Bought a commuter bike last year. Brought it back for a minor issue and they were super helpful and then for a more full tune up. Great service both times friendly and thorough. Will be continuing to use them for ongoing maintenance of my bike as required.

WOW! This place is the best, the folks here are super friendly and helped me get my new bike setup with new gear, helmet, pedals, bags, you name it! Will be back ? Edit: Was back, and HUGE thanks to Aaron for his time on Sunday helping me fix a problem with my electronic shifters. Super down to earth guy and the whole team at Trek is honestly wonderful. I'm low-key kinda happy when I need bike assistance cause it means I get to visit my favorite bunch of guys. They are top notch!! When I have a bike issue, its like going home for the holidays. Warm, cozy and taken care of.

They have various bikes to choose from, and other items like helmets & locks. I ordered a bike from here and I am ?% satisfied with the bike & service. ?

I had a bunch of repair work done on my 15 year old Trek bike including a replacement chain and gears, and it rides like a new bike. The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable and prices are reasonable for the quality of service offered.

What a wonderful place. I got a sudden flat one morning, brought it to them, and instead of tacking on extra charges they actually went out of their way to work quickly, minimize labor costs, and make a needed replacement feasible for me (and tightened up a loose handlebar while they were at it). The shop isn’t in my neighborhood, but I’ll come back for all future maintenance because they’re kind, ethical, and earned my trust.

Had a small leak on my rear TREK Madone tire. The mechanic took the time to explain and show me as to what was causing it. Apparently after a few flats here and there, I didn’t know that it had to be replenished. The mechanic was kind enough to show me the special tool required as well as the fluid to replenish every 5-6 months or immediately after a punctured tire. Thank you so much sir for your assistance and educating me on this. Definitely recommend your shop to anyone in need of professional assistance as well as friendly staff.

I brought my 50 year old Columbia 3-Speed to get the shifter cable replaced. It was rusted and snapped into 3rd gear which does not work for me in city. 3 shops said they couldn't do anything. Trek CH ordered the cable and said pick it up next week. When I picked the bike up they fixed the cable AND put on a new Sturmey Archer shifter (no charge because I didn't ask for it) and the bike shifts like it is new, no effort, no sticking, it just pops into gear like it was brand new. Who knew the Sturmey Archer Hub still worked???? What a great bike ride home and such a treat to have my 50 year old working 3 speed!!!! Thank you Alex (I think or Alec, he wasn't there for me to thank in person) and the whole staff for making my day!!!

I just have to shout out how incredible the entire team at Trek Cobble Hill is!!! Whenever I need help with my bike, they’re always so friendly and make sure to take the time to fix whatever I need. I can’t recommend them enough! I bought my first road bike there, and their recommendation was perfect. The technical support is on point, and you can really feel their passion for cycling! Love these guys!!!

I had a fantastic experience shopping at the Cobble Hill Trek store. I popped in on a weekend and spoke with Andrew. I was in the market for a new bike (my last one was a single-speed, and I wanted something that could make the bridges a little easier). Andrew answered all my questions and let me test drive the bike I was looking at online, and I fell in love. I came back a few days later to pull the trigger. Andrew (and the rest of the team there) was super helpful, making sure I had everything I needed. He also let me borrow some lights, since I wanted to ride my bike home and it was RIGHT as the sun was setting. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I'm super happy with my new bike, and I'm thrilled that there's a Trek store so close to my apartment. Looking forward to being a regular there for all my future accessory/tune-up needs!

I was hesitant to go to a bike shop that wasn’t locally owned. If you have the same concern, have no fear! EVERYONE in the shop is friendly, knowledgeable, and they never upsell anything. The team has always helped me get what I needed, within my budget. If they don’t carry it, they’ve helped me find it. The tune-up and in the moment tweaks they have done reflect care and expertise. I’ve never been disappointed.

Every staff member here is truly a customer service rockstar. Not only because of my experience, but also as I witnessed their care for other customers. Aaron in particular, who took his time to talk about my specific needs, recommended and sold me my first Émonda ARL 5. I came right before the TD Five Boro Bike Tour this year to see my options, and although I had to wait for my bike to be delivered a month after, they made sure I had a solid loaner for the tour while I waited. I am very happy with my new bike ??

