So thankful I found Mike!! My hard drive stopped working and it had all of my photos from travels/life that I hadn’t backed up anywhere else. Mike didn’t over promise me and said he can try his hardest, or refer me Elsewhere. I went ahead and told him to try and he messaged me a day later that he was successful. Amazing. Huge relief. He was professional, transparent and educated me! Would highly recommend.

I’m disappointed in this service; I had to pay 75 dollars for a consultation that resulted in a 300$ repair cost. Further repairs for bent pins costs 50 more dollars. Mind you, Microcenter’s consultation is 50 dollars and they have the resources to actually check what’s wrong with your stuff.

Best experience I have had with a computer specialist, seriously knowledgeable and knows whats he’s doing. I prefer this over geek squad and any other service!!!! Would recommend

Mike is absolutely fantastic. He visited us onsite to clone a hard drive on our industrial saw that runs on Windows. This machine is critical to our operations, and Mike operated with the utmost care and attention to that aspect. He has tremendous IT expertise, and he is also great at explaining things in laypersons terms to the non-techie. His rates are billing are reasonable and honest, and he is a pleasure to work with. My Macbook air 2020 stopped working because of some spillage, apple store would charge me $750 and they would need to send it somewhere and would have to go through a process of at least a week, let alone the couple of hours I was in line just to get attended. Mike from Brooklin PC Clinic saw me within an hour from contacting me, took my laptop in (it was Saturday afternoon) and by Monday afternoon brought it back to life and hand it to me for $250. Apple quoted me over $700 to fix a malfunctioning keyboard, saying they had to replace the topcase. These guys got it done for $275 and replaced a dead trackpad as well. Very happy a friend encouraged me to try out a indie repair place - I was seriously considering just buying a brand new computer. Now I am typing away happily on my fully functioning keyboard and have at least another 1-2 years of life left in my vintage Macbook Pro, ha.

My MacBook Pro's lid could no longer close after a drop because the hinges were bent. The Apple Store's "Genius" technicians had quoted me $857 plus tax and had claimed that the entire (well functioning) screen needed to be replaced. The Brooklyn PC Clinic actually fixed the hinges without replacing the screen, and now it is as new for only about $200. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Everybody please question any repair quote from Apple and consider consulting independent repair shops like this one.

Absolutely incredible Experience with Mike. Not only was he able to fix my Gen 6 Lenovo X1 Carbon's charging issue (my laptop would simply NOT hold a charge), he was VERY upfront about the kind and type of cost that may come with the repair, and he was honest with me. I appreciated that. He was in constant communication with me, providing updates on where the progress was. He let me know that the issue was most likely due to the battery itself, and he sourced the battery for me. But more than that, he went the extra mile to actually ship the laptop out to me because I had moved out of NYC before the repair was finished. Not only did he package it in a retail Lenovo box, but he made sure that the laptop was securely placed in foam, and even boxed my charging cable. I will most definitely be using Mike for my future Lenovo PC repairs. I recommend him 1000%

A Dell laptop crashed and burned on me, but Mike was able to repair it while keeping my budget in mind re: cost of parts. This is my second time using PC Clinic after Mike was able to salvage a tower for use as a backup workstation two years ago. Will return. Edit: I wanted to purchase a more updated laptop due to increased 3D rendering work (Vray x Rhino) and with Mike's research and assistance we were able to spec a model that has so far proved perfect to the task, all while he kept my concerns over cost vs. performance in mind. 10/10 will keep coming back as long as BK PC Clinic is around.

Mike has now twice saved me when my PC's failed and I didn't have backups of their hard drives. And the second time he was able to save the computer as well. Without asking he setup a backup system that will prevent this from being an issue in the future. He's simply the best and if you have a PC problem, you should definitely bring your computer here.

My desktop gaming PC recently stopped booting after the motherboard CPU light went on. I gave Michael a call and he saw me quickly, and had my computer back to me same day. It's now running great. I really appreciated the communication on pricing (very reasonable) + timeline, and will definitely be using him again for any future computer issues.

Mike is outstanding! My laptop's battery was on its last leg, and it was clear I needed a new machine ASAP before an overseas business trip. Mike swiftly responded by assessing my needs that Friday afternoon, showed me the new machine I'd be purchasing the next day, and worked with his suppliers to deliver the out-of-stock computer by Tuesday morning so I could do my job while traveling. I highly recommend Mike if you're looking for excellent customer service from a trusted IT expert.

I can not recommend Brooklyn PC Clinic more highly. Mike accurately assessed the problem with my vintage MacBook Air, replaced a malfunctioning part and quickly fixed my computer so it now works perfectly. He was attentive to my concerns and understood that I preferred to repair not replace. His prices are more than fair. He is calming and competent and was able to bring my anxiety level down a few notches while in the midst of the stress caused by a complete computer breakdown. Plus, Mike is not only a skilled technician, he is a very nice person.

Mike recently completed a second project for me. I always know that my tech is in good hands when he gets to work - he provides regular updates throughout the process. If there's a fix to be had, Mike will figure it out. His assuring and calming manner are invaluable assets. If your personal tech concerns sometimes cause you anxiety - these assets are a gift. Maybe the best repair experience I’ve ever had. Mike couldn’t be more thorough, communicative, kind and reasonably priced. Having a broken PC is a stressful experience, and I was losing my mind with it when I brought it to Mike. He exudes calm and patience, and he went above and beyond with diagnosing the issue and resolving it for me. I wouldn’t feel safe bringing my machine to anyone else.

PC Clinic was awesome! Mike is super knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They are fast, and efficient. I had an issue with my laptop screen, and ended up having them install a brand new screen. It looks great and is working great! I definitely recommend these guys!

I've been a client of Mike's for a few years now. He first rescued my laptop when it crashed, and then replaced the failing fan which was causing it to overheat. He's professional, responsive and utterly trustworthy. Mike always replies quickly, usually the same day, and gets my laptop back to me as quickly as he can. In my case, it was only a couple of days on each occasion. He takes the time to discuss preventive strategies and recommends devices and software for backing up. Mike gives his charges upfront and they are very reasonable. I've also got my last 2 laptops from him and have been really happy with both. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Mike has done a fabulous job managing my personal and professional IT needs. He initially rebuilt/repaired in record time a PC that had failed.
