i always feel really taken care of at this bank, on atlantic ave. the store manager, isabel is exceptional in taking care of her customers. she goes above and beyond to understand the customer needs -- the level of her care and support makes this bank really special. thank you ?

Save yourself the headache, 1st and last time I go to this TD bank, I never had any problems with any td bank in my life, this people mess up the impossible, and lines are dreadful.

Best in-store banking experience I’ve ever had. From the security lady who was welcoming and attentive to the store manager Isabel who went above and beyond in helping me with my situation. Extremely professional and very knowledgeable she has also proven to be a wonderful human being willing to help the other. Highly recommend this TD store and particularly their store manager.

It is my pleasure to let you know what an exemplary employee Ms. Famida A Uddin is to your company Boerum Hill TD bank . During the past week she has made me feel reassured due to my account at TD being compromised. She was affable, patient and a good listener. She resolved and restored my account and made me feel more secure going forward. She is a valuable employee and a compassionate person. As an elderly person who received such kind attention I had to let you know about the service I received and say Thank you for having her at my neighborhood bank.

I had to go in-person to close a CD (btw, it is not "convenient" that I have to do that in-person), and they had a hard time finding my account. After 50 minutes of the three employees failing, trying to convince me that I needed to bring in my expired foreign drivers license, cracking jokes and calling me "love", and trying to "up-sell" me (?), they finally found and closed my CD. The experience has convinced me that I need to close my account with TD.

Terrible experience. Was sitting and waiting for over 30 mins. After that they seat me at table and dissappear again.

The worst TD bank I have ever done business with, extremely rude teller Tieshe, looks like management does not oversee their employees correctly. Corporate should be notified, and felons should not be working at banks.

Went to this branch last week. The customer service rep, was helping another customer to open an account. She engaged in every personal conversation with them from what her name means, to other personal things we were sitting there for over 45 minutes with no acknowledgement from any one in the bank. The tellers were sorting candy. After 45 minutes I walked out.

Store manager Almasi Dodson is the reason I'm giving this business 5 stars. Her level of service is 10 stars from beginning to end !!! Can't think her enough !!

To require someone to hold a bank account with you in order to buy a money order or cashier’s check is beyond classist. This ostracizes anyone coming in needing support from a bank, just needing them to do day to day banking things. It’s unfortunate and definitely something all American banks can approve upon.

When I enter a TD bank, tellers who know me will say hi. Or welcome. Everyone says that. I feel very welcome and they are ready to assistance me with a smile and answers.

I was visiting your Bank today it’s was a Horrible Experience with me I am Customer with you Last 13 years when your Bank was Bank of Commerce Bank I was trying to Notarize one of My Letter that was Give me a Very Hard time I meet with your Customer Service Rep Her Name is ALMASI very Rude Altitude I trying to Explain what type of Letter what can you do She only said I cannot Notarized your Letter By the way that letter Belongs to Town of Hempstead Long Island after that she starts Arguments with me calling to Some other Departments Finally she said I cannot Notarized your Letter that’s fine The Problem starts when I was Leaving she Said Get out My God this is way to talk customers and also I Control my Self Because I am also Related with Customer Service I know how to talk with Customers this is the way HR Department Give training During all Conversations I will be Cool I say not say any Rough Language etc only I am talking about the rules I call same time to the Department which they want Letter should be Notarized from the other side the Department the Office Clark said Can talk with that lady she Refuse I Don’t think so the TD Bank HR Give this type of Training Please I Requested to you these type people the are not Good for Customers service Job Thanks waiting for your Reply Ok Next Day I went to Another TD Bank near by my home The same Letter I Notarized from there shame on ALMASI the customer service Rep Now she Not Deserve that Position Now HR think About it this of Personal immediately take some Serious Action See under Below I send a copy of that letter Thanks Nadeem Ahmed

One of the best TD Bank locations. Never have to wait not for tellers or customer service representatives. Tellers at this location always quick and helpful. My personal favorite is Carleen.

The tellers are warm and helpful. They engage with my kids and remember us. Truly a nice neighborhood place.

I had a great experience, staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. I go there because there is usually no wait time and customer service is friendly.

