Jay (or maybe just J, I can’t remember the spelling) was so helpful and nice to speak with while doing my upgrade! Highly recommend her to anyone needing assistance.
They swindled me into getting some equipment that was not registered within the verizon network and had my bill being $400! I was literally sold on something under false pretenses. I have returned the defective non working devices and they have not entered it in my account nor is it being reflected my account as returned. So my bill is still not corrected due to their error! The huge non melanated guy that works there is shady and should not be dealing with business accounts!
Very disappointed with this location, on Jan 13 we did a online upgrade without trade-in for my iPhone because our wedding was on 15 and I wanted to have a new phone for that special day, we decided to set it up for pick up because it was supposed to be the fastest way to get it on time before 15, the order wasn’t ready to pick up even on 15, we never receive a text message, a email or any way saying that the phone was ready, we try to call Verizon customer service, very helpful they connected us with the manager of the store, whom talk to us in a very disrespectful way over the phone and say he couldn’t find the order and said the store was “packed” and hang up the phone, we ended up having to go to the store on 17 (already 4 days since order and 2 days later to our wedding, the main reason we were doing the upgrade) to see if we could get the phone, we got frustrated since the first moment we got into the place there were just 4 customers, and they see to don’t be able to handle it, very hostile place, zero costumer service, we were standing there without being help, after 10 min the employee Jae come to us, and escalated the situation talking to us very obnoxious saying “do you need my help or no” (no Jae we do not need your help we need you to do your job) after as so much taking our name and see our orders in her iPad she just went back and seat down with the same costumer she had being all the time we were in the store, after another 15 min another person ask us again our names, and check the orders, she brings one of the orders (which was ordered on 17, the same day) and she give me that one and practically try to get rid of me, I was confused because there were supposed to be two cellphones, I asked her and she responded “that order was cancelled” then her manager a very rude childish man, (who come with my new phone in his hands) repeated to us that our order was canceled and he can not give me the phone, we asked him why it was canceled and he blame us for not picked it up in 72 hours from the order day, which we respond how we could have possibly come within 72 hours if in the app still saying that is preparing for pick up (it was never ready for pick up) We asked him for a proof of cancelation to what he respond they don’t have any way to do it cause it was cancelled by Verizon corporation not the store, I was really annoying by this situation, I decided to call Verizon customer service right in the spot, and I checked if the order was cancelled which Verizon respond that it wasn’t, I went to the manager and I ask the Verizon representative to repeat the status of my order, when the manager heard this he just pull my personal phone from my hand without my permission and started talk to the representative, saying lies and denied customer service to us, we were over this situation and we just left, we do not need this type of attitude, after that we had to be all day on the phone trying to cancel that order to that store because in fact is was not cancelled and I couldn’t order again until the cancellation was done, still we did cancel but now I don’t have the offer without trade-in, after more of two year being customer of Verizon this experience really made me wonder the professionalism of this company, how they can have employees like this, even if it is a franchise they still representing Verizon and the employees in this location just act like the CEO’s of it, putting Verizon name really low, seriously considering to change my account with more than 5 lines to another carrier.
The trashiest location ever, placed an order for the next day pickup, after 4 days they were not able to locate my order. There was no communication about the order whatsoever. Called the location, had a person calling me “buddy” over the phone, ended up not having any information about my order even after providing the order number instead of just a name on the order. Came to the location just to be met by a lady named Jay who instead of being apologetic for losing my order, asked me whether or not I needed her help. I didn’t need her help I needed her to do her job and give me my phones.
For anyone wondering what $0/36mo means it means the phone is free but you keep you phone on and with Verizon for 3 years. If you upgrade within those 3 years, the time resets.
My *personal* quote is $91 a month (first month $151) $91 x 12 = $1,092 each year which totals $3,276 just for an iPhone 16 base model. If you’re well off, you’re better off saving for the phone itself, in my opinion. I am not well off which is why i want to help those who are, to understand that you have a choice, you just need to do extra math! Hope this helps someone!

