These guys are knowledgeable. When we ask them about different product brands, the sellers understand what customers want, but unfortunately, the purchase manager isn't approving their recommendations. As a result, we opt to use other stores instead.

I've been coming to this store frequently, and I was shocked each and every time. While the store is beautifully displayed. The customer service is horrible. The staff simply ignores you.

Terrible customer service. I called and nobody knew if what I needed was in stock. The last man said they don’t carry that brand anymore. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they do have it so I called again and got confirmation before going to the store. At the store everyone has an attitude and they always point you to someone else to resolve the task.

They actually selling great products But No service in the actual store and of course when you rushing to your job and you want to check out you need to wait at least 20 minutes until the register guy are coming back from break what he actually took between 1 customer to the other.

Best place to get all your plumbing and lumber materials. No other place beats them! Only downside is that they were 2 blocks from me at Kent Ave and unfortunately moved. But will try to visit the new location at Classon Ave. as soon as possible.

Well stocked very good pricing, knowledgeable friendly staff.

If you are a man, you will probably get great service. Maybe? But as a woman, you can stand there forever and no one behind the counter will acknowledge you. It is the most convenient place, but 100% not the friendliest!

If you are a driver delivering supplies to this facility. Heive my advice and do NOT deliver here. It is NOT SAFE, they won't allow you to unstrap and untarp "their" supplies on their property. They make you do all of this in the middle of the road blocking 1 way traffic, cars, bikes, and trucks that are forcing their way past you without care. There is absolutely NO ROOM ON THE ROAD to do this.

This business doesn't care about the safety of cyclists. Every morning they have numerous trucks lined up in the bike lane, forcing riders into oncoming traffic. Don't give business to a company that doesn't care about the safety of the community.

Good variety but never keep to their hours, so cannot be relied upon. Many a time I have gone there and they have just decided not to open on that day without advertising the fact in any way.

Best place to shop ! They have everything you need and great prices , there truck service is amazing , with free boom service ,delivery in a couple hours in most times, and great costumer service, never had a problem, try it you will love it

I have been using this place for around a year as it is close to my space but NEVER AGAIN. Customer Service is not even in their vocabulary. Rudeness is the order of business at Certified Lumber. You will be ignored. If you pay with cash be sure to count your change as they will short-change you. I have been short-changed more than once so I believe it to be SOP at Certified Lumber. I've rated Certified Lumber as Poor-Fair but there's nothing "Fair" about this place. Rotten-Poor is more apt. Go anywhere but here.

Horrible service, had to ask 4 different people if they had a bag of sand, after being show paintbrushes and buckets someone finally understood the word sand.... then i was led into 3 different rooms before having to ask random people where they kept the bags of sand.... complete joke if you ask me.