This is the only branch I go to because everyone is always so kind and helpful. Had a blast doing bank chores and I never thought that’s something I’d ever say.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Tatiana, the bank teller, is horrible. I try to make it a point to not go to this branch because of her customer service the first time I visited, but I was on this side, and it was convenient. I always get a cashiers check for my rent, and she always verifies my ID with a manager since I have an out of state license. The first time I asked her why she did that since this has never been done before with any other branches I’ve visited. She got an attitude and said because that was their new procedure. However, that is not true. I even asked a teller at a different branch, and he told me that was not standard procedure. Tatiana is the only one that does this. I am NEVER asked so many questions or asked to verify my identity at any other TD banks in the city. Do not waste your time here, especially if TATIANA is the teller.

The customer service representative is horrible!!! She is rude. I came to the brunch to handle something on one account and she is telling me something about an account i dont have anymore. She used foul language and spit at me. The police came she should get fired

I was totally surprised. Everyone was super friendly here. Short wait time and the staff seemed happy to engage n some friendly chitchat. Definitely using this branch going forward.

Horrible bank as soon as you walk in . 0 customers and 7 bankers doing nothing. Person in the front gave an attitude right off the bat and did not help open my business checking account. Please change your staff.

2 Customer Service Representatives at the desks and at the Teller Horrible. Today is a Monday 9:49Am I have been sitting here for 20min in counting just too get a replacement Debit Card. Where is all the Customer service Representatives? They need too hire more people. I'm changing Banks this is extremely ridiculous one would be late too his or her own fureneral.

Atlantic avenue TD employees come in late and leave early every day. The wait time was close to 45 minutes because there were only three people working.

My business partner has been cashing checks at TD for a few years now. He usually cash his checks at the 86th St and Columbus Ave location on the Upper West Side, where he ALWAYS get good service from the employees there; Mark, Nikki, and Tasha to name a few. Today, since we had a business meeting in Downtown Brooklyn, he decided to go to that location as we usually do when we are in that area. He walked in the location at 252 Atlantic Ave about 1:45pm today and saw a lady to the left of the teller area. He walked up to her politely, said good morning with a smiling face as usual, signed his check, handed it to her and made her aware that he was there to cash his check at the same moment handing her his ID. She looked at my his check and made a call. He stood there for about 10 minutes without her explaining what she was doing, but he assumed she was new and making verification calls according to what he overheard her saying on the phone, with the two calls she made. At no time did she explain anything to him or apologized for him waiting. Eventually after getting off the phone he took it upon himself to ask her if there was an issue with the check, she responded with an attitude that this is something 'we' all have to do. He explain that he comes to TD at least once a week to cash his checks, he never had this issue, this was the only reason he asked. She responded again with an attitude that this is what she has to do. He ignored her attitude and waited a little while again for her to continue to do what she was doing. After she was done, she tossed his license to him. He then got angry and raised his voice at that moment telling her not to throw anything at him and that she needs better customer service etc., she started to curse at him and told him do not raise my voice. The security person then came over and told him to 'chill'. He responded that he does not have to chill, I he is the customer, and he's getting poor customer service for 20 minutes now, he needed to address these concerns, since no one was saying anything about the events that occured to lead up to this point. The Hispanic girl then went off on him again while all of this was unfolding, cursing and telling him that she will clock out and both he and her can take this outside etc... She did not stop acting unprofessional and ghetto until an older bank employee came and told her that she needs to stop and had to eventually remove her from the front of the bank into the back to calm her down. He has made several complaints to the emails provided online to see what can be done with this situation. He has NEVER experienced such a terrible experience at 'America's Most Convenient Bank' since he has been a customer. He would like for this to be investigated and proper procedures taken to see that this young lady receives the proper consequences for her poor judgement, and poor customer service.

My reason for one star is. Website stated bank opens at 7:30 am. I waited and waited at 7:30 am bank didn't open. I finally left at 7:50 am Hours of operation should be posted on the door to this branch ?

Awful Experience, even though the line was incredibly long they only had two people at the main desk and one customer service person. After waiting in line for 20 minutes because my card stopped working I was told I had to wait again and put my name down for customer service just to get my card reprinted. At least put more people at the desk.
