The worst Jetro store imaginable, staff here are completely rude and unhelpful. Management also treats workers like garbage, speaking to them as if they are animals. Avoid this place.
Worst jetro you can imagine people are so rude the lady checking out doesn’t even know how to properly check stuff made me remove all my items just so she can scan one thing bad service. Also came out of there super dirty like I was at a construction site
Large selection. I normally go to fort Hamilton and the Staten Island location. This location is dirty and , even the employees are rude and disrespectful to each other the only professional people there was the gentleman at the door checking the items and the lead cashier 09/24/2025. I felt like a rat was going to jump out any moment.

Place is great been coming here 20 years but the increase of soliciting is making the shopping experience a headache you have 10 people outside asking if you want help and 10 inside should cut it down to atleast 2 people bothering you instead of 20 ?
If you like shopping come here, You should go in the morning it’s very crowded in the afternoon, And if your looking for something, the worker all of them are not any help, And if you have to use the bathroom it’s not the safest the door do not lock. I really do not recommend to use the bathroom if your yourself if you a late shopper.

This place is a disaster! If I am stuck in pergatory-this is what it might feel like. it’s cold, gray, dirty and the lines are so long. You just want to leave this place but you are stuck in a horrible line with the most miserable cashiers. Their check out system is from the 1950’s. They use red pens to check the boxes. You save money to buy in bulk, but you want to take a shower when you leave.

I was shopping in coffee section, I couldn’t find an specific Item(coffee cup sleeves)I approached one of the workers who was stocking up the shelves and after a nasty confrontation, disrespectful language, rudeness, impolite attitude. The guy comes at me with both his knuckles in a fist and and a box cutter threatening to hurt me because I asked him multiple times about a item I couldn’t find and which he didn’t understand and he went violent with me and told me to get out before he hurt me. I asked him a simple question and he was annoyed I guess like he doesn’t enjoy his job.I shop here 3 times a week, I am a regular customer,I don’t think I deserve to be treated like that. The store should have a special training for their workers, teaching them good customer service This is crazy and I feel unsafe coming now.
Receiver so bad. He work slow. I wait 4 hours today outside and more then 1 hour sitting in bay and he don’t unload my trailer. I have to go inside and remind him. Don’t do deliver here.
Very busy cash and carry wholesaler. If you have a business and have the time to pick up your own stuff, it is definitely worth the trip. They have a huge inventory and decent enough prices. Lines are usually very long but move quickly. Parking sometimes gets tight out front. Cashiers are bust but professional.
This location compared to others is a real dump. The line to unnecessarily long to wait on. Past three times I've been here the shortest time online with 40 minutes the longest was over an hour.
Actually it was the first time I was able to shop so freely at Jetro. Maybe because of the holiday, it wasn't crowded. The lady at the register was also very nice. She even waited for me to look for my card.
Very easy to maneuver, not kid friendly because it's a wearhouse and kids like to run. Things are labeled and generally not to hard to find. Lines do get long but they work as quick as they can
I went to the Brooklyn location on foster Ave and wow the managers seem nice but the CASHIERS have the most attitude as if your cart packed with over a $1000 in products is going to be free smh. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE at the only section they should be nice because they are collecting your money. I was amazed.
Best depot for delis and restaurants. The receivers and the managers are super helpful! Find your Takis 9 and 4 oz and Minitakis at the end of aisle 8!
The items are reasonable for stock items that you needed alot and buying bulk is a good idea i notice that this the first time i smelt weed it was distraction like I said the first time I've been shopping there for years i hope it was a one time other than that get in early and get out early
This is a great place to shop . Lots of variety and great wholesale prices . My family shop here all the time to stock up on groceries and other food items.
I finally got my own Jetro Card. I've been with other people many times before. They have everything you can think of when it comes to food service. They even have whole frozen ducks! They close early but they are open every day of the week.
