not to like.?. Usually have bands in the back venue space or crazy fun Burlesque shows. Karaoke too.

Hottest spot in Brooklyn for live music. It's very cozy and always popping . Caught the NY band Blue Movie performance there last night.

I had big expectations when I went back to this place after so many years but I ended up being kicked out of the place for something I don't know, I guess it will be me and my positive reputation for so many years or just an empowered bartender who just doesn't welcome outsiders. Thanx for Nothin'

Overall rating: 4.8 I’m absolutely, absolutely obsessed with this place. I don’t have many pictures bc it’s very dark, but what an eye opening lovely experience. You have to be open to new things if you’re not a metal head and want to try something new. Everyone is so nice, patrons and service. Sometimes I’m never sure of places like this bc I’m a POC, but I didn’t feel weird at all. Also their happy hour ?? highly reco!

This is the best metal bar I've ever been to. Found it by accident while on holidays in New York City and loved every bit of it. Heavy music, local beer from the brewery next door, great guys & gals behind the counter and affordable fried snacks. Thank you for the great new years eve party! Greetings from Germany

My husband loves Metal so we go here a lot. He's also performed here. The gogo dancers are beautiful amd they represent metal beautifully. The bands are great.

I've been to lots of metal bars in different countries and this one is definitely legit! Even learnt about some new bands from their cool play list. The staff are super nice, prices are great and I believe they do regular gigs too!

Ahhh sorry for being the 667th review!! Coming here to review and seeing 666 is so fitting! Went here after work with a friend to visit my friend who is a bartender. It wasn’t super busy from 730-8:40pm. I got a Shirley temple and the pizza. My friend got a blue marg and an amaretto sour. We both downed our drinks. Service was top tier. Great conversation. Great music. Overall a great experience! A group came with a dog toward the end of our time and the bartender gave the dog a bowl of water. I felt very safe and welcomed. The bathrooms are gendered however, they are single stall (and the vibe is use whichever feels right to you). You could spend hours looking at all the stuff they have on the walls. Please enjoy all the photos and videos I was able to take. I could write so much more but I will stop at this; I look forward to going again and trying other foods! Note: photos of drinks were taken after I realized I forgot to take a picture, they came full!!! Note2: when inside look up you don’t be disappointed!

My band Fire is Murder played a show there last night (1/22/2022) and Lucky 13 is hands down the best sounding club or bar we've played in so far. A few of us have been in bands that played all over the United States and toured the world. So you get used to making the best out of every situation. From playing a backyard show with a rented P.A., to a REBELMATIC pop up show on the streets of Brooklyn (go check out REBELMATIC and one of their pop up shows too. You won't be disappointed). But at Lucky 13 the sound guy Ed was amazing. It pays to have a great sound guy that knows what he's doing, cares about the band's and the music, and listening to our needs. So if you want to go to a chilled laid back place to listen to the best sounding bands in NYC head to Lucky 13 Saloon in Brooklyn!!

I was in business mode all day and this place was just what I needed to reset my ticker. Pantera, Overkill, etc overhead. The dark walls showered with memorabilia of Behemoth, Ministry, King Diamond, an oversized grimace of Eddie all under the watchful eye of a casket suspended from the ceiling.

Good place to hear live rock music and have drinks.

This place is absolutely amazing. Solid heavy metal bar with concert venue in the back. Tons of horror items to look at on the walls and on the ceiling. Service is great, tots and macaroni balls are to die for, and cocktail list has insane names. Great respite from the busy streets. Look closely because you may miss it. This place gets wild. Get ready to rock hard and be in a dark place.
