This is a great place to shop for friends and family. So much to choose from. Clothing, sliders, hats and gloves. Toys for your kids, and also for your pet. They also have a makeup section, t-shirt and an area for different types of snacks. The staff is great. Friendly and professional.
This store is very clean and well organized. I was greeted when I walked in and my return process was a little lengthy however the associate helping me never lose patience and was a very great help! Ever since going for the first time 2 months ago this has been my go to store!
They never open on time they’re supposed to open at 9:30 and they never open on time opening at 10 o’clock. Have people standing out here for half an hour.
I went to this location, Monday, September 1 and the manager was very rude with me. And this is not the first time she was rude to me. I called corporate and they didn’t do nothing either so I guess I have to go to another location.
Okay store nothing wrong except I remeber it was like 2024 to 2023 I think one of those years but I walked in to five and below and like I was trying to see what I wanted cause like it was like a bracelet or a necklace and yeah, this was the security guard he was just following me around the store and I was like OK what’s going on So then I was like I could just get a better bracelet from target so I put the bracelets back that I had in my hand, it went down the escalator in. I heard noises behind me and I realized it was the security guard so I was like what’s going on and he was like oh you stole and I’m like what he said don’t ever come back here and I’m just like yeah so I just wanna make sure you guys are aware of that and stuff yeah But I am reporting that
Avoid this store always. They discriminate against any one that looks of the urban community whether you just got off of work or you just walked out your house. The security and staff follows you from the time you step off the escalator till check out. God forbid you have to look at something for more than 2 secs. They have teenagers arguing with you about self check out. Demanding that you hand them your products or you can’t get your stuff. If you need staff to check your customer’s stuff out in self check out, DON’T HAVE IT!!! I’ve been followed every single time I stepped foot in the store since it opened. I only go there for emergencies but you know how the store traps you for other things. If you’re an urban/ minority and you know you work hard for your money AVOID THIS FIVE BELOW.
My daughter loves the toys and posters they have there. Some of the brands of toys they have are great for the price they charge. Like Pokémon, Minecraft and other popular names.
I love to grab things from here. I was recently on the hunt for baby calico critters and they had them in stock ??I also love to collect some mini Funko pop figures from here and grab quick decorations for a birthday celebration.
Came in at 8:50 pm, was told by security we had 10 minutes to enter, shop and pay. The moment we actually enter the sales floor the cashiers told us to leave and that they were closed which contradicts what the security guard told us. In addition, according to google maps the store closes at 9:30 but if you go in person they close at 9 apparently. Buyer beware

The two downtown stores are clean and well stocked but, management needs to work out the register problems. ? Staff is helpful but, most items are $5 and up not much $1,2 items left.
Every time I go here there’s only one self checkout open and lines get long and employees wouldn’t care to open more lanes so people can SELF CHECKOUT but wants to scan your stuff for you which takes a lot longer please fix this!!!!
Five below is a great store but they were out of a lot and charge $5 for a small bag of freeze dried candies and the items are not organized in a sensible way
There’s a war on self checkouts now ? 5 Below, not only are your products NOT $5 and below, you close all self checkouts except for one and you have someone stand there in your face scanning items for you at the last open machine… I asked him why they have it closed and he said for customer engagement. Well you guys got a zero from me when the keypad asked for a rating. I go to self checkout so I won’t have to engage more than necessary. Next y’all are gonna start having a tip pool, I’m calling it.

The location is great, in Fulton mall close to food and train. The store has a wide variety of items sometimes items are not available at other locations. Unfortunately staff turnover here is extremely high and are not readily available for questions or assistance. There are self checkout machines. Today the store felt like a sauna. It was about 90 degrees which caused an uncomfortable shopping experience. Staff stated that they were having heating issues with their building.
This five below was really nice! I like that it has a lot of options and variety of things. Most five belows I’ve been coming across, have poor selection of items. But THIS five below has a lot of things in stocked! Well this is based off of the first time coming to this particular location. But everyone within the staff was friendly! I was greeted nicely and the employee that helped me look for an item, was also really friendly and graceful when the item i was looking for was not in this location. And they told me about another location near this one, that may have the item, super helpful. Overall, i like this store
Look, Five Below is painted on the building on Fulton Street. You can't miss it. This is how I found it and was so surprised to see it in downtown Brooklyn, so I stopped in. There's an escalator ride into a clean, spacious place. The store was organized and pleasant to stroll through. Though I didn't buy anything this time, because I visited Five Below recently, I wasn't disappointed and I will be back. Some of my frequented stores are in DT BK so the chances of me coming back are great. The staff was nice, acknowledging us coming and going. I nice spot, worth walking the block and finding. There's much construction downtown, so it's possible, the numbers aren't as expected, however, the store is super easy to find. Visit and Enjoy!
Store is located on Fulton street, southwest side, between Gallatin place and Hoyt street.
Entrance is next to Footlocker. Use the door and escalator to go up to the floor above footlocker.
It is awesome, clean, and well organized. Most items have the lowest prices I've seen in the area. Store bags are only 25 cents. There are lots of self checkout machines if you are using credit card.
They have a very nice selection of clothes, Beach wear, beauty items, toys, phone accessories and all at great prices.
At my request they conducted a price check since an item was scanning at a different price than labeled. The person who went to confirm the price (I'm guessing the manager) had a nasty attitude. It not my fault a person who works there placed the incorrect price tag on it. Remember a little niceness goes a long way.
