Happened upon this flea market as it was opening in the morning.
Clean flea market with interesting vintages goodies here and there.
Also loved the traffic cone Christmss tree theh had up for the hokiday season.
Grand spot for a market, bring an extra layer for warmth in the winter it's a bit of a wind tunnel. Vintage finds mixed with African textiles and an assortment of jewelry. A bit more DIY and gritty than a Manhattan market but it works in all the right ways. I recommend negotiating down 15 to 20% on prices.
We arrived around 10:30 and absolutely enjoyed it. There was a great variety of vendors and items for sale: clothing, jewelry, records, antiques, hand-stitched art. Some items were artisanal, some vintage - there's definitely something for everyone. The record vendor, Needle to Wax, is a MUST-visit stall for audiophiles. I have been searching for Depeche Mode's "Some Great Reward" for years and they randomly had it right at the front of one of the crates. The vinyl's quality is exquisite - nary a scratch. Get coffee from the Columbian coffee stall, too, it's delectable. Definitely a great Saturday-morning activity to enjoy alone or with others - we'll be back!
I love this fair! It's so much fun. The vendors are diverse and interesting and the location can't be beat. Chances are, you'll run into a friend or two. Shout out to the African brother who sells the most beautiful textiles and jewelry. I bought a fantastic ring from him. You should go!!
I went in with low expectations because recently the last several “flea” markets I traveled to were more like boutique markets or too many vendors all the same.
At the time I went the vendors were great! Wide variety and reasonable prices.
This is a lovely flea market with a wide variety of stalls — if you have enough time to browse, you’re likely to find some good stuff. It can get a bit crowded on weekends, so going early is a good idea. One thing to note: a few of the jewelry stands seemed to be selling new, rather than second-hand, items.
Went on a Saturday around noon and it was PACKED, but also to be expected. Such a fun place to find unique finds from local makers and sellers. Prices vary widely depending on the goods, but something for every budget, I think. Also, had some great food options. Had some empanadas from the Colombian food stand there and it was amazing. Definitely a fun activity to explore at least once.
Went to Brooklyn Flea on the hunt for vintage cameras and I found some gems! 📸✨ Loved every single one I picked up.
Aside from that, I noticed most of the jewelry stalls were pretty pricey, definitely on the higher end. Still a fun place to explore if you love vintage finds and unique pieces!
As a tourist, it’s a great spot to experience different lifestyles. The most popular vendor was selling vintage digital cameras. Other vendors were selling clothes, jewelry, home décor, and more.
I had high hopes for the Brooklyn Flea, but it ended up being one of the more disappointing stops on our trip. Though the venue itself was fairly spacious and well-organized, the offerings felt uninspired and surprisingly overpriced. There were only a handful of vendors that stood out, and the kind of charming, unexpected discoveries I associate with European flea markets just weren’t there.
Perhaps it depends on the week, or the weather, or even the season—but on our visit, the experience was lackluster. If you’re into vintage shopping, there are far better options elsewhere in the city
Brooklyn Flea is a weekend outdoor market selling a wide range of goods such as vintage digital cameras, designer bags, jewelry, and clothes. There are also public restrooms and food offerings during the flea market.
The market itself was quite crowded, with little walking room due to the amount of people but overall was still walkable. The storefonts extend under the bridge but also around the bridge, with a wide range of offerings. Prices are on the expensive side, though some good deals were found for various pieces.
Overall, a fun spot to go on a date or on an outing in the DUMBO area.
Cool flea market with a variety of vendors located under the bridge. Definitely worth a visit since it’s very close to the iconic photo alley of Dumbo Bridge.
Options for food are one stall and a coffee stand.
Lots of different vendors selling clothes, bags, and other odds and ends that can make great gifts or just something memorable to bring back home.
A lot of jewelry vendors with a variety of artisans and vintage sellers. We did find a few good deals. It’s always fun to thrift shop under a bridge with music pumping on a beautiful Brooklyn day!
Very cool. Mix of vintage and new merchandise sellers. Some prices were great while others were not based in reality, like used point & shoot digital cameras that were $125 & 175. But overall it's a very cool experience.
It was a great experience. If you like vintage products, I definitely recommend it. However, keep in mind that it is a bit more expensive than flea markets in other cities.
Worth the hype! I was visiting family for the long weekend and was determined to check out this spot. So many great finds and lovely food restaurants near by to fuel up if you get tired of browsing the vendor booths. Well curated items including jewelry, clothing, art and y2k tech / gadgets.
This is such a vibe! It was cold, but found some cute earrings and sunglasses. Most of the stuff are pricey, but if you find vendors that are authentic, you may find some good deals
Perfect saturday. So much great cheap stuff, great people, a lot of restaurants in Dumbo. I must be there! It will take obout 3 hrs +eating.I wish I could have bought more
Really nice jewelry options. Clothes were over priced in my opinion. There were good deals if you really searched. Was hoping to see more furniture and home decore but if you’re looking for unique jewelry and sunglass finds this is a great option. When I went the large warehouse was not open just under the bridge. Cutsie
One of the best and cutest Flea Markets I’ve ever been to! I’m a huge thriftier and flea market connoisseur. It was so hard not to spend all my money here. The vendors were so sweet and kind. I can’t wait to go back.
the most brooklyn moments ever! really good selection of clothing, jewelry, home goods, decorations and art works. while the prices can be steep, the vibes are good; will come back again.
Cool flea market! Majority of the products are jewelry and other accessories which are very nice. They also have thrift options and a lot of handmade products.
The market is pretty popular and around other tourist attraction so it’s worth checking out and seeing other attractions. It closes at 5:00pm on Saturday but you may find a few vendors hanging out and wrapping up.
There were free samples of alcohol and decent gems of clothing and nick-nacks to find. Plus, Dumbo is a scenic location—great place to bring someone who is visiting the city.
Had a lot of fun here shopping with very kind vendors who gave great deals. There’s a lot of stuff to do in the area once you’re done shopping, all accessible by foot. The location of Brooklyn flea is beautiful under the Manhattan bridge. Will be returning again one day.
