Placed a $4000 order and confirmed materials were in stock at the store. After the order was placed, (days) I was sent an email that part of the order was ready. Sent a rep to pick up the supplies and recieved 4 of 41 pieces and told balance ready by end of week. End of week came and another email came with another partial order ready to pick up. Called and was told that 20 were ready and the balance would be Dec 1. This was completely unacceptable as we had a job scheduled for the upcoming week.

Sales man was horrible ( short guy with shaved head) Like he couldn’t be bothered. My boss sent the order to the wrong store, so there was a problem but omg he was a bit nasty. Not to mention he gave me 1/4 bolts and nuts. The bolts were course thread and the nuts were fine thread. I had to use my impact gun to screw them together.

They have good stuff. But everything has to be ordered and wait for delivery. Also very slow and dumb procedures for a simple purchase or return...

Amazing experience

Although it can be overpriced, this place is great for mmetcisl grade stuff you just can't get at big box stores. The guy who works there opens on time, is energetic, knowledgeable and helpful.

Prompt and courteous service as always

Came to your store at my wits end looking for 60" closet bypass door kits after seeing item on your web site. Has the old piece with me. Spoke to Scott who promise t order item and call me to compare the 2. I'm still waiting. Tried a follow up call, never got a reply after talking to their 800 operator. Thanks a bunch grainger, for nothing.

Not a good experience order 10 foot platform ladders showed up and they only had one delivered and it was scratched up pay for new it should be new. Had to refuse it

Absolutely terrible. Walking inside the store & having to deal with a sales associate who was extremely condescending & unpleasant made my visit to grainger very disappointing.

Unfortunately the in-store staff are not very knowledgeable about the hardware that they are selling. It might be do to the fact that they have a very large variety. Never the less, they are polite.

They have anything you would ever want, industrial things you can not find at majority of stores. Prices could be unreasonably high for certain goods, far better deals could be found online.

AWESOME! Called in for a price and they transferred me to a technician who saved me about $400 in parts and labor costs by recommending an easier installation option. I could not be happier right now :)
