Where do I even begin? I called ahead to see if they could help me with a small safe that I couldn’t open. It turned out to be way more stubborn than expected, but they handled it with incredible patience, professionalism, and skill. I was honestly blown away by the effort, speed, and fair pricing. I was quoted $250, but the owner generously gave me a discount — and I left completely satisfied.
The best part? I got my valuable items back — a huge relief. They had to brute force it open, but it was successfully picked in the end. And the plot twist? My keys were actually inside the safe the whole time! 😂 I even learned a thing or two about safes during the process.

Vaultek is pretty good brand, made a lot of improvements but I still would go back to them and buy that safe!
Chevrolet dealership tried to rip me off when I came with my car for a different service. My keys stopped working and they don’t wanna cover it. They try to sell me two new keys over $800 when I came to ilocksmiths they spent some time on my car, but they figure this out and they fix my two old keys. They work in perfect this company is amazing. Patient and professional deserve million stars!
Amazing experience and on site. The owner was super friendly and came to my location two times for a key that was dying out on my mini Cooper / BMW it is a 2014 model the price was better by almost $100 and the service was top notch would recommend to anybody for your car or other needs.
I was informed prior to agreeing to the service that my safe would need to be drilled and that I would not be able to salvage it. I agreed as I was completely over trying to open it and did not want to keep it. The Locksmith arrived at scheduled time, service was quick and he was polite. Cleaned up after himself.