Towing my canoe to Red Hook for a friend’s birthday party, my bike got a flat! I was exceptionally lucky to find myself near Trek Bicycle in Cobble Hill. Each and every staff member was knowledgeable and attentive. Aaron performed the most thorough and complete flat tire inspection and repair I have ever witnessed. He is a true craftsperson. It is rare to find someone in any field who has such a depth of expertise, without a drop of snobbery. I found this bike shop overflowing with compassionate skill to address the unique needs of any bike or client. Trek Cobble Hill swiftly got my bike seaworthy again, much to the delight of the birthday partying kids & their parents waiting for me at the beach downhill! Thank you

Great team, Fantastic service, they are awesome ?. They made my day, Aaron fixed the flat tire of my cheap bike and also took care of some detail that my bike had. It’s not expensive. And the most important is they can help all the bikes not only trek.

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew and Andrew at Cobble Hill Trek in Brooklyn. Great guys, excellent service, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend, especially, after my experience at the cherry hill store. Not all stores are created equal, I guess.

Wonderful experience!! Andrew was amazing (all 3 Andrews.... Lol) worked with me to get all the necessary parts for my GRAND NEW BIKE.... it took a while to get all parts.... TREK OF COBBLE HILL DID IT!!

Great combination of friendly staff, high quality service, and store atmosphere. There’s much to be said about Trek’s bikes of course, but the physical store offers something special—particularly Cobble Hill as it is the only location in NYC that schedules appointments. That’s important because they schedule the kind of work your bike needs with the right mechanic for the job, as opposed to just having the whoever’s there at the time work on your bike. There’s an attention to detail and a willingness to ‘work with you’ and fine tune the quote. It also just feels good to have staff admiring your bike with you and talking about the changes and choices you’ve made with the bike, without and without their staff—that’s wildly refreshing and made me feel at home! After getting into an accident in Brooklyn, ultimately very happy I took my Trek Emonda here! Thank you!

This is a great shop, the staff is extremely friendly and supportive. Please visit them! and if you are looking for a new bike Trek is a great option with many stores like this one in the country you wont be left alone.

Perfect experience. Great service , great staff. I just recently purchased a nice Trek Road bike and it needed some adjustments from my own user error. Let me just mention that I did not purchase this bike at this location simply because I found the exact bike I wanted out of state and its to far to go back for service. Back to my fantastic experience at Trek Cobble Hill. From the first call I made to the store and to the time I picked up my bike it has been an exceptional experience. I came in with my bike shortly after the store opened the next day, I was greeted with a worm and professional welcome. All my concerns were put into the computer and addressed. Few hours later I received the call from the store that my bike is ready and 100%. I could not be happier with the outcome. Great staff, all of the employees assisting me were amazing and super helpful. HUGE THANK YOU to Trek Cobble Hill Team! for getting my bike back to 100% and I really appreciated. People always make all the difference and I loved dealing with all the employees at Trek Cobble Hill, Thank You guys.

Andrew in services was very helpful and informative regarding my Domane purchase. He test rode a bike with me and gave me pointers. He’s definitely a quality team member that cares about his customer. There was another gentleman (the one who built the bike) who helped me get acquainted with clip on shoes and made sure I had no other questions and left comfortable with the bike. Wish I remembered his name. The service here is unmatched. I have not received personable and attention-to-detail service like this in a very long time. Thank you Trek Cobble hill.

This place is absolutely a joy. The people that work there are extremely professional and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. My bike broke, and I came here and brought my receipt and lifetime warranty printout, much to my surprise, they replaced my bike with a new one. It was incredible! I highly recommend this place.

Love this place. Extremely friendly and no pressure at all. They will go out of their way to help you and make you feel comfortable with any purchase. Alex was great and Sam was wonderful in telling me to stop by anytime even after my 1month free adjustment was over to talk about riding experiences and different trails. Made me feel good about this store and riding my bike even more.