You know the phrase "They couldn't care if I lived or died?" That's definitely not the case at this Verizon store! The employee sitting at the back desk yesterday definitely seemed like she wanted me dead. I came in to pick up a replacement phone and she was annoyed by my existence. My current phone was quickly deteriorating (dead pixels) and I was asking for help and every time I asked she glared at me without saying a word. She told me that it would be $30/hour to help with phone issues which I've literally never heard of being a thing at a Verizon store. By the time I left the store, my phone screen was unusable and I lost everything that wasn't backed up. If I'd been at another location where somebody actually cared, I think that they would have been able to help me get my stuff transferred from my old phone to new phone in time. Bad vibes all around.
The sales person kept acting like he was doing me a favor and completely re-neg the deal he agreed on. His excuse was he didn't know what the promotion was. I had to walk out and ended up getting a better deal in verizon in 42nd street next to times sq.
Brendan was extremely informative and thorough with everything. Very kind and helpful. Personable. Made waiting easier.
I will always go back to this store if he works there.
Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They come with their stupid plans knocking on your doors to sign you up but when you need to return the device they don’t know what is what. Glad I am cancelling the service.
Cannot figure out how to leave employee feedback through Verizon company. Employee Brendan was incredibly helpful, calm, polite, and reasonable. This was after visiting 3 other stores and the employees were rude and didn't solve porblem. Best employee ever! Give him a raise! Thanks Brendan!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS STORE My Phone had a virus in it and Kyle helped me remove it now my phone is back to normal Thank Goodness I'll definitely be coming back for my upgrade and imma tell my Homegirl about him 10/10 would recommend
The associate Jay was very helpful and friendly. Went out of his way to explain the new features of the iPhone 15 pro max so that I’d be able to use them. Friendly, helpful service. Also told me about a great deal on accessories to keep my phone safe. There are special guards for the camera now since it’s more 3D. Didn’t know that!
This Verizon was very unhelpful in supporting me with my needs when I went into the store this morning. This morning Verizon mistakenly cut off my line, removing access to my data, texting, and calling. Because of this, I obviously could not call the customer service line to reach a live agent to help me so I opted to go into this store. When I went in, the person helping me was quite timid and unresponsive when I explained this situation and kept saying he could not help me and that I had to call customer service despite explaining my phone did not allow me to do this. Had my partner not gone in with me, I wouldn't have been able to get anything done. I kept asking for solutions, such as using their store line, which they did not allow me to do. When I asked why this was not possible, the agent simply shrugged it off. The one thing he did do was give me access to the store wifi so I could try calling through the internet (which eventually didn't work either). While I acknowledge that this issue wasn't the CSR's fault, they provided no support or solutions in addressing the issue. There were 5 representatives in there, all looking down/scrolling on their personal phones, providing no assistance to my issue. Horrible customer service. Won't be coming back. Verizon needs better infrastructure to support these issues when mistakes like this are made by them. Had I not been able to use my partners phone, the issue would not have been solved. This was completely unprofessional and ridiculous.
Dillaro was an amazing Verizon representative. He was patient and knowledgeable. I was so happy to have him. Helped me to upgrade my Samsung phone to a fold 6 series.
When our FIOS router went out I had to book it to this shop to get a replacement. The new router was sitting at the counter waiting by the time I arrived (the phone support technician had already contacted them) and I got it immediately. Our internet went from non-functional to great in less than an hour (including time on subway going to the shop)
Brendan is seriously the best! They messed up my wifi and he got it fixed along with getting me a brand new phone, upgraded hotspot for less money, and got a discount for my family plan!! Great experience

Brendan is amazing -- I had gone into other Verizon stores for a complicated set of account issues and was not able to get it successfully resolved at the prior two places. Brendan was able to quickly help me out and ended up finding a bunch of other areas to improve my service. I had been planning to switch to AT&T or TMobile, but ended up just buying a new phone and sticking with Verizon. Brendan really turned around my relationship with the brand and made me a happy customer after all
Pleasantly surprised!!! Came on a Sunday over the holiday break to troubleshoot transferring my number to my new iPhone. I didn’t have to wait at all and they were able to get it done

I went in on a Sunday with a pretty urgent issue, fully expecting that it wouldn't be solved and it would be something I would have to deal with over the holiday.
HOWEVER, the staff here was quick, kind, and took care of the issue, leaving me fully satisfied and surprisingly stress free. Can't thank this team enough, y'all really came through on this one!
Just walked in on Saturday and Glenny helped us and solved our issue right away. She knew exactly what to do and we couldn’t be happier. Outstanding customer service!
