Very Rude. Brought my Jesus head with stones 925 silver. The chain is a 10mm wide The lady had 1000 questions about it. All I wanted to do is sell it. I bought the chain for $980. And that was only two months ago. She offer Me crackhead price. I told her silver is at $1.75 a gram I also told her give me my chain. I’ll go somewhere else straight up. She made a phone call to Trump to ask him if it’s worthy to sell it. She said no. I told her you haven’t even looked at the diamonds. I know they are fancy diamonds. I really didn’t care that they lowball me. I I I was not mad about that. I was mad that No positive customer service , no smile , grumpy and rude. You need some customer service gotta work on that. Beware of this business. Stay away from this Pawn. No royalty here.

You know I could report your store to the Jewelers Vigilance Committee. Follow protocol and ask for ID and give a receipt. Any business transactions by law suppose to have a paper trail.

I would negative stars if possible - one for attitude, one for shotty work. I brough in 2 rings to have the stones tightened. Took over a week at which point the stones were still loose on both rings. When I questioned why, I was met with immediate aggression and told my rings were of poor quality, not their fault. Well, for not their fault, I was immediately given a full refund without even asking. Says something, doesn't it? Avoid!

Sat one on one with Ohsri to pick out the perfect stone for my wife. This is an established business that is highly attentive to thier clients needs. I highly recommend you at least see them before spending a substantial amount of money on any jewelry you may be interested in buying.

This place is fantastic it's a small neighborhood shop with the excellent customer centric service. The day that I went in I had the opportunity of meeting with Maurice and his assistant Daniel. Global Gold & Silver is most definitely the best place to go for your jewelry needs! My husband and I have only purchased our jewelry with them. Best quality, most reasonable pricing, and not to mention how personable the staff is with us. They make you feel comfortable and take their time with you. I will start this review off by saying i don’t just easily give my recommendation on something- i have to know for sure that its a good thing before i give it my stamp of recommendation. With that being said, this place is the best jewelry spot in Bay Ridge- amazing, comprehensive selection. And Maurice, the manager, is a legitimately good guy. He will go out of his way to make the customer happy, just an all around great place. 10/10 would recommend.

I was helped by David who listened carefully to what I was looking for in an engagement ring. I was nervous: the ring is my fiance's mother's original engagement ring. It needed to be restored, resized, and a new center cut diamond. David understood exactly what I wanted, and offered their services for a very fair and appropriate price. The turn around was better than I expected - the ring was completed in less than a week's time.

When I have priced jewelry that I want to sell in other places, I find that their price is the best. The new owner, Maurice has certainly continued this tradition. Wow after reading the reviews I went over to the store and met Maurice. Such amazing customer service! I had to sell a ring and some necklaces and he made it all so easy. Seeing that it was warm outside he didn't hesitate to offer a cup of water before even discussing business. He made small talk while appraising the jewelry and made me feel comfortable. He gave me a fair price for what I brought and before letting me go offered me more water for the walk home. I believe everyone should go here for their jewelry needs. There isn't a dishonest bone in Maurice's body. He such a good person I intend on finding a way to give him more business in the future.

The store:
The location of the store is great, it's right in the heart of Bay Ridge and was very easy to find on 3rd avenue. The atmosphere inside was really nice, very professional, clean and modern.
The staff:
Steve and Oshri were both very polite, informative and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I came here for an engagement ring and left with not only the perfect ring for my fiance, but I pretty much knew the ins and outs of the ring and diamond.
We sat down and discussed the style, budget, etc. and we took it from there. The entire process took about 2 days, which is great because it took a ton of stress off of my shoulders. My fiance absolutely LOVED the ring, so I have no buyers remorse at all.
The pricing:
I basically saved about 30% on the ring. I got an incredible deal here and I definitely appreciate it. It's great to deal with a local store that can still give people a good deal.
