Queenie was amazing to work with. She worked above and beyond getting my delivery scheduled. My work schedule consisted of long hours which made scheduling difficult. Queenie was always a pleasure to email with and/or communicate with doing everything she could to get me a prompt delivery. The delivery men were just as wonderful. They were very professional during the delivery, prompt and polite. I will definitely be purchasing from Unlimited Furniture again in the future. Purchased My Barcalounger and had a smooth and painless transaction. My purchase was online. Communication was great throughout. Sophia emailed me when the chair was shipped to the delivery co.and with approx. Delivery time. I was emailed by the delivery co and scheduled the next day. 10 days from ordering it. I had a truly great experience with Unlimited Furniture. I found genuine leather counter stools on line. When I called they answered all my questions regarding the counter stools and gave me the best price. They let me know the stools are made to order by the manufacturer and would take time to come in. Queenie, my assigned customer representative, kept me updated the whole time. The stools were white glove delivered with care and arrived in perfect condition. I would shop with them again for sure.

Came across Unlimited Furniture because they had a specific piece I was looking for. What a wonderful experience! The web site was super easy to navigate, and once my order was placed, I was communicated with every step of the way. I had a gal named Sofia with me each step. Emails updating me on timing of delivery, answered all of my questions and followed up! The level of service from Sofia is NOT the norm these days and so I was even more excited to work with this group. I especially liked the detailed email regarding delivery, how to inspect and what to do if there was an issue. Fortunately, my delivery team was awesome and my piece arrived and was put in place. It is perfect. Great group to work with, furniture is high quality and very fair price (I know, I did a ton of research) But it's the real people, like Sofia, who make the biggest difference. After ordering I was assigned a manager - Queenie - who kept track of all the delivery information and kept me informed. Every time I emailed her with a question she responded quickly. On the day of delivery, communication with the local delivery company was a little confused, but she was GREAT in getting everything sorted out. I really appreciated all her help. The furniture itself and the level service from Unlimited Furniture went beyond my expectations.

I got off to a bumpy start because I got confused with two different deliveries for the same day, but they were quick to answer my inquiry and everything went as planned. And my dresser arrived flawlessly, box and dresser. I am still shocked -- it's HUGE, and gorgeous. I am always worried because dressers arrive small or with shallow drawers. This is perfect. Fits great in my space and décor.

Great all around experience with Unlimited Furniture. Best price on the internet. We purchased tables for the living room. Sophia kept us updated on the progress of the delivery and ensured us an easy, seamless delivery. The tables exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend them.

I ordered dining room chairs from this company, white glove delivery was promised. The company was communicating regularly about delivery and arrived on time however the delivery drivers did not use gloves and stained the chairs. I asked them to stop and showed them that they were leaving black marks/handprints on the fabric, but they just continued. I told one of the delivery men that he would have to take them back, instead he got on the phone with his manager and told him what happened. The manager promised they would be back out to clean the chairs. They took pictures and made notes. I was told that they would be coming back on Saturday to clean, no one showed up, no one called. I have given them a week to resolve this issue as they seemed to want to make it right but now I am hearing nothing and am left with stained chairs. Very disappointing Updating to 3 stars, they did send someone to clean the chairs after review and threat to file chargeback on the damaged chairs. Great product, poor service and response time.

I found Unlimited Furniture online while shopping for a new dresser. Their choices were abundant and the prices were so reasonable. I saved close to $1000 on a dresser that I saw somewhere else that was actually on sale and Unlimited furniture still near their price. The dresser arrived about 6 weeks later, it was well worth the wait. I had purchased the white glove service and the delivery went very smoothly. The Sales Representative, Queenie was so helpful with keeping me up to date with each step along the way. Sending emails and calling to check to see if everything was okay. I had a small glitch and had to have new screws ordered since the ones that were for the handles in the dresser were too long. Queenie made sure that new ones were ordered. The screws were replaced and the drawer is so perfect. I highly recommend shopping at Unlimited Furniture and if you are lucky enough to work with Queenie you will be in excellent hands. Our daughter bought side tables for her new house and has to store them at our house until they move in. Queenie at Unlimited furniture coordinated the delivery and they provided white glove service.
