Staples in bayridge has the best team and best service! My favorite place to go Leo and the girls really makes this place amazing !! Compare to the other staples i have been!!
They are good, but they don’t have information for example you ask them if they have control of thumb grips they sometimes ignore you that’s why I’m only putting two stars.
The printing team here is outstanding! Susie and Leo were incredibly patient and professional, helping us fine-tune our designs and choose the perfect paper quality. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire printing process seamless. Highly recommend their exceptional service!
Went for a return and the white blond hair Amazon girl was super nice and trying her best with all the boxes she already had so thank you staples and to that nice young lady
This Staples always has what I need and has super helpful staff. No need for extra waste with ordering online and it's easier to tell if it's the product I need. Been going here for years.
Going to staples has it's pros & cons. Pros: They have good printing and copying machines. You can email documents and have them printed while you wait. They will do overnight shipping with UPS so it's a one and done document service. I am not reviewing the whole store. I am reviewing the copy center. The staff were not. helpful. I am older with a disability and no one came over to see if I needed assistance. I can only see out of one eye. It would have been helpful to have one of the clerks suggest I would be better able to do my packing at a desk where I had more control instead of leaning over where I was a fall risk. It was obvious I was struggling. They did their job but could have communicated better and could have offered to help.
I walked into purchase a printer as well as Apple AirPods Pro and was met almost immediately by the store manager who I believed to be named Christian. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It made my experience outstanding. Highly recommend this location.
I've been to this establish a few times and it shocks me how it is still open after all these years currently being irrelevant in today's day and age I guess it's okay if you want to overpay for stuff you can get 20 bucks on Amazon
They have workers that don’t know what’s going on there was no line and it took over 30 min. There machine keeps braking the hole line went ahead on other line when I just waited…
Red shirts walking around everywhere, but no one to assist me with the licked USB cords for ten minutes, one red shirt I thought was going on break, said no to them going on break, but went to the desk with more red shirts to get someone to help me, still no assistance!!
Complaint Review – Poor Service at Staples Copy & Print Center
I visited the Staples Copy & Print Center today at around 8:27 PM—well over 30 minutes before closing. I requested a few color prints on my own special paper, something I do almost every week and which normally takes just a few minutes.
To my surprise, the lady at the counter refused to fulfill the request. Despite clearly having no customers in line and appearing unoccupied, the lady at the counter asked the manager, and both insisted I place the order and return tomorrow.
This is unacceptable. I made a special trip, driving from a distance, expecting the reliable service I've previously received. It’s disappointing to see staff unwilling to assist with a simple task, especially when they’re not busy and there's plenty of time before closing.
Staples, it seems your employees no longer care about customer service or your reputation. I needed the prints tonight—not tomorrow—and was denied the help I came for.
I purchased a La-Z-boy office chair for my house. They had a large selection on the floor, the prices were good and the sales associates were courteous and efficient. What more could you ask for?
Had my first disappointing experience at Staples because of “Alex.” I was waiting behind a woman who clearly needed assistance and was relying on someone else in the store to translate for her. The translator had walked off to shop, and it was obvious the language barrier was preventing the sales associate from moving forward. After about 15 minutes — and after the associate called for help multiple times — Alex finally arrived.
I said, plainly and calmly, “She needs a translator,” which was simply a factual observation. Alex immediately became confrontational, accusing me of “yelling” — which was completely inaccurate and uncalled for. I was firm, not rude, and spoke at a normal volume. His response — “We don’t need a breakout, and we don’t have a translator” — was dismissive. I clarified that the customer did, in fact, have a translator who was shopping somewhere in the store.
After asking the woman to step aside, Alex began processing my return. I had two items to return via QR codes. After scanning the first, I opened my phone to pull up the second. At that point, Alex sarcastically said, “See, you’re not ready. Should the customers behind you be mad at you?” This was provocative, unnecessary, and frankly unprofessional.
I’ve always had good experiences at Staples, but this was handled very poorly. Respectful communication matters — both for customers and among staff.
I had a great experience at staples thanks to Venessa at the front desk. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the protection plans and helped me choose the perfect one for the item I purchased. I really appreciated her patience and professionalism. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Thanks again, Venessa!
Good place to find an office chair and office supplies. The technology stuff, like laptops, is ok, but I think I like Best Buy better in selection. I bought a solo New York laptop case cover. It was $39 I think i thought the sign said $24.99. Anyway, I needed it for a flight trip, so glad they had some, but it was not cheap. The mouse pad for $9.99 was ok, smooth, and flat from Logi.
Incredible, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend!! I find what I need and if they don't have it, they find and deliver for me for free. Even though it's a chain store, the staff makes me feel like it's a neighborhood store.
I have been a loyal staples member. It is unfortunate that I am unable to exchange a product in less than a week. I'm told I will only receive 74 cents for a value of $14 and will not get rewards points back. Very disappointed and will leave Staples.
The Staples store In Bay Ridge Provides excellent service. The staff is very helpful. When it comes to making prints or copies, it’s the only place I go. Plus, there’s a parking lot.
In addition, when I recently made an Amazon return the cashier showed me how I could save $10 on the purchase Procter & Gamble products. I got over 100 tide pods and a dozen bounty paper towels for only $40!
Bad services. They don't help you to ship any paid label for UPS. They make you paid for a print label without telling you next. They don't do any services for drop off for UPS.
Consistency is not a thing for this location. And furthermore, if store employee need to share information to their customers.. well.. they yell across the area of service you are expected. They have sign for copy and shipping but you will never know each time you go to service area. No one acknowledge you unless if they want you to be in different service counter. And as I see it, store is not a busy place. And employee seem to try very hard to deter customers from going in there to spend money. Shame…
Staples has quality tech merchandise & they deliver fast. Staples provides outstanding tech support. I needed to upgrade the OS on my laptop and they gave exceptional service, they called me they told me this is possible and this is not possible and they simply gave me the best that was possible. My laptop was handled w care & I received it back in the same condition that I gave it to them. ( not damaged, not scratched or anything. Handled with great care.)
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went there to scan 2 pages and the guy at the copy center told me I would have to come back tomorrow because they were busy. The store was EMPTY and there were two guys working at the copy center. Wasted my time coming here. Look at the picture and see how busy there were.
Spacious, well organized and adequately staffed go to stop for school/office supplies, printing and UPS. Staff are actively helpful. Ample parking lot. Really the best option in the neighborhood.
